A fight between good and evil to capture the heart and soul of the United States of America has now taken a new turn, Ladies and gentlemen, after a Manhattan jury, with the help of a crooked prosecutor and dishonorable judge, managed to manipulate a jury into wrongly convicting former President Donald Trump a little over a week ago.
Now, Prosecutor Alvin Bragg, with the help of the partisan judge Juan Marshawn, illegally cobbled together what allegedly where possibly thirty four expired misdemeanors into thirty four illegal felony charges. That's that was a trick they played and they got away with it. So far, a planned, tricky maneuver by a conspiratorial prosecutor and a crooked judge to trick an in jury into carrying out of prosecution wishes. So, for now, but probably not for law, the Democrats can
begin calling mister Trump a convicted felon. It was very thrilling for them right now, but it won't be. It's only a short term deal because before long the appeals process will begin. Some want the appeal to go straight to the US Supreme Court, excuse me. Others say the appeals process will likely
drag its way through the State of New York's appeal process meeting. The twenty twenty four presidential election may come and go before New York reviews the obviously unjust trial of Donald J. Trump. The Democrat plan to use the trial and conviction to prevent Trump from regaining the White House doesn't seem to be working, as millions of dollars have begun flowing into Donald Trump's campaign from the American people
in large and small amounts, now approaching hundreds of millions of dollars. Judge Juan Marshawan has sent June eleventh for Trump's sentencing date, a few days before the Republican National Convention. Now will Judge Marchon put Trump in jail? Will be US Supreme Court step in and halt sentencing. This has never occurred before in US history. Neither has a political party used lawfare and third World tactics
to interfere in an American election. But that has all changed now with Joe Biden in the White House and an unscrupulous political attack being used by the Democrats within the US court system to try and manipulate the outcome of the presidential election. Because that's exactly what they're doing. But those days are over now, ladies and gentlemen, the days of fair elections, they're over now, as the Biden administration has introduced third World politics into the American system of justice.
Now, most legal scholars feel the Manhattan trial of Donald Trump's guilty verdict will be overturned, if not by the higher state courts in New York, then eventually by the US Supreme Court itself. As it stands now, sentencing for Donald Trump scheduled for July the eleventh. It's possible an intervention by a higher court may override this that that remains to be seen. Last week, US Attorney General Mary Garland was on the hot seat during a congressional hearing before Congress
when confronted by the Republican congressmen. During a hearing, Garland was questioned about the US Justice Department being involved with Democrats in New York to prosecute Trump.
Garland responded by calling such a talk nothing more than spreading conspiracy theories. He claims the US Justice Department was not involved behind the scenes in Trump's New York trial, but many believe the US Justice Department, as well as Joe Biden himself, was involved in promoting the prosecution of Donald Trump, going so far as to have been holding meetings in Washington, DC, and going beyond that
as to assigning Attorney Matthew Colangelo to leave the US Justice Department temporarily and join the prosecution of Trump in New York. It probably goes without saying that operatives within the Biden administration were all in pushing for President Trump's indictment and prosecution in the New York Trump you know that, and the trial without any specific charges as well. You know, they still don't know what the charges are as to why why they put Trump on trial in the first place. At the
me I know they're talking about these payments to Stormy Daniels. But at the moment, however, the prosecution and trial of Donald Trump appears to be backfiring on the Democrats as millions of dollars continue to flow into the Trump campaign for
president. Now I have a feeling that before all this is over, and that before it's all over with, we Americans are going to be witnessing an eventual surge of justice as all those involved in the conspiracy against Trump will find themselves being the ones on trial as a Trump presidency will ultimately be restoring the US Justice Department for once and for all. Listen to me, it's only a matter of time at this point. So the conviction of Donald Trump bought
has a lot of them a gleefully happy. It's not over yet, ladies and gentlemen. The appeals process is going to pick it apart and then they're going to have to overturn that verdict. But they want to push this thing. And listen, this is the first time in US history that something like this has ever happened. It happens all the time in those third world countries where you know, one party goes in and then puts their opponent in prison,
and so on and so forth. It's just a big scandal that it's happening here in the United States, where where we thought we had a normal society and the courts were just, but all that's been changing now the Democrats, the communist infiltration of the Democrat Party has slipped in and they've managed to
get things all twisted and everything out of control. So it's gonna it's gonna be rough, it's gonna be a challenge, and we're gonna have to find out whether or not we the people are strong enough to overcome what is obviously something that that's going on that should should should never happen in our society. It just it just should not ever happen that these these things occur, especially whenever the accusations are illegitimate. Trump didn't do anything wrong and they're violating the
statute of limitations. Also, even if even if he was even if those payments and Stormy Daniels could be cobbled together for for something, it was past the statute of limitations anyhow, so you know that you're dealing with crooked people. You probably already understand why and know that, but according to the article, now listen, this is important. According to the article, President
Trump was denied his due process rights. The New York trial of mister Trump violated basic due process, which is fundamental to the rule of law. Among the fundamental rights of everyone accused of the crime is the right of due process. The due process clause protects the accused against convey except upon proof beyond a reasonable doubt of every fact necessary to constitute the crime with which he or she is charged. Trump was denied notice of the charges, meaningful opportunities to respond,
