Welcome to the 3028 show about theme park history and pop culture listry. I am Matt Parrish and I am Kevin Quigley. Oh wait, I'm Matt Jurassic Parkour. Parrish, that's kind of cool.
That should be my new Twitter handle. Jurassic Parkour and I am Kevin the Devil wears a low-hot shirt quickly. What does that mean? You know like the Devil wears Prada? Yeah, I am. You are the moral street of the show. More talented, smarter, more accomplished. See but you're saying that you're anachendric but who's that guy? That bald guy? No, who is Stanley Tucci? I'm Stanley Tucci. I will take that. I love Stanley Tucci. He's great. Thank you so much.
Kevin, it is summertime and you know what we do in the summer? We do this every year. We bring out the fashion show every year. From time on of mind, the 3028 has brought you a fashion show in the summer months. This is our first time doing this guys. So I was at my song Wednesday last night and we were trying to figure out because we have like 17 show topics that we're going to choose to any one time. And so Matt and I are talking. I'm texting and I'm drinking like Scorpion Bulls or whatever.
And then Turkey like Jeff jumps into the conversation. He's like Agent of Chaos. Agent of Chaos. He's like, hey you guys should talk about my favorite character. And I'm like, what? And he's like, talk about Donald Duck and his outfits and we're like, oh my god, that's the best idea ever. Why? It's so funny. And I was like, oh that is kind of interesting. Donald Duck has some outfits. And then when I started doing the research and again, this is like 12 hours of research here.
Not we didn't you know read 12 books. But all the Donald, I mean Donald has more outfits than Liz Taylor. I don't even know. Who I'm talking about. I'm just making someone up. Billy, Billy, what's his name? Billy from Poe's. What's his name? Oh, I don't know. You know, it's a RuPaul's Drag Race of it. By the way. Yes, yes, yes, exactly. See? Yeah. This is our heart throbert show, Kevin. We are diving into the world of Donald, the suspicious, fun world of Donald.
Donald is speaking of agents of chaos. Donald is the agent of chaos in Disney. And we thought it would be kind of interesting to like look at Donald in a way that we've never really looked. See, when we did our goofy show, we're like, okay, we had rules set in place. We're like, we're going to do attractions about goofy where he appeared in things, but not like walk around meet and greet characters. We're not going to do that. That's ridiculous. Why would we ever do that?
Why would we ever do that? It's so silly. And then when we're a Donald, we're like, oh, well, of course we can only talk about walk around meet and greet characters. Well, so I like that when we've looked at these characters, we've done it in unique ways because they're all unique characters and they deserve their own angle. And we're going to jump into Donald here. You'll notice an unofficial theme happening this season with these characters.
But before we get there, we want to let you know we are still listening or supported here on the show. We have been for some time. We thank you so much for your donations. If you've made a donation, thank you so much. I mean, you mean the world to us, we think about you night and day. We also encourage more donations. If you have yet to leave a donation, we would appreciate that. You can find the buttons in the show notes when the show comes out.
Yeah. And we also love your glorious five star reviews. We've got a few of those lately. A lot of glorious ones. There's so glorious guys. And we are definitely we're going to read a few of them at the end of the show. We have really enjoyed people stepping up lately. We have gotten some donations. We have gotten some five star reviews. So I love that we're still interacting with people. I kind of dropped off Twitter. I don't have Twitter anymore.
And Matt doesn't I don't think interact on Twitter. I can't even access my Twitter anymore. I like my shaman advertising was I was canceled. It's basically what happened. Both canceled. And so I was a little worried that we would lose the interactive stuff with the people, the listeners, but Instagram is still popping off. And there are I have at least five or six followers on blue sky. So we're doing great. We're killing it. We're cornealious. Kav we're killing it.
We are moving forward into the future of technology with a more limited footprint, which makes absolutely no sense. So if you still follow us and you still donate and you still leave glorious five star reviews, please continue to do so. We when we do listries and we do histories, Kevin does a great job of putting up the images that we talk about on the show in the Instagram. That's the best place where you can almost listen along. Yeah, exactly.
So yeah, if you if you're listening to the show and you're like, what I what I try to do is Matt will put out the show and then I'll put out the Instagram pictures, you know, immediately so that when you're listening to the show, you can leave through and you can be like, oh, that thing. And hopefully, you know, you're getting a whole sensory experience. I remember back in the old wedway radio days, there used to be like video and pictures like moving pictures on your iPod.
Oh, that was a big deal. I remember those days a long time ago. So that that hasn't happened in a little while, but the Instagram, this is this is a way to, you know, curate your own experience, folks, go to Instagram, listen to the show, you're going to have a great time. But we have a lot of Donald to cover. So without any further a duck, let's jump in. Since his first appearance in the 1934 cartoon, the wise little hen, Donald Duck has worn many hats and many outfits.
His most recognizable look is his classic sailors outfit chosen by animators simply because sailors and ducks are both water bound in cartoons over the years. You'd find Donald becoming a soldier, a camper, even a ghost buster, always switching up his look to match his intent. When Disney parts began featuring live characters, Donald and his ever changing drip became one of the highlights.
So in this episode of the 3028, we're going to take a look at Disney's lunatic ball of id and the many, many costume changes of Donald Funtleroy Duck. I love that name. Donald Funtleroy Duck. His real name. Let's just think if Disney was really chinsy, the swan boats would have been floating Donald heads. I think in the early days of Walt Disney World, like how bad could they have done Donald? They could have done him dirty.
You know, it's kind of funny that you mentioned that because in Shanghai Disneyland, they did a whole big giant Donald float. Like a rubber duck. I think that's excusable, but not a permanent attraction where he's literally just floating. Yes. Poor Donald. Yeah, why would anyone ever do that? Anyway, Kev, we are all about Donald this week. I'm a huge Donald fan. My brother, Nate Parrish, he loved Donald when we were kids. And so I have always followed along with Donald.
I watched Duck Presents on the Disney Channel in the mid 80s. Donald was, of course, part of Mauser's size and every other celebration happening in Walt Disney World and Disneyland. Donald has a great history that we're not going to talk about on this show. No, we mentioned a little bit of his history during the Walt again to show. And there's so much more to talk about with him. At some point, we're going to do like a little bit of a more deep dive into his history.
But we thought it was going to be kind of fun to take a look at Donald in the parks. We don't really talk about meet and greet or walk around characters very often on the show. A lot of other shows, I think, cover where you can find characters and what they're doing. But Donald is so malleable, malleable. Oh my God, make it stop. Fought La Roy. But he's everywhere and he always looks different. I love the fact. Jeff brought this up to us and then Matt and I ran with it.
