Good Monday morning. So nice to have you with us on the forty seven Morning Update, and we've got a pack show for you. First up, the Big Beautiful Bill. It is well sausage being made in the Senate. Democrats doing everything they can to try to stop this from becoming a reality. I'll give you the latest on where we are right now on that. Also, who are the Republicans that decide to vote against the Big Beautiful Bill

moving forward in the Senate. Well, one of them is just announced they're not running for reelection, and we'll give you those details as well. And finally, not one, not two, but three major Supreme Court cases have been massive victories for the Trump administration. The rule of law, Why is the media not covering it? And what just happened to the Supreme Court. I'll give you all the details, but first, right now, all of us, our help is needed with

the people that are under attack in Israel. We know that Israel is at war with Iran, a nation that is vowed to wipe Israel and even the United States of America off the map. In a necessary act of self defense, Israel struck Iranian nuclear facilities, military targets, and

their top leadership. And right now, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is on the ground preparing large scale distributions of life saving food, first date and emergency kits, especially to Israel's most vulnerable people, the sick, the elderly, children, and families that are in great need. The Fellowship is also making sure that hospitals, emergency rooms and shelters are

fully stocked with critical life saving medical supplies. But the Fellowship needs your most generous gift today to make this work possible. If you want to stand with the people in Israel, and you want to bless them and support them as they are under attack, now is your time to stand with those that are the most vulnerable in Israel. You can call them and give your donation right now to have an impact virtually instantly on what's going on. Eight to eight for eight eight IFCJ, that's eight eight

eight for eight eight if CJ. You can also go online and give it IFCJ dot org. That's IFCJ dot org. It's the forty seven Morning Update, and it starts right now, story number one. So let's give you a big update on the big beautiful bill. It is a very important part of Donald Trump's momentum moving forward and can have a massive impact on lower and middle class Americans especially. So let's start with where we are now. The Senate voted fifty one to forty nine along party lines to

move the bill forward into what they describe as formal debate. Now, you may ask why was it so tight of a vote Senator's Tom Tillis, And we're going to have an update on Tom Tillis in a moment. What we're hearing after this vote, as well as Senator Ram Paul. They decided to go with the Democrats opposing the motion. GOP leaders had to strike last minute deals to secure the votes, and it did pass fifty one forty nine to move forward. Now. It is nine and forty pages long. It is covering

a lot. It's covering tax cuts, it's covering medicaid. It's also covering snap food stamp benefits. It is expanding border and deportation funding. It also has defense and clean energy tax changes, as well as an increased salt deduction cap, as well as child tax credit changes. Now, here's what this bill looks like in its grand form, nine hundred

and forty pages long. What we're hearing from the Congressional Budget Office is it estimates it will add three point three trillion dollars to the national debt over ten years and result in eleven million fewered they claim insured individuals by twenty thirty four. That's what Democrats are seizing on right now to say this is a terrible bill. But

let's talk about what is actually reality here. Donald Trump coming out praising the vote is a great victory and pushing this for the final vote by July fourth, Democrats led by Chuck Schumer are now forcing and you want to talk about a moment of hypocrisy, they are actually forcing to stall the vote. A quote full reading of the nine hundred and forty page texts it will be sixteen to twenty hours. Why are they doing that to

slow the proceedings? Now? You may remember back in the day when Nancy Pelosi, referring to Obamacare, said we won't know what's in the bill until we pass the bill. Apparently now they're more than happy to read a bill only if it means stalling Donald Trump's agenda. Now, there have been a lot of critics, Elon Musk calling it utter insanity, Ram Paul mon Child account provision at and making jobs also at Elon Musk, Senator Mark Warner calling

it a political albatross. So there's always going to be people that don't like what is in the bill, and you're hearing from them right now. The big question is what is next? Well, Number one, the debate is ongoing as I'm recording this. Sinners now have a marathon vote, as they described it, a vote a rama session to propose amendments. And what Democrats are trying to do is they're trying to tie amendments to this bill that would kill the bill, hurt the bill that no Republican would

ever want to vote for. That is to try to stop the bill from becoming law or to postpone this bill so they can get more things in there that they want. There is also what we refer to as the sausage being made many Republicans who aren't hardcore conservative American first individuals. They're wanting something for their vote. And that doesn't count the Democrats who are doing a whole hell of a lot of horse trading as we speak

