Today's guest is Regan Walsh, and she's an executive coach and life coach who finds joy and fulfillment in helping people live a life that sizzles. As a woman with a glass-three-quarters-full mentality and a deep desire to nurture, she proudly guides clients through times of transition to uncover their truest selves and find profound satisfaction in their every day. Her own journey was fraught with self-inflicted stress, unsatisfying busyness, and plenty of needless striving. Thankfully, it’s also been a journey of intentional searching and incredible transformation. Prior to coaching, Regan spent 15 years working in corporate, nonprofit, and creative agencies. She hustled hard as a high-achieving salesperson, built a nonprofit brand strategy from the ground up. She once even quit a job after 4.25 days. (We’ll get into that when we chat with her.) As someone with a strong sense of self and an inability to be anything but truthful, she began noticing a welcome trend: Her friends, family, and coworkers would often seek her advice as they faced challenges. Regan delighted in helping them discover their own resilience and courageously pursue their passions—so much so that I decided to make it her life’s mission.