And we're like, why does Donald have so many costume changes? It's a lot. It's a lot. So we're going to get into some of our favorites. This is really, really fun. So the first one is we don't usually do this, but I'm starting with an honorable slash disarmable mention because I don't understand this outfit, Matt. So in animal kingdom, they were trying really hard to boost up a Dino Land USA. And for a while, they were doing something called Donald's Dino Bash.
Now I like this because I got to find Launch Padman Quack, my favorite character and I got to hang out with him for a little bit. But Donald is there and I don't understand Donald's outfit at all. Okay. So I'm thinking of this and put it into Instagram so people can make their own assessment on it. But he looks like he's the mayor of Dino Land. That's what I'm gathering. He's got a sash. He's got a fancy hat.
He's got a double-breasted like sport jacket over a vest with a single button and then his signature no pants look. And so what we have with Donald is a mayor McChee's thing happening. Oh, I see what you're saying. And he has like the thing with like Dino Land and all of animal kingdom is that they always have these like hints of wild animals. So like there'll be, there'll be like areas that have like spots and then it'll be like the full spotted animals.
And this he has like ruffles like a ridge around his vest that sort of looks like the comb of a dinosaur. It's like a mane. Like a mane of a dinosaur. Yes, yes. Oh, I didn't pick up on that. That actually makes a ton of sense. So he has that sort of ruffled feathery look because dinosaurs were more like birds than any other animal. And so he's really got feathers all over his cap and his sort of breast area of his sport coat. Just to encourage me why Donald's here.
Dino Dinosaur is evolved into birds. Oh, we are so dumb. We're so dumb. Oh my God, that's amazing. Okay, now I'm going to search guys. Real time. You heard it live. The light bulb went off in Kevin's. Let's see. That's why we brought you on the show. You're Meryl Streep. I'm Meryl Streep and everything that you bought that was Cerulean Blue is now mine. So let's continue going on. This is something that Matt found. This is hilarious. So this is Tuxedo Duck.
Pastel, Tuxedo Donald found during Easter time at Caribbean Beach. This is a very weird and interesting outfit for Donald because it's all pastel colors. It's all pastels. Another double breasted coat with this sort of multi buttons on each side. Another vest, double buttoned in the center. But here he looks a little more fancy, you can tell he's like going to brunch maybe because it's Easter. But there's nothing else Easter about it other than the pastels.
It's the light blues and the sort of fancy yellow. Like he could instead of Easter maybe be going to the Kentucky Derby and having that whole thing. Yeah, but I kind of love the sort of like understated elegance of Easter Donald. I just I don't you don't get to see like understated Donald very much. So he's got a top hat but it's like light colors. I'm because I'm colorblind. I think it's light blue or pink. Yes, it's like blue. It's like blue.
Yes. And he's got like a yellow hatband and he's he's still rocking that no pants thing because that's just the Donald situation. I just kind of love that he's got that half vest. Like I could have been a longer vest. Why not? The vest in the sport coat are sort of halter top-ish. They're very short. It's almost like they didn't think this one all the way through like the the seamstress as seamster and seamstresses didn't do any tailoring in advance.
They didn't do a lot of measurements before they they fixed up Donald here for his day. What's interesting here is it's just Donald. That's kind of an interesting thing like Caribbean beach and Donald. I'm trying to make the connection and I'm not making it. I wonder yeah Caribbean beach like maybe because ducks like the Caribbean. I don't know. That's a reason. It's total reason. Donald is dressed up for getting a scoliosis test in school and we're very.
We're very, very, very, very, very, very interesting. So I want to stay on the Easter tip because over in Tokyo Disney, we've talked about the Usatama's on the show many times. Usatama is an egg with legs and hands and bunny ears and so it's like halfway between a bunny and an egg. And in the Usatama parade, the Easter parade at Disneyland Tokyo, Tokyo Disneyland, Donald is dressed up in a vaguely Usatama outfit but it is so 90s.
So he's wearing the bunny ears on his head but like goggles that have like stuff coming out. It's all pastel colors. It looks like a trapper keeper. It looks like Rob Yo invented this and it's got like like levers and gears and stuff. It's got like a light switch on his jacket which I found very disturbing.
The levers and gears, there's like a, it's almost like a meter on, you know, like a, like a speedometer, like a meat, that kind of meter that's in action on going on in his, on his vest there. It's a zip up. Sporty top with cuffed sleeves. I think those goggles are egg like, almost like pastel egg like in three dimensions and things are like popping off of them and then he's got the, the matching bunny ears. I have you ever watched Garfield and friends? The old show.
I watched that with the kids sometimes. It's on Pluto TV. It just cycles all day long. But I watched it when I was in seventh grade every morning at 7 a.m. and there's a character name Sheldon and he just has legs popping out of an egg and he hangs out with Garfield and some other ducks. Oh, what are the ducks? His name's Wade. Okay. So that is the part of a Garfield and friends that is US acres from the Garfield TV show and from the Garfield strip.
There were two strip by Jim Davis, Garfield and US acres and one of them was just all about barnyard animals. Yes, barnyard animals. Yeah. So he does have sort of that look to him. The Usatama's are very like this. But this is basically like, hey, let's take the concept of steampunk and then throw Mary, not Mary Blair. Let's her name that did all the trapper keeper stuff. Oh, the trapper keeper light. Not Mary Elizabeth Master Antonio. She was in it. She was not the trapper keeper lady.
She was the love interest in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves. Oh, a great, great movie. That was okay. It was frightening. It's where I learned about Caesarean's cabinet. It was like what to expect when you're expecting that movie. Oh, boy. Yes. Which everyone should know. 50% Caesarean rate. Trapper keeper lady. Who is she? Lisa Frank. Yeah, so it basically looks like someone said, hey, let's take the basic idea of steampunk and throw a whole bunch of Lisa Frank at it.
And this is what Usatama Donald looks like. So Easter Donald can either be extremely like proper, like going to Teen Donald or completely mental Donald with like gears and stuff on his jacket. Very, very interesting. But Matt, let's go back to elegant Donald. This is what I like to call bald Donald. This is Donald without a hat. And he looks weird. He does age a little bit. In case you're wondering what happens to men as they bald. But this is Disney Land's 60th, the Diamond Celebration Donald.