right now. Now you have parliamentarian ruling, all right. They have already struck down several provisions under the Bird rule limits, and that further adjustments are expected to this bill before the final vote. Once amendments wrap up, a final Senate vote is likely to happen sometime this week, possibly or in theory the president is hoping it will be a July fourth celebration. More than likely, this could happen on Tuesday,

maybe Wednesday, as far away as Thursday or Friday. Now, if it passes, and many Conservatives expect that it is going to pass, then it would return to the House for approval yet again, and then it would go to Donald Trump's desk for signing, potentially as he is asking for it before the July fourth, And that is the goal of the GOP and the administration. So let's just give a quick recap on what I've given you. In substance, it advanced in the Senate in a massive fifty one

to forty nine procedural vote. That was the biggest hurdle. This is the reason why I and the White House believe, and insiders on Capitol Hill are telling me they believe this will become law. They are key contents to this that every American should care about. Number one, and the biggest thing is broad tax cuts. There's also safety net reductions for those that deal with waste, fraud, and abuse. Many Americans voted for that, and that is where people

are saying, Okay, what's next. There's also the argument that if we did nothing, we would actually see the deficit grow at even a faster rate than the three point three trillion that this is going to cost. So now you are up to date on where we are at the very moment and what is happening as we speak. It is called vote rama. It is voting on amendment after amendment after they read this bill, which will take sixteen to eighteen nineteen hours depending on who you talk to,

and then the final votes in the Senate. In theory, are going to happen early this week, then House concurrence, and then Donald Trump will sign off on this bill, hoping to celebrate it on the fourth of July, which would be a very monumental moment for him. So this is where we are good things change. Yes, are their Democrats right now trying to derail all of this. Absolutely. By the way, there's also Republicans that are trying to derail this as well, which brings me to my second story.

Tom tillis one of the two Republicans that vote against the Big Beautiful Bill, is not running for reelection after opposing the Big Beautiful Bill. Senator Tom tillis a Republican from North Carolina, announcing that he's not running for reelection, and in a statement issued on Sunday, Tillis highlighted how he is quote proud of his career in public service.

Tillis also expected he is most proud of his bipartisan victories, such as passing the first nation eugenics compensation as speaker and working across the aisle in the Senate to pass the largest investment in mental health in the history of the United States of America. Till has continued to admit that sometimes quote those bipartisan initiatives got him in trouble

with his own own party, saying this in Washington. Over the last few years, it's been increasingly evident that leaders who are willing to embrace bipartisanship, embrace compromise, and demonstrate independent thinking are becoming an endangered species. Democrats recently lost two such leaders who were dedicated to making the Senate

more of a functional and productive legislative body. Tillis continued, they got things done, but they were shunned after they courageously refused to cave to their party bosses to nuke the filibuster for the sake of political expediency. They ultimately retired, and their presence and Senate Chamber has been sorely missed

every day since. Till has continued on this grand standing moment and expressed that he was beyond grateful for his friends that he had made and added, and that he looked forward to continuing to serve North Carolina over the next eighteen months. Tillis issuing this statement also Saturday, expressing that he had done his homework on behalf of North Carolinas and was unable to support the big, beautiful bill in its current form, saying I did my homework, I

cannot support the bill. It would result in tens of billions of dollars in loss funding for North Carolina, including our hospitals and rural communities. This will force the state to make painful decisions like eliminating Medicaid coverage for one hundreds of thousands and the expansion population, and even reducing critical services for those in traditional Medicaid population. So there you have it. Now. Donald Trump did have a response

to this. Trump expressed in a post on True Social that the people of North Carolina would not allow Tillis to grant stand in order to get some publicity for himself, saying, quote, looks like Senator Tillis, as usual, wants to tell the nation he's giving them a sixty eight percent tax increase as opposed to big tax cuts in American history, that I'm giving them the same time, he's unable to understand the importance of a dead extension, which Republicans gave to

the Democrats just prior to the Nomber fifth election, because of its significant and how important it was for the future of the USA. Trump riding in a post now at the end of the day, Tom Tillis vote the way he did for one reason, because he knew he couldn't win re election, and now he's acting like he is a martyr. Thank goodness, Donald Trump is involved, and I'm sure that he will be helping find a great

America first candidate to run in that election. I want to also bring to your attention a story that's being underreported, especially because it's such massive news for the Trump administration and law in America. The Supreme Court has come out with their latest rulings and they have a significant impact on the country the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court's term came to a close and it dealt major wins for President Trump and well as well as the rule of law.

