Hey, Hey. Welcome to the show. I'm so excited. You're joining me today because for a while, I've been trying to think of a way to make the process very simple for you. If you have an online store, you have a product based business. You sell physical products online and you've been wanting a repeatable process that you could focus on mastering. To really hit a huge milestone in e-commerce, which is your first 10 K in sales per month, and really starting to hit 10 K sales regularly.

So you can get off the roller coaster of having some sales, then no sales. Then like when sales just feel sporadic, that's not a fun place to be. So what I want to do. As walk you through this. Simple three step formula that I've created to help you start getting to 10 K in sales on repeat. And this is something that you can do over and over and over again. And then of course, scale from there. So does that sound fun? Is this something you're into, because if it is. I'm excited to get going.

And, um, as you listened to this again, remember this is something that you can master and just really refine your skills more and more and more in each one of these steps. And it's, what's going to actually help your business become healthier. And grow and get more sales and get more money in the bank. So you can do what you want to do with your life, right?

Because that's why we started our own businesses to be able to do whatever we want to do when we want to do it and not feel like we are tied down and locked down in a corporate job or answering to someone, someone else all the time. We want freedom. So with freedom comes great responsibility and the responsibility is learning how to run and operate your business. The best. Possible way. So let's jump into my three-step formula.

So you can start hearing that Shopify Ching all day long, which I know you want, you know, that noise touching the cash register noise. Is it not your favorite noise ever? It's cause it certainly is mine. I love hearing it all day long. I hate that I have to quiet it at night. You know, I miss him when I'm, while I'm sleeping. Okay, so let's get into the first one, the first step in this three-step formula. Is something that y'all know. I am so adamant about it's niching down.

This is your first step. If you want to get to 10 K in sales per month. You must niche down. Here's the deal. 99% of store owners have not nailed down their target market. 99% of you out there listening to this. Aren't quite sure who your target market is. And if you don't know that yet, Your sales are going to suffer. So what happens is you're being too generic, which is why you can't stand out and why you feel invisible out there. Why you feel like you're posting and it's just crickets.

And no one really even knows that you exist. Do you all feel like that? That's a hard place to be. And it's it's like that because you haven't niched down. You haven't reached your people yet. The niches. Are where the riches are. Or the riches are in the niches. You know, you can't sell to everyone. You won't reach anyone. This is how this works. This is not something I'm just making up from thin air. The more I niched down actually the better. The better qualified customers.

I draw to me like a magnet. So the more specific you get with your target audience. The more, you will build a loyal repeat customer base. I know, you're thinking you want everyone in the world to buy from you. You don't want to leave anyone out. You don't want to offend anybody. You want to make sure that everybody feels included. But that's just not the case. For example me, I have no business. Selling products to the corporate woman on wall street in New York city.

That's looking for after work, drink outfits. I'd be like, girl, I'm sorry. I have no idea what you need. I don't even know what's cool up there. I don't know what you need to be wearing. I don't like that. I'm not your girl for that. So I wouldn't even try to appeal to that type of customer base. But I do know my ideal customer. She's just like me. She's lived in the country lifestyle. She has cowgirl Western passion for the Western culture. And Calgary culture.

So all day and night, I could tell you exactly what she wants to wear, what products she buys, what her lifestyle is like, what she does on the weekends, where she goes to lunch, how she spends her days. So that's how I know I can speak to her. And attract her to my business because we get each other. I wouldn't even know what to say to attract the corporate New York wall street girl. But there's there's people out there that do. And maybe that's you.

So start thinking, thinking about who is your girl? What makes her unique and why can you connect with her? This is the first thing you need to do to get to 10 K months on repeat. You cannot skip this step. And if you haven't done this yet, and your sales are still sporadic. This is why. I see this time and time again, when clients first start wanting to work with me, they're like, Allie, I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Like I'm posting every day and I go and look at their page and it's totally generic. And I'm like, you are not niched down. Like, this is why you're not landing with anybody. You're just getting lost in a sea of boutiques or a sea of businesses. That are not appealing to anybody because they're just too generic. You got to get specific. Call out to your target audience. Call out to the people who, you know, are most likely to buy from you. In my content. You won't see me.

And I'll talk about this a little bit more, but you won't see me. Calling out to anybody, but my target audience. Because that's where I'm going to use all my energy. I'm not going to waste energy, trying to attract everybody. I'm just going to focus on the people that I know are going to find me and go, oh my gosh, UBS. Uh, we need you to do the same. Okay. That's number one, number two. Use content. To turn strangers into loyal buyers.

So we don't post on social media just to say we post it and to check it off our list. It has a very specific job and its job. Is to turn strangers on the internet, into loyal buying customers. That's it. It's not to go viral. It's not to look cool. It's not to be trendy. It's not to know the next cool thing to do on the internet. It's not for Pope pop culture reasons. It's to turn strangers into customers. This is what our content does.

So create content that speaks directly to your ideal customer. Stop using phrases that are blocked. This looks like attractive stylist trendy. My favorite, this is a great transition piece. I'm like, who talks like that? No one says that we say that in the business, but you got to speak how they speak. Stop using the generic phrases. I see all over the place. This is so cute. It's so chic. It's so trendy. It's so affordable. It's so stylish. Blah. That is blog messaging.

Remember, these are real people on the other side of the screen. So treat them like, so talk to them like humans. I'm going to call you out again for a second. Stop using AI to write your captions. I see you out there too. Many of you are doing this. Okay, no more AI. Instead, I want you to actually spend the time. To think about. Your customers. What's the lifestyle they're living. How do your products fit into their lifestyle? When they feel like you get them.

They will want to hand over their credit card, time and time again. I get messages from customers all the time. Allie, we've been following you for years. We tell our friends about you and our family about you. We love your stuff. Thank you. They're thanking me for spending money with me. It's because we know their needs. We connect with them. We treat them like real people, like real humans. I'm not using an AI robot to write a caption because.

I'm being lazy or I'm bored or I don't know what to say. I figure out what to say. This is you can't get to 10 K months. Without doing the work. This is the work. But this is so fun. It's the most fun thing ever when you start to figure out how to get your content to turn strangers into customers. My clients love this part because they're like, when they, when it starts working, they're like, oh gosh, Allie, this is so fun. I like, I know I told you.

And I watched them go from like, Barely any online sales to literally taking post office bins, laundry, hampers, truck loads, car loads of packages to the post office every week. Hitting 10 K months. When they start using this framework. So number one, we niche down. Number two, we use our content to turn strangers into loyal customers. And number three. I already feel your resistance to this before I even say it. You have to use email marketing to drive sales. It's a must.

It's a non-negotiable. I am telling you stop ignoring email. This is the one thing collectively I can say our entire industry is not doing. And I know this because almost none of my clients have an email marketing strategy in place when they come to me and they want help growing their store. Your email list is one of your most powerful assets. You need to focus on growing it because this is how you're going to reach your most loyal customers on repeat.

Multiple times a week, a direct line of communications to your most loyal customers. Why aren't we doing this? And maybe you've tried it and you're like, eh, it hasn't worked. That's because you don't know my framework, which is so fricking easy and amazing. It's inside the trends that our membership, it will be. Life-changing for you. They opted in for a reason because they want to hear from you. So get your welcome sequence in place. Turn on your automated flows, like your abandoned cart reminders. This is not a techie thing. This is literally again, just you attacking with full force. The three-step formula.
