Authenticity is a concept that is constantly being shoved down our throats. We see it on commercial ads, on brands, and we are always being constantly reminded that we need to live authentically and even cultivate authentic relationships. 

But when you think about it, how many of us really know and understand what it means to live authentically, more so in a world that propagates faking it till you make it?
