Atomic Kitten split and McFly start (10 April 2004)

Do do do-do do DO! This week four young boys (only some of whom are rejects from the band V) called McFly make their first mark on the charts. A good day for boy bands is a band one for girl bands however as Atomic Kitten call it a day with perhaps the laziest goodbye song ever released by a major band.