and proof of all elements. So I'm going to tell you right now, ladies and gentlemen, this, this conviction of Trump will be overthrown. And the only question is how long will it take before it happened. So that's that's where we are right now. Also this you might as well, you know, remember after when Biden had that fresh conference after Trump's was found guilty. Well, that sly grin Biden made after the Manhattan jury re wrongfully
convicted Donald Trump recently tells us all that we need to know. Biden and this cronies were involved in a conspiracy to convict Donald Trump for a yet unknown crime, and the media claims it was hush money payments to Stormy Daniels witch doing so. As we all know by now, it's not a crime. But that was no impediment for the jury to find Trump guilty. And so now we Americans wait for what's next. Will the US Supreme Court step in
and step in and throw that guilty verdict out? Will the New York Appeals Court reverse Trump's conviction due to its miscarriage of justice and the judge's prejudicial rulings. Will the conviction be thrown out quickly or will it drag on for years? Will Judge Mershan put Donald Trump in jail on July the eleventh when Trump appears for sentencing if it turns out to be proven what many believe was really a planned conspiracy to indict in convict Trump unlawfully. But who will now be
held accountable? Who will be held accountable? I don't know. I guess the judge, the judge, and the prosecutors will be one of these days, ladies and gentlemen, that was a rigged deal. We've entered a new strange period in American political law. Fair that sly Grinn Biden gave before he left the room during a press conference after announcing Trump's conviction tells us all we
need to know. The entire trial and conviction of Donald Trump was a planned conspiracy, carried out by an evil plan coordinated by the Biden administration and the Manhattan Prosecuting Attorney's Office, and financed mostly most likely by George Saurows. You remember that guy, don't you? To misuse the US justice system for injustice and criminal activity, That's what they're doing. That's what they did. There was the need for an eleventh hour event for justice to prevail. The time
is at hand. It's at hand right now. With everything in chaos, we are reduced to mere spectators in the decline and fall of our own country, not so much from a foreign foe as much as from the betrayal of our own crooked president Joe Biden, and the insurgency from within. As we await justice to play out and rescue the situation, Biden gets on the radio and he blames Trump for all the problems, all the problems the country's having.
He's even blaming Trump for the chaos, all the chaos that's going on along the border for which Biden bears all the responsibility. Yet last week, Crooked Joe Biden came out tries to convince the American people that the problem with the border between US and Mexico is Trump's fault. President Joe Biden is a crooked, old ret robate and is responsible for all the ills befalling the American people, yet as yet has the audacity to blame Donald Trump and the Republicans
in Congress. Biden is delusional. He's delusional if he thinks we the people are going to believe in him. Biden then announces his plan to limit illegal immigration into the United States. Here's how he's going to do it. He's
going to allow two million illegals per year to come across the border. In other words, Biden is opening still going to open the Door's opening the door to the United States, just like he was before he made his edict, only he's going to just limit the flow of the illegals to two million per
year. That's that's how he's going to stop illegal immigration. Excuse me, now, that doesn't sound like a limitation to be All I can say is that Donald Trump better have good enough lawyers to keep him out of jail, and better better be better positioned to take control of the US presidency once again. Obviously Biden has to be fired and Trump rehired to run the country until we amend and repair how much damage Biden has brought to bear on the people
of the United States. And because we don't, if we don't soon regain control, we're in a physition to lose everything that we have. I'm not sure how all this is going to come, all this will happen, how it will come, how it might come to I hope it does, but I know it has to because if it doesn't end soon, we may find
ourselves in a new civil war. I'm not kidding up between the North and the South, as much as a war to defeat the attempted communists takeover now occurring in the United States, because to many, it appears that the Communist Party has infiltrated the Democrat Party in the United States and is attempting to overthrow constitutional government here, and they're doing it through a stealth political conspiracy, a downfall from within, to bring an end to liberty and justice for all,
for all of us, all the American people. This isn't herbly on my part. I see what's happening, and I recognize it as as it's a direct threat to our way of life here in the United States and the present situation really in trudy ladies and chef wentlemen. It is unacceptable, and I think any fair minded person would would come to realize that that what's going on is just uh, just the stealth takeover to overthrow the United States government.
That's exactly what's what's going on in my opinion, and that's not hyperbly on my part either. Meantime, Hunter Biden, the President's son, he remains on trial in Delaware. I wonder how that's going to turn out. Yeah, he is on trial on gun charges for illegally owning a fire arm while using drugs. What a mess. What a mess that guy has got himself into. His defense is that he had recently come out of rehab and wasn't using drugs at the time of the drug purchase. We'll be back right after

And now it's time for what we call the dirty little secret. I want you to pay attention to what I'm going to tell you in the next several minutes. A small event occurred this past week along the Texas border with Mexico. Two illegals attempting to slip into Texas from Mexico were apprehended by Texas authorities. They were booked and sent back to Mexico. Now imagine that. Well, the big news here is that Texas Governor Greg Abbott is successfully securing the
Texas border. He's doing it despite Biden, despite Biden's effort otherwise, and while Texas has put up more fence a law with more barbed wire, independent of the Biden administration, ill legal entry has now shifted away from Texas to Arizona, California, and New Mexico, and with the capture of only two illegals who were immediately returned to Mexico, Texas alone has shown, under the leadership of Governor Abbott and immpressive ability to stem the tide of illegal entry.