They brought out all the characters. They put them all in black and white tuxes and basically sported them around the theme park around the Disneyland promenade, downtown Disney, and let you basically get a sense that there was a gala happening at Disney at the time, the Diamond Celebration Elegans. Elegans. And it is interesting that you said that he has like a swabs sort of older man like a younger Telli Savales or like Jean-Luc Picard. Look, but it's interesting because we are so used to.
We have got it in our mind that Donald with no pants totally makes sense. We don't ever question it. Donald without a hat looks weird to us. That's so funny. Why is that true? I don't know it's so true. It's disturbing. It doesn't make a lot of sense. But it's kind of like when you see somebody without a hat, like in public, like one of your friends for the first time, you're like, oh, I didn't know what you look like without a hat or somebody curls their hair or something.
It's just like a totally different look for someone. Yeah. So it's interesting that Disney thought, hey, for Elegans, let's have bald Donald without a hat. And this is so weird because he's wearing like a tuxedo in tails. This is the perfect excuse for him to wear a top hat. It doesn't make sense. No. No. But speaking of steampunk, Matt found this one. So Disneyland Paris has this one restaurant. It's called Inventions, not Inaventions, where the food is vaguely tolerable.
And it is, it's not stomach churning, like mostly other food and Disneyland parents. It's inside the Disneyland Hotel and it has like gears and inventions. And like here's something that, you know, here's a flying machine over here and you know, all that stuff. And it has this like look about it like a steampunk laboratory. But if it was a buffet that sold the fairly okay food. And Donald sometimes appears there in his steampunk finery.
Yes. And you know it's steampunky because of the gears, but also because he's adorned himself in velvet. Yes. Kevin, this is velvet Donald, the velvet underground version. The 19 teens and 20s Donald with steampunk attire. He's got the chain linked cuffs on his vest and then an ass got also in velvet. Everything is bronze colored, but not like when we say bronze, we mean like bronze, like discovery land in Paris. Not bronze, like what they try to do with space mountain and Disneyland.
Oh no, it's just look dirty. It's indeed gross. This he has got a bronze colored hat. He's got like that chain. I don't know what it is about this chain mat. It's driving crazy. It's so fun. And it really like this is an elegant version of steampunk. This is not like the down and dirty with the goggles and the and that sort of thing. It's like, oh, I'm presenting my new fly my time machine to you and I'm going to wear my finest outfit. I love this. This is a great find.
He looks like he's going to go party at the Edison later or something, right? Right. He's going to be the early 20th century and you get the vibe that the Donald has somewhere nice to be, somewhere fancy. He could have actually presented. He could have been in this in the adventurous club. Yes. Yes. This is a very adventurous club, Donald. By the way, I read a, I shared this with Matt. I read a review of the adventurous club. I was doing some research for another project.
And this one guy on the internet hated the adventurous club, hated it. He was just like, he was like, it's forcing you to try to have fun and it's not fun. It's a comedy club and the regulars are mean. And I'm like, okay, it's fine. It's fine friends. It's all calm down. Speaking of, speaking of adventuring and adventurous clubbing, let's go on over to Hong Kong Disneyland and take a look at Jungle Crew Skipper Donald. I love Jungle Crew Skipper Donald.
He's got a shirt that has like passport stamps on it. He's got one of those bandanas around his neck. He's got one of those like caps that the skippers all wear. And I think this is specifically, this is a brand new outfit because probably the reason why we're doing this show is that Donald is 90 years old this year. Yeah. Yeah. This is really, really cool. I love the sort of skipper canteen look there. The safari look. Very beige sort of khaki.
What I like about this look for Donald is it looks like he has stamps on his shirt from places that he's visited around the globe. Yeah, exactly. So this could be he's been everywhere. They've stamped it. The coolest thing about this is that it might not have originally been a shirt. It looks like this was this could have been a wrapping. And then you'll see on the side, he's like laced it up with like leather laces. So he's made this shirt out of something else. That's true.
It's like a canvas or something that he's yeah, turned into a shirt. I like it. I love the hat. I love the look. I love the handkerchief around the neck, which you could easily take off and wipe your brow on a very humid day as you're out exploring. But he's come back to town. I mean, he still looks nice, but he's got the gear for someone who might be whisked away on a journey.
Yeah. So if like Donald ever, my guess is here, he's appeared in line or in front of the jungle crews in Hong Kong Disneyland. Yeah, he I don't think he does any skippering, which would be really fun though. I will say. Yeah, because he's mad about everything. I would love I would love Donald in my in my in my cruise are there. That would be awesome. So here's something that's kind of interesting.
So we're going to stay overseas a little bit and take a look at what I'm calling a genius artist, Donald. This is like Van Gogh, Donald or something. He's sort of unkempt. Kevin, this is this is the weirdest thing about this Donald. Okay. So this is he's on Main Street, USA in Paris. So you know, he's painting. He's got a little painter's cap, but it's a skew. He's wearing a painter's smock, but it's buttoned wrong. So like one end is down. The pockets are falling out.
He's got spates batters all over him. That's all finding good. That's all I wouldn't have necessarily included this. What's interesting and this has never happened in any of the other norms I found. His feet are messed up. He's got a splatter of paint on one of his feet. And I've never seen that change ever. That's very interesting. Yeah, you're right. These are all consistent. His feet are always available. His webbed feet are always available in case he needs to go on a swim.
Here he has a big blue splotch right on his lefty. Yeah, yeah, and there's a similar blue splotch on his vest. And so he's just like throwing, he's like Jackson Pollock. Jackson Pollock is. He's got the drip. He's got this blue paint. It's everywhere. And there's like, there's a painting of an art nouveau woman in the foreground. So he's like, you know, the conceit is that he's painted this in the past. So he can do anything.
He's like this deranged but genius artist who does not care what he looks like as long as he makes beauty in art. It's an art nouveau jasmine from Aladdin is what I'm gathering. Oh my gosh, it totally is. It looks amazing. It looks amazing. Yeah, it's really cool. I like this. I like this whole look. I'm glad you included this one because this one really is different from a lot of it. I like to hat the sort of derby look there up top. That hat actually has a different name.
Yeah, it's almost like newsies, right? Sometimes the news boy caps are fluffy on top. Sometimes they look more like a bowler. Would you consider it a beret? Yeah, it might be more like a beret except it has a bill. And it has a bill. I guess it has. I guess a beret has a bill. Anyway, it's interesting. It's also like an orange plaid. Yeah, yeah, it's a very unusual color for a Donald, but it matches his feet and matches his bill. This is just really cool. Look for him. I did.
