Much older than the Catholic & Protestant belief that God makes new souls upon conception is the theorem that the soul pre-exists and extends into form upon incarnation. If so, every human soul is already in heaven and, in a sense, heaven is in each of us now. This class also explores the contention that hell is existence in physical form when we pursue materialism rather than develop our spiritual awareness.
