Hello. Welcome to the show today. I am going to talk to you today about what I always perceived it was going to look like when I was going to build a seven figure business or what I assumed it was going to take in order for me to really build something that's massive. That's, you know, what I feel is quite accomplished. And you know, we're in lots of retailers across the world and we have a great customer base That's super loyal. All the things, all the things that I dreamed of.
I was actually quite surprised at how this panned out for me because growing up and this may be you too, but growing up, you may have had a certain outlook or perception of what success look like and what that meant. So for me, it was kind of like everybody that I saw around me, whether it was like my friend's parents or family members or whatever that I deemed successful. It's amazing.
It seemed like they worked 24 seven, like the, they were, you know, kind of not around much, always involved in their work, always so busy, like no time to do anything else. Like my friends, you know, that had parents that like worked, you know, and built these great companies. And they just, you know, they were kind of like absent from their kids lives. Um, so I was kind of always under the impression that that's what it took if you wanted to build successful business. Oh my gosh.
A cyber truck. I, so you guys may or may not know on my 2025 vision board is a cyber truck, which people say is like the ugliest vehicle in the world. And I'm like, listen, it looks like a space shuttle. I want to be bop around town in my own little space shuttle. I'm obsessed with it. I've never been in one. I've only seen them on the road and I just saw a navy blue one, which is so funny because there, I live in a small town and I'm in the next town over, which is a little bit bigger.
We can get them. That's where we get our groceries and whatnot. Um, and there's one going through town that I haven't seen before. There's a silver one here, but this was a blue one that she's new. Anyways, I just, I found that was funny. As I was in the middle of recording this podcast, I see a cyber truck 2025. Here we come.
Okay. But what I was saying is that Success to me always looked like you were going to have to work 24 7 and have no other life besides work, and you were going to miss out on your kids activities. You're going to miss out on family stuff, miss out on functions, because just you were, you know, up late in your office, midnight, you're the only one in there, the lights on, it's all dark all around you, and you're just, you know, tic talking away on the computer.
You know, that is kind of like the story. Scenario in the scene that I painted in my head. So quite frankly, I was a little bit terrified of that having to be my reality What I did is I quickly learned that that is not the case You don't have to and I don't want you to feel like because this Sometimes holds people back unknowingly like subconsciously in order to build a super successful business. You don't have to work 24 seven You don't have to be locked down and married to your work.
You you don't have to feel like oh my gosh Every little second of my life. I need to spend Bend on, quote unquote the business because if I don't, then it's gonna all crumble and I'm gonna fail and I'm never gonna become a, the success that I wanna be. And it takes hustling, it takes grit, it takes hard work 24 7, and we are inundated with that on social media like hustle, hustle, hustle. If you have a couple extra hours, do you know, work harder and harder, harder, harder?
What I've learned is that is totally bs, totally bs. Because I've done both sides. I've been the person that works 24 seven. I love working. So it's very easy for me to work 24 seven because I do love it, but I've been on both sides, right? I've been the person that's working 24 seven and I've been the person that's created what I call systems or my seven figure formula that is based on really intentional focus with your time.
So you're getting more done, making more sales, building a bigger business. With less time. This has been so transformational for me because when you're like working 24 7, it's really easy to get burnt out, and it's really easy to just kind of be all over the place. And this is what I see with clients a lot of times when we first start working together is I'll notice that they're just working all the time and I'm like, okay, what are you doing?
It's like, well, I'm over here, I'm doing this and I'm that, and you list listing out a hundred million things. But at the end of the day I'm like, okay, well when are you selling? Oh, well. Um, I don't know. I don't really know how to sell on online. I don't really know how to move the inventory. I'm like, okay, so we're fine spending 5, 000 on inventory without even knowing how to sell the inventory.
And this is what can get you trapped in that hustle mentality because you don't know what to do. So you just feel like maybe a little bit guilty that you haven't been selling inventory. And that you're spending money on new inventory or you have inventory that's just sitting there and there's a little bit of a guilt factor building up. And maybe, maybe that's the cause. So you're like, well, if I just quote unquote work, at least I'll feel better about it.
But at the end of the day, if you're working on the wrong things and not doing the money making activities, then you're just going to be spinning your wheels and you're not going to be getting anywhere anyways. And you're going to be pissed off because you're going to be like, what the heck? I'm working 24 seven. I'm still not making any sales. So I developed my seven figure formula. This is how I've been able to build multi seven figure business on repeat.