So I've been on, I mean, through USA in Paris a few times. I have never seen Donald out like this and I am sad because I would love to see this. I think he's out in front of Waltz, which is a beautiful restaurant to sit in and not do anything else because if you eat and there you will die. And I shouldn't be that mean. I did eat in there and I live. You're alive. Well, barely. All right, let's stay in Paris because, okay, Matt. Okay, yeah. Oh my God. I'm ready for this. This is amazing.
Okay. So with the Sequoia Lodge at Disneyland Paris, there is a Donald who is, I'm going to say, dressed up in like hunting gear. He's wearing a bright orange and yellow hat. He's wearing a button down shirt, a plaid button down shirt that's like yellow and bright. So because he's at the Sequoia Lodge, I'm thinking he's dressed for hunting. But Matt, he looks like he's dressed to go dance in a scaband. Yeah, yeah. Where's his trumpet? Where is he? He's hiding in ductones.
Yeah, mighty, mighty bosses. I think they wore like suits. Yeah, they did. They did. They wore suits. But yeah, the whole like, it's, it's, this is a weird marriage. A marriage of like national parks, scaw and like Duluth Trading Company. Like all together. All together, Kevin. I like it. It's, it's a very different Donald. He's kind of cash and Donald can get gussied up. But here he's, you know, he's like the, he's not a game warden, right? He's not official.
He's like a casual hunter who's like, just stopped into the lodge. He's just, he's in his lodge gear. He like, he was out all day. He didn't find anything. He's going to come back. He's going to listen to, you know, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy for a while. And, and, and dance. Getting one of those circles. Yeah, I love this, Donald, because, you know, like you said, we, we've been looking at kind of a lot of fancy Donald's except for the U.S. of Tom Wong, which is insane.
And this one is very like, this is like Donald, dad Donald. But you're going to hang out with him at your barbecue in the backyard. This is perfect, just in time for Father's Day, which will have long past us by when this show comes out. However, this is a, yeah, he's dad Donald. He's real big ducks and he's, he's dad. Oh, he's got real big ducks. Oh, no. He's going to sell out with me tonight. Sell out with me. Oh, yeah. But also he's at the lodge.
This is like, he went, this is the Donald that will tell you that, you know, hey, I like no doubt before they went mainstream. Yes, yes. And he's like, by the way, he's sort of duck-splaining in this picture. He's like, he's about to take his hat off and like, break some stuff down for you. Like a dad would. That's what I've got. This is what happens when I talk to people at work, because I'm so old now and there's people in their 20s. And I have to like stop and like, break something down.
Like, look, this is the way this works. That's what he's doing. He's a duck-splaining. This is what happens whenever somebody normal that says, hey, what's Tiki all about to me? It's the worst. You overheard Tiki conversation happening and you started to get involved. Zoom right in. It's like when somebody asked me about the golden girls, when I, okay, it's Pride Month, guys. We're not doing a Pride thing, by the way. Fine, it's fine. Matt wouldn't let me because you straight know that's not.
No, my God. See, I told you, this is why my Twitter account got canceled. I was in the entire Pride Month. But I've recently heard somebody like over, like overheard say someone saying, hey, what was the golden girls all about? They're like young millennials and I had to go explain who Betty White and B. Arthur were. Yeah, it was a whole, they didn't understand. I saw B. Arthur when I was a kid. I was a, it was a, oh, I'm sorry. I saw Ruma clan of hand when I was a kid and it was a joy.
It was a delight. Yeah, we were talking about Ruma clan of hand off the air because we can't get enough of that real slash tick tock thing. Surprise, surprise, surprise, surprise. She's not Ruma clan hand. No, no, no, she's not Ruma clan hand, but she speaks like Ruma clan hand. My favorite part about Ruma clan hand in that show is that she's always talking about Big Daddy, who was like her rich, southern dad, which is a character you like, I don't know if you ever saw him.
Maybe they're like one season they pulled him out or something, but like for most of the series, he's just mentioned. Yeah, and I think yeah, he appeared in the later episode. Or something like that. Yeah, oh gosh, I don't remember. In my head, I'm thinking of Charles Durning, like he might have played him, like the dad from Tootsie, I don't know. Just making stuff up here. I'm just making stuff up, everyone. You're, you're, you're, you're splaning to us. I'm not.
Matt, let's, let's, let's look at some tropical looks for Donald. So, Donald appears at O'Lani in a, a low-hash shirt, which is very, very nice. You see him out there. I love, so I, you've, have you been to O'Lani, right? No, I've not. Why would you say that? Because like it just seems like something that you would do. I watched the full house episodes of when they went in the Brady bunch, when they went to Hawaii. It's basically like I've been there.
So, Donald really excels when he is in like tropical gear. So he's at O'Lani. This is a textured swim shirt. Like it's, it's a button down shirt, but it's textured in a way that makes me think that he's, it's UV protection. Oh my God, what is it? It's got that ribbed texture on there. Oh, that is something. I like the, it, by the way, his whole look here at O'Lani is textured, including his hat. Yeah, he's got a straw hat that's like sort of falling off. This is beach bum.
Oh my God, this is beach bum Donald duck. I love this. By the way, Donald, okay. So, before we talked about like bald Donald, Disneyland's 60th diamond, like that was a very fancy like demure Donald. And this is like party Donald. I love this version. Yeah, he's going to hang out. It looks like in the picture that we have that we're going to post on the Instagram. It looks like he's like, suns out, guns out, darling.
Oh my God. He's forgetting ceremonial and he's out on the turtle bay and he's out on the town. So similarly at Disney's California Adventure, they're in the storytellers cafe and the PCH like dining area. There is like a meet and greet area where it's like surfboards and fatch. It's very, it's a little teaky. And Donald's there with a different kind of straw hat. He's got the Aloha shirt open with a shirt underneath, like a striped shirt underneath. Striped it.
There's the surfboards all around and he is the picture that we have. He's looking at you with these pointless finger guns. He's like, hey, you. Shooter McAvin, Kevin, he looks like he's standing outside of Hollister at the mall. And he just got a new outfit ready for the weekend here. This is a dad who went into Hollister. Oh my God. He can still fit into some of these things. This is the worst day. And he's like, at the mall, like, hey kids, hey, look at me.