Biden's announcement of limiting illegal crossings this past Wednesday to twenty five one hundred per day. That yeah, that's how Biden wants to control it. In case you missed it, Biden wants to control the border, and he wants to in his way of controlling the border is to limit illegal crossings to twenty five hundred illegals per day. To come across it is to come across the border.
So actually securing it is only so much talks. Since illegal border crossings are now averaging fifteen hundred illegals per day currently, so he wants to he said he's going to limit it down to twenty five hundred. It's well so it's all it's fifteen hundred, now, so how's it going to he goes down to twenty five hundred. He's not doing anything, is he? He's increasing it now if you ask me, Biden's directive will not change anything.
In fact, while claiming to have cracked down on illegal border crossings, the only thing Biden's new directive does will actually increase the number of the illegals streaming into the United States. So while the corrupt American news media will portray Biden is getting tough on illegals entering the United States, it does no such thing. It's smoking mirrors and shows a total disregard for the health and safety of
the American people by the corrupt Biden administration. Another report this past week suggests that Biden's mental capacity is continuing to decline and making his judgment and leading our nation as president less effective. Well, we didn't need We already knew that anyhow, didn't we. And he's over in France. He arrived in France on Wednesday to attend the June sixth D Day ceremonies, and Biden was immediately when he got there, he was immediately rushed off to his hotel room because
he needed more rest and sleep. In meantime, last week, lawmakers holding congressional hearings were questioning Attorney General Merrick Garland again over a number of issues,
including the mental deterioration of President Biden. Lawmakers are seeking the audio recordings of Biden's interview with Special Counsel Robert Herr when Biden was interviewed for having illegally stored copies of US secret documents from when he was a senator and also during his tenures Obama's vice president, and specifically how Biden allegedly could not answer questions when he was questioned by the special prosecutor Robert Herr, and he remained so confused
during that interview that her decided that Biden's mental competency is too weak, was too weak, So Biden should be excused for his illegal storage of classified documents. Yeah, so that you remember, and all that came about that, and he got off the hook that way, right because he was mentally incomfident. Well, they didn't charge him, did they. But now what the
congressman want. You know, they have copies of the written report and they were pressing Attorney General Garland for the audio recordings of Biden's interview as well. You know, they want to measure Biden's mental competency. But as expected, Attorney General Garland became angry and refused to accommodate members of the committee who are requesting the tapes. Garland's defense of Biden's mental capacity came forth angrily during his
testimony. He just gets mad when they ask him to do what he's supposed to do. Attorney General Merrick Garland was also approached by lawmakers for an explanation as to why one of Trump's prosecutors during trump so called recent hush money trial in New York was sent from the Attorney General's office in New York. Why why, mister, they asked him, why did you send one of your
associates to cover that trial in New York? Right? You know the lead prosecutor against Trump in that trial was in that that and was coordinated from within the Biden White House. Well, that wasn't supposed to have be happening that way. Right. You got got federal prosecutors, you got state prosecutors. But what they're doing is they're just co mingling everything in their zeal to try to get well they've already got Trump convicted. Of course, it's false,
false conviction. July the eleventh, He's going to go in there and they're going to tell them what his sentence is. Upon being questioned, Garland himself was visibly anger during the questioning. He was refusing to co operate with GOP
lawmakers see making answers. So as the mind administration continues its law fair as part of its strategy against Trump for the upcoming twenty twenty four presidential race, there's been little forthcoming as to how the Democrats use the corps to illegally convict Trump and will now be trying to use the trial to try and diminish Trump's presidential campaign. That's really what they want to do. They want to diminish
his campaign. And while speculation presumes that Trump's conviction will eventually be overturned, the Manhattan trial has impeded Trump's campaign to regain the presidency with the possibility Manhattan Judge Jan Marshawn may sentence Trump to jail when sentencing is held on July the eleventh. So now I guess the betting odds are that maybe they're going to put Trump in jail on July the eleventh. We don't know that for sure. Others are saying that he may get on parole or something like that.
I don't know what's going to happen, but seriously, it's none of this should be happening, and that, of course, all this remains to be seen. And if Trump's able to appeal last week's verdict and have the case against him thrown out by a higher court or perhaps even the US Supreme Court, I guess then everything ends and we live happily ever after. So now the battle is going to be whether Trump gets to appeal, and when does
he get to appeal, and what happens during the appeal's process. So I guess we're just all going to have to wait and see see what happens next. This has really been a chapter in the life of the United States of America, and we're watching this slow demise back after this. We're just trying
