No matter what anyone thinks about President Trump regarding all the nonsense regurgitated up from his past, all that matters are the facts. Payments made to Stormy Daniels as hushmunny payments are not illegal, and Trump never made payments directly to miss Daniels. Anyhow, Trump's disgraced lawyer Michael Cohen did, and then Cohen stole money from Trump through false
billing. Cohen is the one who should be on trial, not Donald Trump, as far's campaigning for political office and criticizing a political opponent. Neither is that a crime, But that's what they really put Trump on trial for. Judge Juan Marshan has proven himself to be unworthy of being a judge, and his motives have always been to create, in this case, fabricated nonsense solely for the purpose of embarrassing Trump and to do the bidding of his Democrat masters.
Plus any misdemeanor charges against Trump long since passed the statute of limitations. What has been truly on trial for the past ten weeks or so of Trump's prosecution is America's criminal justice system, which supports the criminalization of political opponents and should never be allowed to occur again. To render any legitimacy to what has been occurring in New York over the course of the last weeks against Trump is
a travesty of justice. Listen to me. I keep hearing the lines of the late TV star Jack Webb from his television role as Detective Joe Friday in the old Dragnet TV series when he would say, just the facts, man, or just the facts, sir. What was missing in the trial of Donald Trump was plainly and simply just the facts. Hush funny payments, as we should know are all know by now to the point of nausea, is
not illegal a neither is criticizing your political opponent to win an election. It's all politics and has no place within the justice system of any state or the nation as a whole. The Democrats are guilty of trying to turn the United States of America into a third world banana republic. And that's what the prosecution of Donald Trump is all about. And since they've committed these offenses against freedom loving citizens of the United States, they have forfeited their right to be taken
seriously in any and all manner pertaining to our American Republic. In the Trump trial, neither the judge nor the prosecutors are looking for justice. Their objective is to criminalize Donald Trump for the sole purpose of helping Joe Biden and his henchmen in Washington, d C. Retain power illegally for perverting the American justice
system. Nothing the Democrats are accusing Trump of doing is illegal, and if it was, had passed the Statute of Limitations and require villainous Democrat prosecutors to twist the law to the point of breaking it for no other reason than to betray the United States of America. It's the Constitution, anything else that represents
liberty and justice. That's what they're destroying. The handpicked Democrat prosecutors working for the contemptible prosecutor Alvin Bragg on loan to New York by the corrupt mind Administration Justice Department as this Coangelo guy, and to a man, they should all be considered for disbardment for participating in this prosecution without merit and solely for political gain. Neither do we need judges like Juan Marschaan that put politics above the
law and above justice itself. Donald Trump, nonetheless, I do believe, will prevail and will regain the presidency of the United States, and hopefully the American people will give him the support of voting in Republican majorities in the US House and Senate to help him restore hope, sincerity, justice, and prosperity to the American people. Anything less will only continue the stagnation of corrupt, crooked lawyers and crooked politicians in what they bring to bear and the well being
of we, the people of this proud nation that we live in. If the evil we have been witnessing to the political criminalization of our justicism isn't nipped in the bud, it will just grow strong enough to wrap its vines around the throats of liberty and justice, and all of us, the guilty as well as the innocent, we'll also see our futures choked by these minds of injustice that self serving politicians, lawyers, and judges have brought to bear on
all of us, ladies and gentlemen. And that's really the bottom line and where we begin this morning's report. What's happening right now is a travesty of justice. It should never have occurred. It's making us look bad in the eyes of the world. You got a handful of corrupt politicians that are trying to cover Joe Biden. And this is all that goes back to the Biden
administration. That's the plot that was designed in the White House. So that's where it is, and that's what's going on right now, And believe it or not, that's what's happening. And where you're watching your freedom and your children's freedom, and you're watching all of this and justice itself being ripped to shreds by dirty, rotten, low down politicians. And that's exactly what's happening. That's it okay. On the local frontcation missed the outcome of the race
for the Texas House District twenty one. Dade Feeland edged out David Covey by three hundred and sixty six votes. According to published reports, either Feeling or Covey managed to win the primary out right in March. Dade Feelin is currently the Speaker of the Texas House and his next hurdle will be for him to retain his current position of the Speaker of the House in the in the in the Texas House when it reconvenes in Austin, Texas very shortly. Okay.