Yeah, like you brought your daughter there to get some, you know, some digs and then you just happen to like find the sweetest outfit ever and you're so into it. That is Donald here at the PCH Surfshack. God, this Donald is so great. Like tropical Donald is like the Donald I want to hang with. Like he's going to, he's going to come to, to the teaky bars with me and like chill out and we're going to hang out and we're going to talk about Don Beach. It's going to be great.
Speaking of dinner appearance and apparel, Hong Kong, let's go back to Hong Kong because Donald and Adventureland and like Safari Donald and like Adventureland Donald is very interesting. So this is a Donald who appears at the Adventureland dinner at Hong Kong. He is, he's a do-boy. Matt, explain to the kids what a do-boy is.
Yeah, so a do-boy would have been like a like an enlisted service member in World War 1 who in this case, a lot of times you'd see them in their fatigues but in this case is wearing his dress greens adorned with like do-boy, his do-boy hat which is very, it's not the, it's not a western style. What's the style of that hat? Oh boy, more hats. Yeah, sorry. I thought you were the hat guy. Oh, it's literally called the World War 1 do-boy hat. Yeah, okay he is.
Yeah, this is definitely, I was getting total do-boy vibes because, Kev, you know, we have the only World War 1 true World War 1 memorial in Kansas City and so everybody's dressed up like these. In fact, Disney, a former Disney exec consulted the museum on what the staff should look like as people walk through and this is what they're wearing. It's kind of national park seats, very Teddy Roosevelt readiness commission. It's, it's, it's all of that.
But then also it's kind of that adventure land green. Yeah, yeah, it's like he could be a park ranger. When you said Teddy Roosevelt, that really locked it in for me. It basically looks like he and his rough riders are going to go up San Juan Hill and he's going to be like, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, but really it looks like he looks like he's in a Teddy Roosevelt thing. The do-boy look is awesome.
I love, I love that there's, you sit like hints of adventure land, but there's national park stuff. It's a really interesting Donald that has like some, it's very American. Here's the thing. Oh, Matt. Oh, this is, this is an amalgamation of what America is from a Hong Kong perspective. Oh my God, that's so true.
I had students at the university when I taught there from, from like Chongqing and they were like, we always think of, when we thought of Americans, we thought of like the Ronald Reagan Western American. 1950s, almost like Davey Crockett era Americans. But this is another perspective on that. This is the very TR, the very Roosevelt era of America. You find that a lot, I think, and you've mentioned this a lot because there's literally a Teddy Roosevelt footprint in Asia. Oh, yeah.
Well, I mean, look at Tokyo Disneyland. There is a whole Teddy Roosevelt bar in the American waterfront and it's all like Mahogany and very, very cool. I, yeah, this is very interesting. It's so strange to go because there's levels here, right? You're going to a foreign, like a foreign land. You're going to like a Tokyo or Hong Kong or Shanghai. And then it's an American company. So you have that layer on it.
But then you have the character and the land dressed up to look like America, but it's a little bit different than what people from America would think America is. And I love all the layers that you unpack here. Yeah, a lot of good ones, including his belt, which is the leather outerwear belt. Almost like those fatigue jackets or even dress greens would go down beyond the belt line, something that they did a lot in the early 20th century.
It's like a sport coat but buttoned up and then a belt on the outside of it. I do want to point out that Donald is wearing a belt. Still no pants. And the belt is like right below his sternum. This is not holding up any pants. This is like that movie, where everyone wore the pants way high up. Yes, yes. It's like that, but except for no pants. Let's take a quick look. So Donald has dressed in a lot of Halloween costumes. One time he dressed as a candy corn, which is really funny.
And he's done a lot of them, but because he's done so many, we wanted to focus on what I think we thought was the best one. We've seen Mickey Mouse dress up as a vampire and he's cute. He's a cute little vampire Mickey Mouse. It's like a vampire mouse. Donald as a vampire is for some reason terrifying and I don't know why. It doesn't make sense. It doesn't make sense why a duck would be this devilish. He is very scary. Those fangs, dude, that's what it is.
The fangs and the ears, I guess, those sort of devil ears on top of his head. We get the traditional blues and oranges of Halloween and the blacks. He's got those shoe coverings that you find in this era. Some very like bram stokers era of vampireish figure. You know, we've all seen Candacular. He was on right after danger mouse on the Nickelodeon shows back in the days. It was. I loved Candacular. He was vegetarian. He was a vegetarian vampire. But this is very, he's menacing.
Yeah, like you said, it's bram stoker. It's a little bit Terrytown, New York, right? You know, it's like that kind of level of spooky where they had those horsemen around. And this, it's a placement of his eyes. I want to say that Donald's eyes are normally, they're not in any real different place, but for some reason, the cast of his eyes looks more menacing here. This is the Donald that you get in a lot of the early shorts where he's angry and he's throwing things and he's turning red.
This is a menacing Donald. And we don't have a menacing Donald in the rest of our whole list. It's very interesting and very cool. This is Fright Night Donald from the 80s. If you've ever seen that vampire movie, which was very scary, this is the Kiefer Sutherland with fangs, Donald in the last voice. Lost voice. Yeah, this is all the things here. And by the way, by the way, Kiefer Sutherland is like awesome, but he's like terrifying in that role.
And that's kind of what the vides I'm getting from Donald's here. It's a vampire Kiefer Sutherland role in this. Oh my gosh, so right. By the way, fun fact about me. I didn't start collecting superhero comics until I was in my late 20s. And so I never got any full runs of anything except before I started collecting comics for real. I had a full set of Fright Night comic books. You did? Oh my gosh. All 60 issues over. I have all of them. Oh, I loved Fright Night. I saw the movie.
I think it was like 1985, but the vampire. Yeah, something like that. The vampire in that movie is like living next door and they're like spying on him to see what he's going to be doing. It's kind of got that rear window vibe, but also that guy who plays the vampire is also in child's play as the detectives. So he's in a couple of scary movies. They're like right in a row. Well, okay. So we like Donald in the uniform. So let's go back. We're going to go to Tokyo real quick.
Tokyo Disneyland is awesome because they have this great restaurant slash area called Woodchuck Hall. The junior woodchuck's, you know, Huey doing Louie are like scouts basically. And Donald sometimes appears in his junior woodchuck like outfit and he's got the hat. Basically, you know, like one of those society hats like with the junior woodchuck at, you know how you watch like the Flintstones or whatever. And they're going to like the Buffalo Lodge or you see me out with my FES.
