In this episode, I go over how to create a strength training program from start to finish. Creating a program starts with asking the right questions. What is your goal? What has worked in the past? How much time can you dedicate to training? Once you have a good understanding of the details, you can dig into the training variables - intensity, volume, etc. 

This could be an entire year of podcasts, but hopefully, after listening to this episode you will be better capable of designing quality programs.
