Hello, who's ready to go bananas? It is holiday season. I'm so excited, which means it's the time of the year. It's my most favorite time of the year because it's the most profitable time of the year for anyone that has a holiday season. a product based business. So the entire month of November, which that's the month we're in now, if you were listening to this, we are going to be going bananas on how to get you sales, sales, sales.

And specifically, this is going down inside the trendsetter membership where I'm giving you the best Just simple hacks inside of our private telegram group where they'll take you literally like under 10 minutes. Things that you can do to ramp up your sales.

Little hacks, little things that I've learned along the way in my. 10 years and selling millions and millions of dollars worth of product and This are these are like my favorite hacks to do when you just want a boost and you want to bring in some sales And you can literally like repeat these hacks over and over and over again to just Get more sales over and over and over again. That's what we're all about. We're all about systems that provide easy, simple, quick solutions.

I want you to feel like you are growing every single day, that you're not stuck in perfectionism. And in my world, in this world, we, I would rather you take messy action than no action at all. Because. Listen, I've been there. I've been to where like, Oh, it's not perfect. It's not right. It's not time. And all that does is just delay, delay, delay, because inevitably you will never be a hundred percent ready. So you might as well just jump in fricking now. And we can learn as we go.

the best teacher is experience. And that's why I want you guys just trying these hacks, doing these hacks. These little things I'm going to talk about today, I'm going to give you two really good ones for you to implement immediately to just, let's get going. Okay? Because so many times as small business owners, what we do is we focus on the zillions of things we have going on, quote unquote going on. Right? But the reality is.

is all these things on our to do list are just distractions from the most important thing that you need to be doing, which is selling. So month of November, we're going bananas inside the trend setter membership. We're putting selling as our number one priority, because this is how you're going to sell more. The more you sell, the more you sell. And people are just scared to sell. They're scared to mess up. They're scared to look too salesy.

They're scared to show up and be like, Hey, here's what I have. Like People don't want to sell in our industry or you're like a creative and you're like, Oh, I just like make things. I don't want to be the selling person. Like you're the selling person. Okay. So we got to get over that. We got to get you to become a fricking sales machine. So jump inside trendsetters is going to be the most fun month ever. We're just, we're putting the fun back in business.

Why do people think that business has to be so serious? It doesn't. Okay. Business is fun. It can be fun. I have never subscribed to the idea that business has to be serious and perfect. And if I did, I never would have made any progress. So if I'm talking to you right now, miss serious business owner over there, I want you to just like, put on your favorite song and just shake it off. Shake off a little bit of that seriousness.

seriousness because the more you let down your wall that you have built in front of yourself to kind of hide what you maybe feel like you don't know or you're not good enough or you're not the right person or the strongest person on content or whatever that wall you built, we got to break that wall down. So I'm going to put on some music, your favorite song, jam out. Shake it off, and then I want you to try these two quick hacks, okay? But I want you to try them from a place of having fun!

Not from a place of stress and overwhelm and anxiety and like, Ah, I gotta get more sales! Like, I'm turning you into a fun sales machine. No more fun haters allowed, okay? I'm talking to myself over here because I have been a fun hater in the past and let me tell you, It does not get you anywhere except just stuck in fun hater land.

And the minute that I loosen up the seriousness, loosen up the perfectionism and you start relaxing and having fun, that's when you connect with your community the most. So I feel, feel like I'll just stop at Aldi's and go in here. And by the way, I'll record a quick podcast because again, this is a lesson. And in messy action is better than no action. What if I would have waited to the perfect time to record this podcast? Okay. I would have had to go home, set up the mic, have all the kids distracted. My husband distracted, have super quiet, like, Perfect Perfectionism podcast. Okay. Guess what?

This podcast never would have got recorded if that was, if it had to be perfect, right? It's raining. So you may hear the rain in the background, tough tooties. We've heard worse things behind us in the background than beautiful raindrops falling from the sky. Okay. So these are, this is actually like a real life. Real time lesson of just taking messy action is better than perfect action because there will never be the perfect time.

And this again goes with you and your content is how are you expecting everything to be perfect when you just need to do and take action instead. Stop trying to have the perfect, you know, The perfect tone of voice, the perfect hook, the perfect aesthetic, the perfect this, the perfect that, the perfect words. Just get out there and do that will all come as you build the skill. And like me, like I know how to create a podcast that is quote unquote professional.

I have all the tools, but that doesn't mean that it's actually the best thing for me to do to get this done. For me, it's my mom is watching the kids. She lives across the street. I can run over here. I can talk to you guys. I can give you some important information. I can go in, get my grocery shopping, done, go back, get the kids and enjoy the rest of our day. Instead of stressing all day long about, I need to post a podcast. I need to make sure it's perfect. I need to get in the house.

I need to get into my office. I have to like put on my serious podcast face, like F that. And I want you to have that same attitude when it comes to your business. Okay. Okay. So a little riff on perfectionism before we get into these cool, fun two hacks that I want you to try in your business today to get you more sales. So here's the first thing I want you to do. And by the way, these are no excuse hacks. Okay? You can totally do these. Anyone can do this.

Anyone, I don't care what level you're at, whether you are a superstar at selling online or you are a brand new newbie, just getting started. These hacks, are so simple and so easy and you can do them in under 10 minutes. And when you do, I want you to either tag me or DM me and let me know you got it done. Okay. By the way, so many of you DM me and tell me that you love the podcast and it's like everything.