It's like that. Like he belongs to a fraternal society of junior woodchuck's. He's wearing the hat. It's a coonskin cap like Davy Crockett. I love this look. I think they basically took this from the episodes of Full House where Dave Cooley had the as Joey Gladstone had Mr. Woodchuck. He had a television show and he walked around. He looked like a Ranger, like a park Ranger. But this is like an old timey version of that.
So it has the TR look, the Roosevelt look except it feels very readiness commission. Like it's not the it's not the commissioned officers look like the previous Donald. This one is like in training. Yeah. Like Donald. Yes. Yeah. I mean like he's older so you think you know, oh, he's going to be like a scout master order. But no, it looks like he's just sort of like he just got into it. He would do it. Louis wanted to get into the scouts and Donald for some reason he was like, you know what?
Yeah, my nephew's want to get into this. I'm going to do it too. And so he jumped into the role like head first. He got all the gear. He got the the the ribbit, not the ribbon. The bandana round his neck. He's got the hat. He got the sashes and the patches and the whole thing all over. He's posing in front of the the the lodge fireplace. This is great. I love this Donald so much. He looks really like he's ready to go scouting and earn a badge for like canoeing.
There's a really bad JTT Chevy chase movie called man of the house on Disney, probably an appropriate by today's standards also stars George went. And it's about a stepdad who's trying to bond with his son and the son is played by JTT Jonathan Taylor Thomas. And so JTT basically tells him, hey, we need to join the scouting group which he knows is very nerdy trying to run off the potential stepdad.
And so they joined this crew of scout like kids and very nerdy dads and go with them on these on these scouting trips. And that is the Donald vibe I'm getting here. I love that you and I both have extraordinarily specific vibes from all these Donalds. This is hilarious. So we're getting closer to the end here. We're going to we're going to get some real iconic stuff now. I think Matt I could be wrong outside the sailor outfit, his general outfit that he wears to you know all around the parks.
I think that the Donald that most people think of when they think of Donald and Disney parks is Mexico in Epcot. Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. I love this. I think that this look with the subrero and the fact that he's in the three caballeros inside like all of this thing like merges really well the inside of the pavilion, the outside of the pavilion, pavilion. And here Donald has that iconic meat and greek in Mexico. Yeah, yeah.
So one of the first times I went to Disney World with Jeff, turkey leg Jeff. He told me that at one point he saw a young Mexican child run up to Donald and screamed El Pato de Naldo. Which is the cutest thing in the whole world. He's wearing the Serapé. He's got the subrero. Everything about this Donald. It's so funny because he is in no way like in the three caballeros. He's not from South America. He's from Anaheim basically. But he pulls this off.
I don't know why this is so resonates with everybody. I really love this look for Donald so much. Well, so you have a diary of a wimpy kid. You have Greg and Rally in the first movie. And in the very first scene, Greg is desperately trying to be cool. And Rally shows up in his Serapé. And Greg is like, what are you wearing? And he's like, we just got back from Guatemala. It's my Serapé. And he spins around. But the irony of the movie is that Rally is himself and very fun and friendly and cool.
And Greg's always trying to be cool and never ends up being cool. So I love the Serapé on Donald, on Rally. I think that this is a great look for Donald. I used to have a Serapé and I would wear it to work. And people would be like, I wouldn't wear it for work, but I was working a bookstore at a time. And I would get off the bus and my Serapé and all my friends were like, why? Why are you wearing a Serapé? It was good. All right. So Matt, you are.
I have been to Castaway Key several times, but I would consider you among the two of us, the Castaway Key expert. So there are what two Donald outfits here. Oh yeah, we got a few Donald outfits. I think we can even go deeper. So we have a traditional like Sailor's vibe, Donald and Daisy, who often come out to play. And what's interesting about this one, I'll just speak to this one quickly, is that Donald is wearing a Captain's cap, almost like a Yacht Rock cap.
There, Kev. It's got the Sailor's anchor on it. And then he's got the very, I would say, orthodox flap or necker chef that sort of comes around his neck. And this is something that you would have found like, US Navy Sailors wearing, but really that tradition goes back to like the 16th century. We know the US Sailors are called Cracker Jacks when they wear these and their whites and blues very, very, you know, regal looking as they wear their dress uniforms.
But here is, it's like, he has that, but it's very cartoonish. And his, the rest of his uniform is like wave insignia on the front. Like it looks like waves are being cartoon, waves are being made across his chest. And then Daisy has a similar vest with of course the stripe at undershirt. And hers has sea shells, starfish and bubbles. So this is very, very, very interesting. This is not my favorite, although it has pieces of the official naval uniform that I do like.
It's weird because we've looked at all these other Donald outfits and none of them have like printed stuff. All of it's like, like fabric. And this looks like sort of cheap fabric that you get it like, like, like, like, unlovers. Yeah. They sort of sew it together and you know, you haven't even like put it in. It's like printed fabric and this is so unusual for Donald to wear.
The other thing that Donald wears in general on cast wig he is so much better because Matt, this is a full on a low-haw shirt. I love it. I love this. I love the low-haw shirt. Donald is like three-quarter sleeves or like full sleeves. And then he's got the straw hat, but it's like the formal straw hat. Yeah, this is a little bit different look than the one at the PCH and the one at Alani. Where it's sort of a nicer version, like you said, it's got the three-quarter sleeves.
It's got the straw hat, but it's not like a beach comer thing. This is like a trader. This is somebody who's like trading his wares on the beach and he's like, oh, hey, welcome to my island. That sort of thing. And instead of being like, oh, I'm just going to hang out underneath the palm tree.
It kind of reminds me of the very beginning of Jurassic Park where Dodgson is paying for the DNA and he walks into Costa Rica and he's wearing like a straw hat and he's trying not to look like a tourist, but he definitely does. Like it's the most tourist thing he could do. Right. Dodgson, we got Dodgson here. By the way, 313 episodes, we have never not mentioned Jurassic Park. So we also met, so we're going to deep dive a little bit because this could and maybe is also a cast-way key look.
And this is something that you found and I cannot believe how excited we were when we found this. In fact, all of the characters get to wear these. We're going to call this LaCost Donald. This is Donald's outfit for the Run Disney events. Now I could only think of 3028 Superfan Chrissy when I was thinking because she's a dynamo. This lady runs and runs and runs. What are you running from, Chrissy? But this is the best thing that we've ever finished a sort of mystery history with.
