Episode description

In this segment, I discuss how the Constitution is there to protect others, including government, from infringing on our rights. Some want to rewrite the Bill of Rights, changing them from a negative (limiting government) to a positive (empowering government) document regarding our rights. The Founding Fathers understood we are all born with certain unalienable rights and the Bill or Rights exist to keep power-hungry members of the body politic from being able to trample over the people.
