Mikki’s work can be found in publications like The Guardian, Washington Post, Ebony, Essence, and Salon among others. Also, a writer of graphic novels, Mikki’s latest work, Amazons, Abolitionists, and Activists, is a graphic novel that illuminates the stories of notable women throughout history--from queens and freedom fighters to warriors and spies.
