122: A Future Vision for Coaching

In our final episode, celebrating 20 years of the Association for Coaching, our host Rob Lawrence is joined by the CEO and Co-founder of the AC, Katherine Tulpa and Gina Lodge, the AC Area Chair of the UK, Africa and India as they look forward to the future and the focus of the AC.

They acknowledge that the world we live in is changing more rapidly than ever and the place coaching has in creating a better future. As Gina states, “Coaching is a chance for change…it changes people.”  Learn about the core skills that make coaching powerful, the role and development of leader coaches, and the importance of coaching youth.
