On today's report, among our topics, we see the war escalating in the Ukraine and questioned Biden's authorization to allow Ukraine to use ballistic missiles supplied by the United States to bomb Russia. You know, as his administration is closing down. I wonder if it's to create a new crisis for Trump when he takes office.
Today's Dirty Little Secret Fox television personality Pete Hegson is under fire for an alleged one night stand years ago with a woman he met in a bar while going through a divorce. Hegseth is also a combat decorator, a military veteran. He was an officer, but now after being nominated to become Secretary of Defense, he's being criticized for claiming women do not believe belong in frontline combat units.
He's probably right about that too. Today's Solutions segments always provides ways to participate in stocks without being exposed to market losses. Okay, ladies and gentlemen, Thanksgiving next week for this coming week. As we begin today's report only days before the Thanksgiving holiday and two months before President elect Trump's inauguration, it seems the chaos that runs through the affairs of men
is worsening. Let me explain. President Trump has said as soon as he takes office, he will quickly end the war between Russia and the Ukraine. But that little foreign war took a step closer to escalation this past week when our current outgoing President Joe Biden authorized the Ukraine's President Zelenski to lob some missiles supplied by the United States into Russia, which heretofore he was ordered by Biden not to do so. Why did Biden give Zelensky to
go ahead? Now? Why is the US involved? It all? Over there? And Putin's response when it happened was to threaten using nuclear weapons to bomb the Ukraine. And by the time Trump takes the oath of office on January twentieth, world War three could already be well underway, I hope not. What was Biden's motive? Listen to me, what was Biden's motive to authorize the use of those missiles In the
waning days of his administration. Biden for his part, we all know, the people know that he's probably suffering from dementia or close to it. He may have just been doing what his handlers have been, what they told him to do. Now, why would they do that? Did they
want to start a war before Trump takes office? Was the use of missiles simply a dirty trick by people inside the Biden administration to escalate the war make things tougher for Trump when he becomes president again on January twentieth. Regardless of the motives, operatives within the Biden administration could be plotting and planning to make problems on the world stage more chaotic for Trump between now and when he
assumes office. And Trump, for his part, wants less conflict and has as his primary goal to stabilize the American economy, settle the illegal alien crisis, which continues to fester by sending the illegals back to their home countries or back to Mexico where they can wait while applying for entry
into the United States. Anything the Democrats can do to thwart Trump's plans before he resumes the presidency might be what they're they're up to in Washington to see the Democrats as they relinquish control of the government and send it back to the second Trump administration. So keep your fingers crossed that World War III isn't already underway. Come January and Trump once again takes the oath of office
to become the forty seventh president. He was the forty fifth and now he's the forty seventh, or will be soon. We'll just have to wait and see how much damage the outgoing Democrats can accomplish between now and Trump taking the oath of office on January twentieth. Meantime, in other developments in Pennsylvania, Democrat election officials in three counties wanted to count disqualified votes after incumbent Democrat Senator Bob Casey
was defeated by Republican challenger Dave McCormick. Those are election officials in Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties, all Democrats, said they were going to count ineligible votes anyhow and defy the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Last I heard, the rebel committees counting votes are going to defy their own Supreme Court. They want to count those ineligible votes even though they were ineligible, and of course they can't do it now.
