19: Cape Verde Dinner Table (feat. cattsmeowww)

In this episode, I look back at the inaugural podcast segment Soul Food Sunday. A segment where I interview a guest from the African Diaspora and talk food. To me true soul food is a dish with a story and culture. My guess Cat and I talk about the brief history of the different Cape Verde islands, growing up in America racially ambiguous and how Cape Verdians throw down in the kitchen during celebrations.