Three different cases that I want to get into here so you understand just how big they were. Vumber one was Trump versus Cassa. It was under the issue of a universal injunctions. And this is something that was such a big issue because you had these judges that were basically blocking the presence agenda. And as they were blocking the agenda the present, they were doing it in smaller

lower courts. Well, guess what the Supreme Court says universal injunctions aren't actually going to work this way moving forward. There was also another ruling that was massive as well, and it dealt with the Free Speech Coalition versus the State of Texas aka the Attorney General there Ken Paxton. It was a six to three ruling as well, and it held that Texas's age verification law for porn sites is in fact constitutional. This was a massive victory, especially

after we just had to take it down. Act where you could not bully people by putting up fake pictures of them neked on the internet or revenge pictures maybe that you received of someone and then throw them up on the Internet to get revenge. It was making it clearly against the law and parties had to take it down immediately. They could also be fine. So you look at this big fight in Texas, it was very simple.

What this was was a moment where we were trying to protect those eighteen and under from hardcore pornography on the internet by using age verification. Now, almost every one of the porn sites in America had gotten together with a lobbyists to try to stop this, ensuing Texas to try to say that this was unconstitutional. The Supreme Court came down the side of Texas saying they have a right to protect those eighteen and under from pornography on

the internet and by using age verification. Now, what is this going to do, for example, in a place like Texas. It drastically reduces the amount of time that is spent on the Internet by underage individuals looking at pornography. And again, this should be a state's issue, and that's what the Supreme Court is saying. There was also a third Supreme Court decision that came down and it was massive Mohammed Verse.

This is Taylor. And what this dealt with is that hell that parents of public school children can opt out of LGBTQ plus curriculum. Now, this is not only a big win for religious liberty and parental rights, it is also another example of why it's so important to have school choice in this country. Now, you look at what

this dealt with, and it was very simple. Should a parent have the right in a public school to be able to opt their child out of the propaganda that the left is trying to force on them When it comes to transsexuals, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and everything else under the LGBTQ plus flag, there are parents that tried to opt their kids out, and there were schools that said, no, you cannot do it. It's part of the public school curriculum.

And this was obviously taking away parents' rights. Well, now we know that parents do, in fact have a right to decide what their kids are indoctrinated with, especially when it's something is controversial and as radical as the extreme view points of the LGBTQ activist community. Now you look at all three of these rulings. If these were rulings in favor of Joe Biden's agenda, for example, it would

be wall to wall coverage. If this was the rulings of Barack Obama that helped him when he was the president, it would have been wall to wall coverage. But there's a very good chance at about ninety nine percent of you listening to me right now knew nothing about any of these three cases that all came down in favor of parents in came down in favor of the Trump

agenda and the Trump White House and his presidency. The Supreme Court, as Fox News put it, rules on Trump's birthright citizenship order testing lower court power was another one of the big things that came through the Supreme Court is also deciding whether to allow parents to show children from these books in school in the LGBTQ community. Again

a victory for us. This was a massive the White House putting out a statement putting it this way, saying, quote, Today's decision restores the proper separation of powers between the

branches of government. Ending nationwide injunctions is a tremendous victory for the American people in the rule of law that coming from the White House Council David Warrington saying quote, no longer can rogue activist judges abuse their authority to dictate the executive powers of the president of the United States. The Supreme Court ruled. It's a massive victory for the Constitution, the rule of law, and the presidency itself. The White

House says in their statement, saying this. Since the moment President Trump took office, low level activist judges have been exploiting their positions to recap the agenda of which he President Trump was overwhelmingly elected. In fact, of the forty nationwide injunctions filed against Trump's executive actions in his second term, thirty five of them came from just five far left jurisdictions.

In California, Maryland, Massachusetts, Washington, the District of Columbia. So now the Trump administration can properly proceed and critical actions save the country can happen. Congratulations the Trump Administration for every American that believes in the rule of law.
