When panic attacks and stress were overwhelming, this was the verse in the Bible that gave a peace that could've only come from God!
There's hundreds of verses in the Bible that tell you not to be anxious! So we can see that it is not God's intent. However, life is hard, and sometimes we lean of the world! But when we shift out of the world and into God and his power, through prayer and thanksgiving, we see the beauty of peace and harmony in our spirit.
