Episode 21: Food Stop Series- Chubby Shell Dyornal
Episode description
It's been two months since our last episode. We were dried out, exhausted, busy of our personal schedules and unproductive as a team. We hate to admit it, but it's part of a creative journey to stumble upon days like these. It is part of the enigmatic vortex sucking down ideas from our productivity soul. The important thing is that we are back and recharged. Part of our recuperating regimen was to munch on some of the amazing food that is sprouting nowadays. It's as if a culinary explosion happened while the world is suffering from this pandemic. It's as if the restaurateur god suddenly broke loose and sprinkled encouragement to all chefs, making them open up places for people to be cured of the psychological toll that this pandemic has imparted to us.
Today's episode is the pilot for our "Food Stop Series." Our 21st episode is something special since we have a local creator Rachel, who manages her page "Chubby Shell Dyornal." She reviews, makes videos, streams and writes content that focuses on local hangout spots in Baguio City.
We talked about new and old places, spots where some not aware of, our comfort places that offer us some food blanket when we are hungry of nourishment. Some of the places mentioned here are: Cafe' Sabel in Ben Cab Museum, 2D Cafe', Cafe Moto, Oishi Ramen Bai Baguio, American Rib House, Craft Burgers by BrrGrr, White Canvass, Le' Blume and Yolk Korean Egg Sandwiches.