That tells it like it is. The one thing we learned thus far and the prosecution of former President Trump is that the testimony of Stormy Daniels alleged sexual encounter with Donald Trump was allowed to be presented to the jury by Judge jan Mar Shawn for no other reason than to attempt to paint former President Trump as a philanderer. That testimony she gave, along with its salacious accompanying details, had no other bearing on the outcome of the other than to paint mister Trump
as an unfaithful husband, which he denies. Of course, Judge Marshan wanted to make Trump look like someone of low moral character and reinforce it during the recent trial. Trump denies the deal with Stormy Daniels ever happened, but the judge wanted to use Stormy Daniel's testimony to taint the jury against President Trump. Unable to actually present a real crime for which to accuse President Trump of breaking a law, prosecutors needed to try and paint him as someone who would cheat
on his wife. Recently, Miss Daniels said she and her husband will leave the country if Trump is re elected president. Well, good rooten, Stormy, we don't need you here anyhow, and part of the prosecution of mister Trump. Since their there was no underlying crime to use as an attempt to convict him of a real crime, the prosecution instead sought to take mister Trump's
reputation as someone who cavorts with prostitutes. It was designed to be used as character assassination to make him look bad not only in the eyes of the jury, but also in the eyes of the American voters as well, especially middle class Christian voters who believe in the sanctity of marriage. And Judge Marshand permitted this because his whole goal is to destroy Trump politically, rather than to simply
preside over a trial in a fair way. Trump denies he ever had an affair with Miss Daniels, and as we found out during Michael Cohen's testimony, it was Cohen who paid one hundred and thirty thousand dollars one hundred and thirty thousand dollars to Miss Daniels. As Trump's attorney, Cohen just build Trump for legal fees. But it wasn't that simple. Cohen over build Trump for legal
fees and hid it from Trump by lying on his billing statement. So technically Trump never did pay Stormy Daniels the hush money, which in itself, even if he did, is not a crime. You don't really get that clarification listening to the talking heads on television, do you, But for which the Democrats of course, attempt to use against Trump anyhow, and try to use it to confuse the public and possibly the jury as well. They're very confused.
In the end, the entire prosecution was nothing more than an attempt to
make it harder for Trump to be re elected. But even more so than that, it was done to help boost President Joe Biden's chances to win reelection, and was orchestrated from within the Biden administration to be carried out against Trump by the culprits within Biden's administration and also his partners in the US Justice Department by US Attorney General Merrick Garland. Looking back to look ahead, we can also better understand why Rob Rosenstein remember that name while he was acting as US
Attorney General during the Trump administration after Jeff Sessions resigned and Rosenstein worked against Trump within the Justice Department. That was the first attempt to try and force Trump from office earlier in his first administration, before Robert Barr was appointed US Attorney General. The attempt to overthrow the Trump presidency began early and even included the
nearly two year investigation of Trump by former FBI head Robert Muller. Remember all that the Democrats have attempted repeatedly to betray the American voters with repeated attempts to prevent Trump from having a successful administration almost continuously from the time he won the presidency in twenty sixteen, including through and after his administration into the president The attacks by Democrats from the time Trump first came down the escalator back on June
sixteenth, twenty fifteen, through his presidency, and even after he left the presidency have been unending and continued to be through the latest attempt to put him on trial under those non existent charges in Manhattan. Episode against Donald Trump by the Democrats have shown how un american the Democrat Party has become in its attempts to work against the best interests of the American people, people like you and me, you know, and then this and then look at it, look
at look at else. What's going on? Right with all this going on, we don't hear much about the southern border, but Biden right now is still They're still allowing that massive influx of illegals into the United States and to undermine we the American people, and literally betray us not only from a despicable Biden administration, but also to interfere with our free and fair election. The cornerstone of American freedom is free in fair elections, not the court system.
These are indeed perilous times that we're living in, ladies and gentlemen, and we must recognize the threat to freedom and liberty now occurring right before our eyes. And trust me, that's really the bottom lines just wears me out sometimes when I do these reports, because I can read between the lines, I understand what's going on, and this confusion, and you know, confusing the American people into thinking that crimes were committed and putting people on trial like President
Trump, and there were no crime committed at all. That is not the American way. That's not justice, and it should it should never be able to occur as it's occurring. And I think most people understand that. Fair minded people, and even if you're a partisan Democrat, you have to be able to see what they're doing, and what they're doing is wrong. It's injustice and has no place in our American system of justice in this country.