It is the Donald track jacket. He only wears it for Run Disney and it is so 90s. He's got a complimentary cap with a D on it. Just in case you don't know it's Donald. Yeah. So the way I describe this to Matt was that he looks a little bit like Dale Earnhardt Jr. Oh my god. Why? Why he does? It's the color scheme or something. It is. It's like he could either go running or he's going to get in a race car. It's going to be a NASCAR situation. But I love this look.
It's so unusual because it zipped up. So a lot of... Okay. So when you're meeting Donald, when you're looking at Donald or any of the other characters, you have the idea. You look at them and you're like, oh, they put on these clothes obviously. But in your mind, you're like, oh, no, these clothes sort of came with them today. This is what they did. This looks like Donald was running out of the house and it's like, oh, I'm going to go running. I'm going to put this jacket on.
It looks like he's put this on as opposed to it's part of a costume. You know what I mean? Yeah. Good point. That's a great point here. He looks like maybe like an old Jim coach who just grabbed his jacket on the way out to the rec yard. Yeah. I'm getting lots of old, timey prep school vibes here, but also very 90s Jim coach vibes. Yeah. He could be an Oberlin Academy. He's a wrestling coach. Yeah, and like, he's John Irving is there for some reason. And he's like, all right, sport.
Let's get this done. Everybody's sport. He calls everybody a sport. So Matt, we are at the end here. And this is something that I discovered that my mind exploded when I found this. I did not know this existed. So I have been on one of us, the street several dozen times. I love California Adventure 2.0. 3.0 is okay. But Bonavista Street has captured my heart.
It's the first thing that I ever, Matt and I, when Matt was doing his blog, he named all of the columns after Lanz and I was like, can I do Bonavista Street? And he's like, I guess, I don't think I had to say any of this. He is. Just over on the record here. Yeah, on the record. So I had met him, Bonavista Street. And I've seen Dapper Mickey. I've seen Dapper Goofy. Goofy's really cool. Goofy out all the time. I've seen Oswald out all the time.
I think I've even seen Daisy and Mickey, many a couple times. I had never seen Donald. And today I found out what Donald looks like on Bonavista Street. He looks like Jughead Jones. Oh my gosh. My first comics, Kevin. Oh my gosh. These are the Archies. Oh, I love the Archie comics. Huge fan. I did not know that this version of Donald existed. He's got the Jughead hat. He's got the crown, the beanie crown, with buttons and pins on it.
He's wearing his school shirt, his letterman shirt, with a big D on it. So you know who he is or where he's from. Maybe he's, oh, he, Matt, he goes to Duckbird Academy. Yes. Oh my God. That's awesome. He's from an affluent family who could afford to go to a school like this.
I love the striped look on the cuffs and the collar, very collegiate, that you would have found in a preparatory school at the time or even a university, that letterman look, and the big, you know, sewn on D letter is just perfect. It's so funny because you look at when you see Goofy out, you know, he's got sort of like that elegant hobo look and, you know, Mickey's always like kind of really dressed up.
And by extension Daisy, which I, I'll put most of it refer to, their college kids in this fantasy and I don't know why, but I love everything about like they're visiting Buena Vista Street. They're like, hey, let's go, hey, cat, let's go, you know, take a jaloppie down to Buena Vista Street and just hang out and see the sights this weekend. We're going to go to the Fiddler Fyfer and Practical Cafe and get some grub there. And then watch Five and Diem on the Street, guys.
Is it possible that Saved by the Bell is based on the Archie comic strips? I always associate Archie with like a Zach Morris type here or something, but I was always a fan of Jughead. Jughead's my favorite. So yeah, Archie has been a huge influence. Archie, the cool thing about this is that Archie's been around since the 30s and that is the version of Jughead, the 1930s version of Jughead that Donald is wearing now.
Archie and the whole Archie crew have been a big part of comics and a big like they've influenced every school show you've ever seen from Saved by the Bell to head of the class to, of course, Sweet Valley High. Sweet Valley High. Sweet, Sweet Valley High. Two twin white evenings are going to school on mountain. We haven't said that in forever. Sweet, Valley High. Matt. But when Jeff first brought this idea up, I was like, this is silly. What are we going to do?
Just talk about fashion for an hour and you were like, yeah, we are. And I'm like, oh, yeah, we are. And I have loved diving into the many looks of Donald. There's so many that we didn't cover and so many that we did. And I just love that we were able to look at this. And I love that we were able to discover things along the way. And I'm looking forward to see what Donald wears next. Well Kevin, I did not think that we would jump from Mr. Woodchuck to Fright Knight to the Jog and Jones.
We touched all bases today. We talked about deep world war one history. I talked to him. We talked ska. We talked about Betty White, obviously. We, yeah, I mean, we don't. We are satomas. We like, Sheldon. Sheldon. Wait. I love shows like this where we can like, we have, because we have such a breadth of, of Disney knowledge and pop culture stuff in our, like, just rattling around in our brains. Just paying it. Man, just paying it around. Just paying it around.
This is a little bit, I mean, we, we of course, like wrote this, but we had a, we, I think we have a stream of consciousness when it comes to stuff like this because we love to talk about all this really, really neat stuff. Like, that's just in our brains. Yeah, it's really funny too. Because Kevin was like, how are we going to describe the outfits? And I was like, well, maybe like, context and analogies, like what's around them?
And like, sometimes that work, but like, the Donald at Caribbean Beach who's like dressed up, like, it kind of worked. But like, there's other cultural and social and pop references that make their way into the show. But this one at all of them. This one would literally, we went to minis, minihuni character breakfast. We went to ballet high. The full house girl got lost in about, oh boy. And now Uncle Jesse's playing with the beach boys. We did it all.
We did everything and I love, I love shows like this. So thank you so much for listening. We have some five-star reviews. I'm gonna, I'm gonna read. I'm gonna read one. Do you want to read one after that? Yeah, go ahead, fire away. Okay, this one is called, corny copia of puns, a ponderful time by Shytown Ralph. All right, Ralph, I've been listening to Matt and Kevin for years and randomly bumped into Matt on Main Street when visiting the parks with my wife and teenagers.
My family and I appreciate the time Matt took to chat with us about the podcast, the parks, the best songs played on cosmic rewind and the Buffalo Bills. Five stars all around for the amount of effort and energy you to put into the show. Your research and making Disney's cringy puns something we can all laugh about by putting your spin on it. Keep it up. Jay from Sarah Togas Springs, the town, not the resort. Yay, Jay. I wish Jay lived at Sarah Togas Springs, the resort. That would be awesome.
