Episode 04: What IS Real Magick For Real Life?

We’re getting real. Like really real. Trigger Warning: this episode discusses themes of childhood trauma (no sexual or physical abuse), parenting struggle, and death.

This week I’m opening up about a recent loss in my life that triggered and resurfaced some childhood trauma. Through my fresh grief, I want to offer my experience in hopes that it helps someone navigate grief, trauma, inner child work, depression, anxiety, etc. AND their regular life & responsibilities at the same time. The first half of this episode is my personal story to give context and vulnerability, at 29:01 my story and the TW ends, and I offer my insight and steps to maintain life’s basic responsibilities while giving safe space and time to your mental health.