I've done this multiple times with multiple brands, multiple e commerce stores where it's not about working 24 seven, but instead working very specifically. Normal hours, maybe even less than normal hours when you get good at this. I know for sure because now I, it is so refined for me and I have a team that I actually don't have to spend much time during the day working quote unquote in the business because everything is on system. Everything is automated. Everything is predictable.
So there are times where I have to invest more time. You know, if I'm working on closing a major account, things that really take my unique skill level that yes, I can ramp up. But for the most part, it's pretty much same old, same old every day. And that's where I want you to be for your business as well. I don't want you to feel like you have to be like one of the miserable people that just has to hustle 24 seven in order to quote unquote make it because that's just not true.
And I think, I don't know why. I mean, I think it's just because people haven't really figured out the secret to success. while having your own life still. And that's my whole thing with this community. And if you're a part of this community, like this is it at the end of the day, it's about building a business. You are wildly proud of while also having a life while also being able to do what you want to do. Because I always say, we didn't start our own businesses to not have a life.
We started our own businesses to take back our lives. Maybe you're in corporate right now. Maybe you still have your side hustle. Maybe you're still, you know, um, In one career, and you're wanting to do this full time, it's totally possible for you. But the whole key is going to be to learn the real true skills it takes to build a seven figure business. And it's not running around doing a million different random things. It's getting super intentional and focused.

That's not what I do.
There's plenty of people that teach that out there. That's not me. I'm, I'm here for the women who are like, no, I want a real business. That's actually going to grow into something where I can support and fulfill my life. And I, and that's what it's there for. The business is there to fulfill me, to make me happy and to allow me to do the things that I want to do in my life. And this. It's the women who are in it to win it, in it for the long haul.
And that's why I'm going to be teaching this inside glow up because those are the girls that are dedicated to this cause and get it. And they're like, yes. And plus I need the time with you. I need the time to teach you these strategies. So you really, really understand how this is going to massively change your business. And the seven figure formula is really based on four things. My business is still running like clockwork because it doesn't take me being there and being like my hands on every single little task for my business to run well.
This is what we have a team for. To do those tasks. So I haven't had to worry about literally one thing, even though I've done barely anything to be involved in the business in the past week. Isn't that something that you like would aspire to be able to do as well? Like what if you want to go on vacation? Bye. I'm going to Hawaii. See y'all in a couple weeks. Don't bug me unless it's an emergency. You know what I'm saying? Like could you do that right now and your business still run?
Could you peace out for two weeks or go on maternity leave or um, go on vacation, get sick? Like what if you got sick? Would your business just crumble? Would your sales just stop if you We're not there to do every single thing. If the answer is yes, then we need to fix this because the way to building a business that is working for you 24 seven is not by you doing the work 24 seven. So this is what we'll learn in my seven figure formula. I'm so excited to teach you this.

And that may again, bring back some of those selfish vibes because you're like, I'm already like already need to make more money in my business. I don't want to be spending money on myself.
But at the end of the day, I'm telling you, the only way you're going to grow your business is by investing in you because you're driving the ship. You're the captain. What if you went out to sea and you had no idea how to get the boat back or to go or to navigate or anything? You didn't have those skills and you were the captain. You might be setting yourself up for a massive shipwreck. I don't want you shipwrecked over there in your business. I want to set you up for success.
So listen, it's okay to spend money on yourself to learn what you need to do to grow your business. The faster you accept that, I had to do this too. Listen, the first thing I ever bought to invest in myself, I came into this with no business experience, zilch, zero. None. The first thing I realized was, holy crap, I need to learn a little some, some. And so I spent 2, 500 on a course. I did not have the 2, 500. I figured out how to get the 2, 500 to buy the course.
And that moment changed everything for me. I learned so much about how to build a real business that that's when we started to explode. We were trickling along. But that moment when I was like, Allie, if you want this thing to really go places, like, come on, you need to learn. You need to invest in yourself. And it was so fricking scary. And I was like, Oh my God, what if, what if, what if, what if this doesn't work? What if I fall apart?
What if at the end of the day, you're investing in becoming smarter, you're investing in making yourself better. You could literally learn one tiny nugget of information that will make you millions in the long run. That's how important it is for you to see yourself as a priority. Okay.