I could pay him a visit. I mean, we're often. Jay, super nice guy. He was like, I haven't been to Disney World in 11 years or something like that and his kids were like all grown up and he was, and they were like having a great time. I ran into him like three times. Yeah. I posted a picture of you guys together on the Instagram. Yeah, we're at the imporium and they're like the next day. I'm like, isn't that Jay? And I'm like next to Everest. Hey, I was like, have a great time on Everest.
Yeah, Chaitown Ralph, my dad's name was Ralph, R-I-P. That's awesome. That's super cool. Thank you, Jay, for introducing yourself. It is not normal for me to have people come up and say things anymore because I've just been doing this for so long and I'm so infrequently at the parks. But when it happens, I'm more excited than the listener. It's always thrilling. I remember that time that me and Jeff and Robert were at Connections Cafe and I hear Kevin screamed out across the blade.
Yeah. I'm like, what is it me? And that was. So, it's just. And of course, you're at Connections Cafe, duh. Made a connection. You did. Matt, do we have more five-star reviews? Oh, yeah, we got lots of five-star reviews. Thank you guys for so much for putting these in here. I had one just this week. Kevin, this one says, glorious five-star review. We love those. It is five stars from Disney Mom 522. It says, my husband and I love all caps, your show. It's so informative and fun.
Even my nonverbal special needs daughter enjoys it, especially the intro music that you choose. Oh, that's so sweet. We listen to you every time we get in the car. Sometimes it makes us plan impromptu trips. Hey, I think Disney should be throwing a little. Maybe throwing a little car away on that. Maybe you all are great for our mentality, but bad for our wallets. LOL, we just love you guys. That is so nice. I love hearing it. You know what I love about this show?
We have people from all walks, all parts of the country, international. We have people who are going through hard times and people who are living their best lives, all listening to the same show at the same time. It's asynchronous. You can always go back and listen to any evergreen show that we have. That's why we don't really do news shows. Although we did do those 15-5 reports there. If you want to go check those out.
I'm back in 2017. But that's what I love about this show is that it brings people together in a way that is not anticipated. When we first started doing this, we were throwing our voices out into the void. We didn't really know what was going to happen. Matt had a built-in listenership with Broadway radio. I was coming in. I didn't know if anybody would know me. But for some reason, I was very active on Twitter at the time. People knew me from that. We were both going to Disney a lot back then.
I think nowadays what happens is we do these shows. When we do end up going to Disney, which is a lot less frequent, we appreciate it a lot more because we've been able to talk about it and have this continuity with ourselves and with you. We've really enjoyed that. Yeah, it's really, really great. Do you want me to read any more of these? Or… Let's read that one last one. You can read the stand one because I might be embarrassed to read it myself.
From a Matt Parish stan February 2009, that's when Broadway radio recorded their first episode. This then, Matt has become, at least in my circles, a leading voice in the Disney podcast and community. Whether it's with his actual brother Nate for Broadway or his spiritual brother Kevin Quigley for the 3028, Matt is always a joy to hear. No one has ever said anything this night about me literally ever. Most people hate me. Thank you. I think most people like Matt.
There are a lot of things to like about Matt and Kevin, but their chemistry is co-hosts. They're chemistry's co-hosts that keep me around. It's clear that they're not just business partners, but actual friends who put their heart and souls into Disney histories and mysteries. That brings me to my second point. Who doesn't love a list? My favorite episodes of other Disney podcasts are when things get listed out and that's the name of the game of the 3028. Hope you like this one today.
I also just love the evident care that goes into each episode. Instead of a normal boring theme song, each episode of the 3028 opens with snippets of episode relevant Disney theme cartoons, most of which I recognize because they're all my WDW Spotify playlist. That's how I know I'm about to experience a show made by the same type of weird Disney obsessed adults as me. Plus just so Kevin doesn't feel like I'm not giving him enough love.
I adore Tiki and love knowing the Disney isn't the only thing I haven't common with these guys. PS, if you happen to read this on the show, don't take offense to being called weird. I mean it in the best way possible. We take that as a high compliment. Oh man. I love weird. I'm good with weird. I live in the Ozarks. It's weird here, so I'm good with that. Thank you so much for doing that. That was very, very nice, very sweet.
Did not have to take the time to do that, but that's what we're talking about here on this show is that it's interesting that in that review, the term business partners came up. What's funny, I think, about us is we never think of this show that way. Yeah, it was weird when I read that I was like business partners. What do we do? Did we start a business that we don't know? We are linked in now? No, we think of it as just deep dive in research and then having fun and talking about Dave Koolie.
That's how we think of the show and that's how I always want to think of it. Friends who are co-hosts, that's really where it comes from. We want to talk about the... It's so funny. We never talk about the show as something we have to do. We always talk about it as something that we get to do. It's so interesting when either Matt or I have had a bad day, we will come to this. I remember not to get too dark or weird, but the day of my grandfather's funeral, I came back from it and I was alone.
My husband was like had to go somewhere and I was like, I need this show, Matt, let's do a show. He was like, absolutely. We did it, cheered me right up and made me feel better about everything. I think that that sort of happens to both of us where this will turn around to bad day. I hope that happens for the listener. That's the goal is that we just want to enjoy our lives. You only get so many years. We just want to have fun on the show.
Thank you so much for listening to the show, for sharing your thoughts and wisdom about what you like about it in our reviews, glorious Five Star Reviews. If you do have time and you can, we ask that you leave a donation for the show. It's in the show notes, a couple of buttons there, PayPal and Venmo. And also, Kevin has a grand portfolio that we don't get to talk about enough that can be clicked through at kevinquiglydesign.com. That's where you do all of your graphic art. Yeah, yeah.
So if you want to logo, if you want to podcast, a couple of people have written to me and said, hey, I want to podcast logo, it's non-competitive to your show. I'm like, I don't care. We're all podcast family folks. For all Disney adults, want some podcasting. I please, if you have an idea and you want me to design your podcast logo, I don't care if it competes directly with us. I don't even care if you get into screen rent before we do. Oh no. I will make you a podcast art.
So or any kind of art that you want. So kevinquiglydesign.com. So Matt, so from, oh, go on. Hopefully the show is called Eating at Disney or you just walk around and eat in the theme. That's my hope for you. That you take like food on sticks and just eat into the microphone as loudly as you smack your lips. Do the review while you're while you're shooting your mouth. Please, please do. And then share a link in the in our what in our notes app. What if we're sharing share with us.