Pennsylvania carries the slogan of being the State of Brotherly Love, as it was originally settled by Quakers. Pennsylvania is unusual in that it's two biggest cities, Pittsburgh on the southwestern corner in Philadelphia on the southeastern corner, are the heaviest in population and Democrat strongholds, while the rest of the state is more sparsely populated farmland and mostly made up
of Republican voters. It's you know, I guess the rural voters vote Republican and the big city voters they tend to vote Democrat. That's true in Texas too, but Texas has got a lot more territory and that's why we can and a couple of big cities, but the rural population voters just have bigger numbers. Meantime, in the Middle East, after having decimated the terrorist group Amas on its west bank in Gaza, Israel is now engaged with the terrorist
group Hezbillah in Lebanon. Israel is of course also referred to as part of the Holy Land and where the Prince of Peace Jesus was born and whose birth were soon going to be celebrating after we finish our tell you to Christmas on Thanksgiving in the world that is anything but peaceful. And that's the bottom line, and where
we're going to begin today's report. I want to remind everyone in case you've forgotten Thanksgiving sixty one years ago this past week on F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas by Lee Harvey Oswald. An assassin's bullet struck him down in that motorcade. It was sixty one years ago. Hard to believe. I remember that day well. I was a young US marine on my way to foreign lands. But I remember that, remember that day very well. John F. Kennedy was assassinated, and it was sixty one years ago,
a whole lifetime. People have grown old, have grown old and retired, and there were little children whenever that happened. People forget about that sixty one years ago, and I thought it was worth worth mentioning we begin this morning you report. Oh, we've got a lot to cover. We're gonna have to take a break. We'll be right back with much more. So please stay tuned.
Where're just trying to turn a neckle to what die. That's the bottom line.

That's the bottom line.
We will move down from them.
We will move.
People can't even walk the street.
In the world that beat on that.
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen you're listening to. That's the bottom line. Your weekly report on KLVI, that tells it like it is. And this is Jane Vaaleradi reporting. Well. Come Thursday, we Americans will be celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday, time for families and friends to gather and give thanks to the Almighty for all the blessings Heaven has bestowed
on America. It's a commemoration of the first Thanksgiving held in Plymouth, Massachusetts, in sixteen twenty one, the celebration that marked a successful harvest with a feast joined in with the Wampologue Indians. I hope I said it right, and the Pilgrims together. So the Indians and the Pilgrims joined together, and they had a big celebration lasted for days. Over the early decades of Young America, Thanksgiving celebrations didn't necessarily
occur as a national holiday. Abraham Lincoln proclaimed the national Day of Thanksgiving in eighteen sixty three, and the holiday was annually proclaimed by every president thereafter, until finally President Franklin Roosevelt declared international holiday to be celebrated on the second to the last Thursday of November every year. In nineteen thirty nine, Thanksgiving fell on the last day of the month, but it was the second to the last Thursday.
This year it the last day of the month. Is also the fourth Thursday of the month the way the calendar fell. Concerned that that would shorten the Christmas shopping season, FDR moved the holiday to the fourth Thursday. They were in the depression back then, and I guess they wanted to give everybody out a chance to go Christmas shopping suitor,
you know. And it's been that way ever since. This year, twenty twenty four, Thanksgiving still falls on the fourth Thursday, even though it is the last Thursday of the month. But in commercial America, Thanksgiving also Harald's the beginning of the Christmas season. But what about those twelve days of Christmas that we sing Christmas carols and talk about. Well, the twelve Days of Christmas really harkened back to the Middle Ages when there wasn't a rush for Christmas shopping.
The twelve Days of Christmas is the period in Christian theology that marks the span between the birth of Christ and the coming of the Three Kings following the Star of Bethlehem. So in Christianity, since the birth of Christ has nothing to do with enough time for Christmas shopping, Christmas begins on December the twenty fifth and runs through January sixth, which is called the Epiphany or the Peace of the Three Kings, which is why if you go
to church you still hear Christmas songs being sung after Christmas. Well, Christmas is a religious celebration, and it's become pretty much a secular celebration too, And so in ancient Rome, you know, they celebration this time of year actually started with the celebration of the Winter Solstice, and in ancient Rome, it was all about the days growing longer after having become shorter, and that celebration was about the winter solstice when the
days began to grow longer again. So as you move into January, you know, these shortened days that we're in right now, they will be getting a little bit longer. And since the days were growing longer due to the timing of the rising and setting of the sun, it was a cause for celebration in the ancient world, and as a good reason as any for merriment and celebration,
which was anything but wholly. As Christianity grew and became an integral part of the ancient world, the celebrations took on the significance of the Earth of Christ in Jesus, who is the light of the world. Well, the old pagan gods were out and the new king, Christ the King,
was now the real reason to celebrate. Fot to give you a little history note there from a modern American viewpoint, since the Christmas parties and get together get togethers, and of course all the gift giving was good for commerce. Instead of the twelve days of Christmas being celebrated after Christmas Day it begins, you know, the Christmas now you, Miles, we'll say, begins the day after Thanksgiving, with some extra days thrown in, more time for celebrating and more time
for shopping. So technically, while we're celebrating the birth of Christ on a religious point of view, and the redemption of sinful mankind and the reconciliation of mankind with the Almighty for the sins of the world beginning with Adam and Eve for eating that forbidden fruit, the story itself is not over, and we can learn more about how Christianity came about for the sole purpose of a merciful God becoming man in the person of Jesus Christ, to
suffer and die on our behalf to atone for those sins. He rose from the dead and some days going to come back and take us into eternity body and soul. So with Thanksgiving comes Christmas and soon a brand new year.