It's all wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong. Anyhow, President Biden, the Democrats will increase your taxes now by canceling the Trump tax cuts that were passed during the that were passed during his administration. A win by the Democrats in November will result in going back to higher income taxes for the American workers. I want you to know that, which were lowered back when Trump was
president. And Trump says if he wins in November, he plans to retain or perhaps reduce income taxes even more when the current rates expire next year. Last week in the United States of America, the American people commemorated the annual observance of Memorial Day, the remembrance of all our fellow Americans who died in battle to preserve freedom and justice for you and me and our families. Well, this past week, Democrat prosecutors were making a mockery of the deaths of our fallen military veterans by attempting to accuse War Trump of committing a crime for something he did not
do in the normal course of his daily events. What crime was that, Well, what was he doing? He was writing checks and paying bills, which is not a crime. In other words, he's being prosecuted for paying his legal bills. What does this tell you about the current state of affairs of our justice system in the United States of America. Next month, we're going to be celebrating Independence Day in July, the celebration of our country declaring
its independence of the English king and autocratic rule. If in the United States of America we allowed the government to prosecute individuals for non crimes and threaten them with the loss of their individual liberties. Does that mean we celebrate Independence Day in vain? The answer is there is no answer if we allow a political party to prosecute a rival politician as so much normal legal business. During his ordeal, Donald Trump was deprived of his freedom of speech by Judge Juan Murshon.
Judge Mrshon also does not allow a defense witness to testify to the jury about how the law was broken. They had an expert person there, and the judge would not let that fellaw testify because he doesn't want the people in the jury to know what's going on. He just wants he just pushing for that guilty verdict. Additionally, the judge further threatened to disallow the testimony of defense witness Robert Costello, holding his eyes at Judge Marshan after mar Shan interrupted
his testimony. Everything that Judge Marshand did to unfairly waigh the trial testimony against mister Trump to favor the Democrat prosecutors is eligible for further charges of a mistrial. If just a travesty of justice was allowed to be carried out against the former president of the United States, that should serve as a warning to all
Americans. Those of us who who do not have the financial resources of the political connections against anti American prosecutors to intentionally twist the law to the breaking point, making a mockery of justice. No finance, no justice, I guess. And even someone as wealthy as Trump, who can have, who has the resources to pay high paying lawyers, high charging lawyers, to charge a
lot of money, it's still you see what they're doing to him. If Judge Marshan was an honest judge seeking justice, he should have thrown the case out against Trump long before it went to the jury. What hope for any of us is there for the average American? I ever enjoying justice when those charged with the administration of justice are the very ones who prevent its administration.
Think about that. For something this monumental as the trial of a former president to be presided over by a partisan judge, speaks for itself and displays how fragile justice is for we the people, and not only for us, but for all our fellow Americans. People like Alvin Bragg, He's the Manhattan prosecuting attorney and his hired US Justice Department hired guns, you should call them, should all be disbarred. All those lawyers are all crooked. They should all
be disbarred and denied being allowed to prosecute crimes. So should any and all judges who would use their offices to administer the law unjustly. What hope is there for the common man to have confidence in our American tradition of liberty and justice if, in the end all that matters is to what political party the judge, jury, and prosecutor are members of, and especially when the defendant and is of an opposing political party, none other than the father of our
country. Listen to this. This goes back now. The father of our country, George Washington, warned a young America against allowing the formation of political parties. When it comes to the pledge, pledging loyalty to a political party over loyalty to liberty and justice for all, it leads to the maladministration of
justice for everyone. In New York, the street crimes and criminal laws go unprosecuted, allowing the real criminals who thrive in menace innocent citizens to go about their business of robbing, stealing, and murdering, while the politicians put their full efforts to finding ways to prosecute their political rivals, which in itself is another form of criminal activity itself and denies liberty and justice for all and so
doing. If the Democrats get away with what they're attempting to do in New York, the future of justice in America remains in jeopardy for we the people. They should never be allowed to be getting away with what they're doing. It's a travesty of justice. They that's how they want. That's how they want to preserve the Democrat power in Washington, d c. That's how they want to keep Joe Biden, their their puppet president in the White House.

This past week, movie actor Robert de Niro was boomed while making public statements against Donald Trump outside the courthouse in Manhattan, where Trump's on trial. The crowd of Trump supporters encircled De Niro and began booing him, calling him a washed up actor.
De Niro was claiming if Trump wins reelection, he will be a dictator who he would be a dictator. That's what the nero was saying. Trump is. You know that's he's got his his wires twisted, because it's just the other way around, isn't it. The nero's claims that if Trump wins the election, he will be a dictator, but was finally led away by his bodyguards while the pro Trump crowd closed in jeering him. You know, it's easy to sit there and be bomb basting and say all those things whenever you
got a bunch of bodyguards around you. I guess Robert de Niro, Now there's a there's someone to contemplate, right, What a guy? What a guy? Legal experts say Judge Mrshan eventually will be called to task for his unethical pronouncements and pro prosecution efforts to work against Trump's defense attorneys.