And I am so grateful for that because I love, love, love this podcast and I love that you love it. So thank you. Okay. Hack number one for today. Let's talk about your Instagram stories. Here's what I want you to do. I want you to post five Instagram stories today. Okay. Five separate slides. It's going to be so easy. So do not feel like, Oh my God, five stories. I don't even know what I'm going to say. I don't have any makeup on. I don't want to have to go get dressed. Who cares? We don't care.

We're not worried about that. We're not even showing your face. Okay. Here's what I want you to do. I want you to pick out five products from your website. that you are going to promote one product on each slide. Grab the product photo from the website or grab a lifestyle photo. I don't care whatever photo, a photo of the product where it's nice and clear on what it is and then add the link sticker and put the link of the exact product on your website. Okay? So let's, let's do an example.

Let's say it's a hairbrush. Okay. Take the product photo from the hairbrush, post it on your Instagram story. Add the link sticker. Okay. Go up to like the little, I think it's like the smiley face on top of your story. Click there. Click link, copy and paste the link from your website to the hairbrush. I don't want it to just be my website. com. Okay. It's the actual link of where the hairbrush lives on your website. So if someone clicks on it, they don't have to search for the hairbrush.

Once they get your website, they're going right to the hairbrush. Okay. Post the picture of the hairbrush with the link. And then in the description area on the sticker, you can type in something fun there. So the top area of the sticker is where you actually copy paste the link. Then under that, you'll see, it says like description, link description, type something fun, like, um, the best hairbrush you'll ever have click here. Okay. Let's entice your customers to click on this.

You need this hairbrush. the number one hairbrush on our site. This hairbrush will change your life. Okay. If you're selling this hairbrush, chances are it's for a very good reason because it's bomb or it's cute or it's fun or whatever the case is. Quick witty sentence. on the link. So, so when you are actually posting this story, it's the product picture with the cute witty sentence as the link. And it's not like the long link that's like showing up. That's super boring.

It looks like even spammy. No one wants that. Give them something fun. Again, we're having fun here. Okay. This hairbrush is amazing. Click here. Let's do this. Okay. So I want you to do that for five products. This will take you literally under 10 minutes. Let's do like the hairbrush, a sweater, bottoms. I don't know. Maybe it's a necklace, your artwork, whatever it is. Five separate stories, five separate products, linking back to your website. Each one. Okay. You got it.

That's your first hack. Now let's talk about the second thing I want you to do today. Okay. Again, under 10 minutes, I want you to post on your IG feed. It could be a meme, it could be a reel, it could be something that you screenshotted and think it's funny and your customers are going to think it's funny. You can share that. You can share a product, you can share a video. I don't care what you share, but here's the most important part of this hack. In the caption of your Instagram post.

Write whatever you're going to write. Keep it short and sweet. And then I want you to add the link to your website. Now, I already know you're saying, Allie, you can't click on links on Instagram. You're right. But here's the deal. I want you to auto share the link. This post to your Facebook page. Okay. Facebook allows clickable links in your caption.

So many small business owners sleep on Facebook and Facebook could become your number one conversion platform with literally a zero effort because Instagram. You're just auto sharing to Facebook. So your Instagram caption could be something like, um, Brand new hairbrush that will change your life. And then the link, maybe press enter and then have the link there. Okay, copy and paste the link from your website. Then post it with the auto share. Okay, so now we're hitting Instagram.

Yes, they can't click on it on Instagram, but that's okay. It's in your stories. They could also go to your link in bio or they could, you could even add like the best hairbrush ever. DM me. for DM me for the scoop if you want and then add the link. Okay. Again, they're not going to click on an Instagram, but you auto share it to Facebook and they will be able to click on it. Okay. And then I want you to just like, look at your analytics.

You're going to see all of a sudden you've got people coming from Facebook because you're not just like letting that platform die. You're actually using it to your advantage with literally not one second more of your time. To have an incredible ability to have way more sales today because people can click on that link and they can buy right then and there and you're making it super easy for them because they're not having to search for it. Okay. The same goes with your IG stories.

Make sure those are, those are auto sharing to Facebook as well. Make sure that feature is turned on Facebook again, such a great conversion platform because it allows clickable links in the caption. Guys, I don't work 24 7 to get this done. Okay? I have very specific tasks that I do, and then at my level, I have a team, which this is gonna be you in a few years, a few months. Whatever the case is for you. I didn't really want a big team for a while.

I still don't have a big team I have five people but um I really was like hands on for so long until I had kids which forced me To really go all in on the team Okay, and this is literally my reality now, which is I am a work from home mom. I raised my two kids I do pretty much whatever I want all day with them, making cookies, going to the playground. I pop in and do the necessary activities that only I can do, or at this point that I feel like I can do.

Anyone can do, you know, anyone on my team could do certain things, but I'm still holding on to a few. Okay. But most of my daily activities I've let go to the team. If this sounds like something you want in your life, like you want the most bad ass team that's going to work and get you results while you are mainly looking at the big vision, the big picture, right? I'm focused on 10Xing the business, so I'm really focused on major retailers right now and selling them our products, okay?

It's a very ballsy move, if I'm being quite honest with you. Um, you know, working and negotiating deals with billion dollar companies. It's not easy. It takes, it's a lot of pressure, but I feel so confident in our products that it really is fun. I'm like, Ooh, this is like a fun game. Here we go. So we just got a six figure, uh, major retailer order in. It's official. I just got the email. It's crazy. I'll share more about that.