So in the spirit of the season, we hope your Thanksgiving celebration on Thursday is going to be a happy day of family and friends looking forward to so much that we have to be thankful for that our country will have a new president who will be working to open the door to peace and prosperity, along with a much much needed dose of life, law and order to
return to the United States. Indeed, a lot of a lot to be thankful for this year, and a lot to look forward to as we as we move into the into the coming new year and this year's Christmas season. Of course, we've got all this turmoil going on in the world right now, so let's hope that the Prince of Peace, you know, will grant the somehow that we're not going to be by the time Trump takes office, we won't be in the middle of World War three.
You never know what's going on, this business that's escalating between Russia, and why the United States, why the Bibe administration, why they decided now to start sending missiles into Russia on behalf of the Ukraine. Actually was the Ukraine that sent the missiles, but the missiles were supplied by the United States, and up until till last week they were the Ukrainians were told no, you can't use those missiles.
But suddenly, now the Trump's coming back into the into office, well, Biden has given the okay for the Ukraine to send missiles into Russia, and of course Vladimir Putin he's kind of pretty upset about that, and he's threatening World War three. He's going to start sending missiles into into the Ukraine and into the rest of Europe. He says, well, who knows, hope not so this little crisis is brewing right now. We don't know if it's going to settle down or not.
And I'll keep your fingers crossed. It's always something, isn't that, Ladies and gentlemen. Here we are celebrating the birth of Christ pretty soon, the Prince of peace, who brings peace to the world. And we have more war back after this.
Well, Josh, try to turn a neckle in, do a die. That's the bottom line.

Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen you're listening to that's the bottom line. Your weekly broadcast on KLVII that tells it like it is. You can hear this program at six am on Saturday mornings and then again on Sundays at eleven am at any time you want to listen by logging on to either save my retirement or that's the
bottom line radio show. Now sign for this week's dirty Little Secret, the segment that lets you in on things that you don't read about in the newspaper, or things that they leave out or things that they gloss over. Pete hegset forty six year old, the Fox Television Network personality, has been nominated by President elect Donald Trump or Secretary of Defense. And the left is having a conniption fit, just like they're having a conniption fit about Matt Dates.
But here's why they're they're they're having that fit over Hegseth. And we'll tell you it's not because of his age, but rather his negative stance on women in the military being assigned combat roles. Hegseth himself is a decorated veteran in the the Iraq War who has been awarded two Bronze Stars as a field officer fighting in that foreign war.
He's a soldier who has not been far removed from combat and has combat experience and knowledge that many higher ranking military officers haven't either gotten yet or they've climbed up through the ranks solely in administrative roles. Combat up close and personal is not for the faint hearted ladies
and gentlemen. For the record, let me tell you I'm the veteran of the US Marine Corps and as a former frontline infantry company machine gunner, I firmly believe that no woman should should ever be exposed to frontline combat duty because, in case you didn't know it, women are different creatures than men, and most of them better and more reliable than men, but not in close up, face
to face, hand to hand frontline fighting. When God created mankind, he did so with different roles in mind for males and females, with built in obvious reasons for doing so. Now, the Democrats, of course, want what they want to challenge this, and as I understand it, they would have no trouble populating a frontline combat infantry company with women. A woman can do anything a man can do in business dealings
and administrative work, really good at comforting little children. But carrying a heavy machine gun into a combat zone, or being capable of forced marches, carrying rifles, machine guns, rocket launchers, mortars and ammunition on their persons, or engaging enemy soldiers in hand to hand combat, would guarantee the end of the US the US military superiority. We would lose a lot of battles, ladies and gentlemen if there's too many women in frontline units and they don't belong there to
begin with. Heg Seth is right to announce this, and of course in so doing, the long knives have come out come out against him. Boy, I'm telling you, they really want to go after him, don't they. Another argument democrats are using is that Hegseeth is too young. He's forty six years old. Most of the signers of the US Declaration of Independence listen to this. They were young men in their thirties and forties. One was even still in his twenties when they signed the Declaration of Independence.
The crew started what is now the United States of America.
And besides, here's really today's dirty little secret, and that is President Trump has to think outside the box this time around and who he chooses to work with him inside his administration, because he doesn't need military leaders or cabinet members or an Attorney general who's not on his team or beholden to the federal bureaucracy instead of the president, nor an FBI director or anyone else who would stab him in the back to Garner points with the opposition.
Remember Attorney General Rod Rosenstein or William Barr, among others, or current FBI Director Christopher Ray, whom Trump appointed but who's steel was not faithful to Trump, and neither was Ray's predecessor, James Comy. I'm sure you remember all that chaos. This time around, Trump needs to put it together and needs to know any one part of his administration must
be working with him, not against him. And we all know that to be correct, any leader must surround himself with people loyal to him who work to carry out his agenda if the outcome is going to be successful. It's hard to do, especially when much of the American news media is pro Democrat and slants the news to
make a Republican president look bad. But let's face it, Trump's appointees are going to meet strong headwinds during the Senate confirmation process from Democrats, from all the Democrats, as I understand, and from some Republican senators too. Probably. You know, of course, the news media, some of whom are going to be attempting to submit articles of impeachment against Trump, because that's that's just what they just what they do.
They're already plotting and planning to do crazy things like that. I read something on the internet the other day that I'm not sure it's true or not, but Italy, the country of Italy, is offering low rent rentals to all those rich American movie stars leaving the United States since Trump was elected. So maybe they ought to go over there and go go live in Italy. Maybe they should take up citizenship over there too. I mean, it's just just a thought on just a thought on my part.
But you know, the long knives are coming out. Trump has got to put a catnet together, and so he's got a couple of young men there had set the combat veteran, decorated combat veteran. He wasn't just there risking his life. He was decorated for bravery in battle, and so the consequence is that and having seen battle, he knows it's not the place for young girls to be thrown into now and support. You know, you can use women in the military for support. That's been going on
for decades. Even during the American Revolution they had they had women. Who was the lady that helped man the cannons, but I think of his Molly picture or something like that was her name. The point is, though, when you're going into battle, you know, you don't send young girls into battle. You don't send ladies, grown adult women in the battle because they're just not They don't have the physical strength. They don't have the physical strength to carry
the ammunition. Nobody questions their brain vower and in the rear they can do a lot of help it since they don't have that frontline experience. Even even calling shots from behind the lines is not necessarily a good place for a woman, right mankind men uh Put used to say when I was young, which I'm getting I'm getting
pretty old now. When I was young, you you put a woman on a pedestal, right, you treat her with respect anyhow, throw their coat so he didn't have to walk through a puddle on a rainy day, so on and so forth. Well, I guess they nobody does that anymore. Oh boy, I don't know what the world's coming to. But we'll be back with more right after this.
Where's to turn a neckel into a dime? That's the bottom line.
This is Gene Valerati of Ascent Growth Associates. If you've been watching recent news, a few banks have had a run where customers panic and withdraw all their money at once, causing the banks to fail. If that isn't worrying enough.
On January first, twenty twenty three, the Federal Reserve set a new low reserve trunch for net transaction accounts to six hundred and ninety one point seven million dollars, meaning that banks with net transaction account balances up to this amount are subject to a reserve requirement ratio of zero percent. You heard me right, zero reserve requirements. Forget fractional reserve banking, how about zero reserve banking? Why would the Federal Reserve
create this environment of uncertainty? If this is a concern to you, and it should be, we can show you how to protect yourself and how to locate and utilize financial institutions with very real reserves, not zero reserves. Give us a call an Asset Growth Associates one eight six six seven two eight three six nine seven. That's eight six six seven two eight three six ninety seven. You can also reach us locally in Beaumont, Texas by dialing four oh nine eight four oh sixty nine hundred. Give
us a call. You'll be glad that you did.
We're just trying to turn a nickel into a dime. That's the bottom line.
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen you're listening to. That's the bottom nine. You're weekly broadcast on KLBI. That tells it like it is now as always, it's time for a solution. You know, when we started doing this show a couple decades ago, we were talking always about investing money, and then we came to realize that you had good years, you had bad years, and whenever the politicians get in there, that you had politics and money or just hand in
hand sometimes. And so the whole point is to kind of look at the cause of why money is made and the cause of why money is lost. So you hear us mentioned principal protection. We're talking about specialized financial contracts which promise your initial investment in principle and credited
earnings are never at risk of market losses. Now that's a pretty good deal, and that's because, unlike those who invest in buying stock shares or mutual fund shares directly in the market, people placing funds and a principal protection account are not actually buying any shares of stock, bond or an index fund, but rather our earning returns based on a market index or a combination of them, or even fixed interest. As such, a market downturn cannot reduce
the contract value. You can make money. The money's credited in. The money stays in the contract and grows over time to give you something to save money for and not worry about losing it. And these principal protection accounts are designed primarily to help our clients accumulate savings or retirement income.
And despite the intended goal being to accumulate and grow money for future use, clients still have access to the funds inside these types of contracts and that they can be drawn upon in the here and now based on contractual gearing. Ees. That's pretty nice, and you make money and you you have a choice of how the how the money is in these in these plans, what reflection, what market index you want to use. So allow me
to make it perfectly clear. Open an account through our work Asset Growth Associates, allocate funds to a principal protection account, and you won't have to worry about losing money during a stock market downturn. It's that simple. A journey of one thousand miles begins with the first step, So why not take that first step and call us an Asset Growth Associates. Our phone numbers four oh nine eight, four
oh sixty nine, one hundred. If you live in far away places, we have a toll free line for you to use one eight six six seven two eight three six nine seven, or you can reach us online by logging on to Save by Retirement dot com and we can help you move your your move funds out of harm's way. You for one k money, that's uh, that's vested. You can move it into principal protection where it continues growing but no longer being exposed to a market decline.
That's that's pretty powerful market returns without market risk. Think about that for a minute. Money goes up it never goes down. The federal reserve is lowered interest rates, but inside principal protection, a new contract earns an upfront six percent bonus and a kind link, and it's linked to an index to a market index the S and P five hundred. Or you can continue getting earned earnings and fixed interest or both without participating in a market downturn.
Listen to me. These these accounts make money for you right from the start. And of course you have access to your cash without surrender charge against the principal investment. And they can also be used for current cash flow by setting up things so you're going to receive you you can pull money out and just have a regular check coming in into your being direct deposited in your checking account. Now, why expose yourself to market risk when you can accumulate money for now or for the future.
And by the way, since most of these accounts are issued through life insurance companies, they bypass probate and they go directly to a name beneficiary. And listen, we have local offices and here in Beaumont, Texas from where this broadcasts coming from. We've got agents in Dallas and Houston too, So you don't have to deal with strangers in faraway places, just local agents who offer friendly service. Now come in visit with us. Learn more. Learn more about these types
of accounts. Here's our phone number again four O nine eight four oh sixty nine one hundred long distance one eight six six seven two eight three six nine seven. That's what we call this, this weekly broadcast. Call it the bottom line, meaning that you don't have to worry about anything else. You just
we can do it all. We can do the securities too, and we do a lot of that for people who want to go want to have a go it directly into the market instead of using the principal protection accounts. All right, we'll be back with some more right for this.
