a lot to cover, let's get started. You know, the much awaited testimony of Trump's former attorney Michael Cohen was just more testimony about something everyone already heard about. And if or when this case reaches an appeals court, it's going to be dismissed due to no laws being broken. But that doesn't seem be the case, of course, unless the current jury either ends up with a hung jury or not being able to reach a verdict, or perhaps even
a not guilty verdict. But no one knows what's gonna happen. The only way anyone following this trial against Trump would ever be able to describe it would be to call it a gossip scandal of irrelevant testimony carried out to try and ruin Donald Trump's character by a judge Jan Marshawn not allow him to say anything, while his political enemies are essentially permitted to say bad things about Trump and
portray him as a philanderer. The testimony of Michael Cohen, a disturbed, disbarred, disturbed attorney, a next convict along, you know, with the female stripper who accepted money, perhaps blackmailed Trump for one hundred and thirty thousand dollars not to go to the news media about an alleged one night christ There was no crime but a crooked prosecutor, Alvin Bragg, working hand in hand with the despicable President Biden and his equally despicable Attorney General Mary Garland, conspiring
together to try and charge Trump with a non existent crime of paying hush money to an ac user, simply to paint Trump as a bad person. It's only to ruin his chances as being elected president. That's what this is all about. The alleged crime has yet to be fully explained, but can be summed up as saying the non crime of a hush money payment by being made to disguise it as a legal expense, which it was. Trump's lawyer Cohen was who made the payment and was repaid for it as part of a legal
expense build through his law practice. Now, Donald Trump would not run for president again, or even if it was only because he ran for president the first time. Either way, the Democrats want to destroy him, and what they're doing to him is not only despicable but probably illegal, you know,
pushing the law to the point of breaking it. And the truth is that Joe Biden and the US Attorney General Merrick Garland have entered into a conspiracy with Manhattan Prosecutor Attorney Alvin Bragg's assistant US Attorney Matthew kuhnn Angelo, who resigned as an assistant US Attorney General solely for the purpose of becoming the lead prosecutor,
and the so called hushmanny trial Donald the conspiracy, ladies and gentlemen. It is between the Biden administration, the US Attorney General, Merrick Garland, and other Democrat prosecutors to accused and then if possible, to try and convict Trump under false pretenses. And then if they can even go so far as putting mister Trump into prison and anything else they can to prevent him from becoming president once again. This is a travesty of justice and a covert conspiracy against the
Constitution of the United States of America and we the American people. There's no other way to look at it. It's up to be the people to choose who or who is going to be the next president. And what's occurring right now is trying to prevent it is technically, in my opinion, of revolution, to overthrow the US Republic by crooked politicians conspiring to take away your freedom as Americans to vote for who you want to vote for. This is what
the cons the communists are doing to undermine the constitution. The communists, this is what they do when they declare their political opponents is enemies of the state and then throw them in jail. What's happening is a clear and present danger to our American Republic, and it's not coming from a foreign enemy. It's coming from within our own country and is being done by would be traders within our own government. It's up to us to who we want our next president
to be, not a handful of crooked politicians and an unfaithful president. If you know, if Biden is working against the best interests of the American people and our constitution, we're at a crossroads and at the mercy of those who are trying to take our freedom from us unless we stand strong against them. This is the way it is, and it will can we stop it. It must be stopped before it's too late, or it will be the end of liberty and justice. And that's the bottom line and where we begin this
morning's report. You know, a few days ago, possible new defense witness emerged by the name of Robert Costello, a defense attorney who, while working for the FBI, approached former Trump attorney Michael Cohen while he was in prison for lying to Congress. Castella allegedly offered Cohen a get out of jail free card if he would be willing to testify against then President Trump, and for which con allegedly told Costello that he had nothing, nothing that he could that
he could use against Trump. Does that mean Cohen is now lying in his testimony against Trump? You know, he's this past week he's been he's been the star witness against Trump. This could be a blockbuster event this Costello was called by the defense and Judge Marshan allowed him to testify on Trump's defense. I don't know, We'll have to watch that one pretty closely because it's a it's a new developing story in this saga that we've been undertaking here for a
while. President Biden this past week exercise what he called executive privileged to prevent his interview with Special Prosecutor Robert her about Biden's retention of classified documents before Biden was president. Her said Biden was too old and confused to be charged with legally retaining classified documents as both vice president and a member of Congress. Congress
has obeined those transcripts, but Biden refused to turn him over. You know, don't get you get tired of the double standard, ladies and gentlemen. I certainly do, because there's a lot going on that shouldn't be going on right now at all. And in case you missed it, President Biden and President Trump, well they have agreed to two debates, the first one on
June twenty seventh and another on September tenth. Maybe Biden is hoping that mister Trump will be in jail by then, maybe he will be who knows, Well, that's what he's hoping for. And I might say that President Biden, and most polls show that Trump is ahead of him and most of the battleground states. So maybe Biden thinks Judge Murshan will have Trump locked up by the end of next month and he won't have to go through with those debates.
What do you think? And while Trump and Biden are set to debate, Robert F. Kennedy Junior is very upset because he's being left out of the debate. So how do you like that? On cross examination by mister Trump's attorneys Michaelcohen, Trump's former disbarred and convicted lawyer. After the first day and a half of answering softball questions by Democrats, Cohen finally encountered a session with Trump's defense attorneys. Cohen was combative at first that Michael Cohen, as the questioning continued, finally weakened
and his attitude became a little more subdued. He admitted he wanted to see President Trump convicted and put in jail, and according to comments by John Turley outside the courtroom, he said Cohen may have committed perjury already over statements he made during the previous days while he was under questioning. Turley said, in his view, he thought that Cohen made no sense at all. He's and
in order. Torley said, Cohen taped Trump in order to keep David Pecker, the former publisher of the National Inquirer, honest and make sure that he paid well. First of all, Turley said, it made no sense at all why Cohen would do that, and Pecker had been in communication with Trump himself, so it didn't make any sense at all. How this will all
end is yet to play itself out. But the only hope Trump has rests in the hands of the jury because it's obvious Judge Mersham is not judging any of the facts fairly and is doing all he can indirectly to push for a
conviction. That's becoming very very obvious, Ladies and gentlemen. So far, it's working because there really was no reason to pull Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen into the case to testify Anyhow, Mershan did this to aid the prosecution and to limit Trump's defense attorneys, and part of the reason is to help his
daughter make more money as a Democrat political consultant. The judge also wants his gag order to be placed on Trump to be extended to anyone who has spoken on behalf of Trump outside of the courtroom, such as US House Speaker Mike Johnson another GOP congressman who've been attending Trump's trial and making comments afterwards publicly well. The judge says that those gag orders should be extended to the people outside
talking who are not even involved. What's occurring in this trial is really it's way out of bounds, and eventually it's going to be overturned, but that can take years, and not before, not before Democrats orchestrating all of this, have done a lot of damage to Trump one way or another. If the jury finds Trump guilty of something, remember we still don't know what that crime is. Whatever it is they're trying to find, they're trying to have
Trump, but go to jail for it. Trust me, since the US Justice Department under Biden and Garland would never have the US Justice Department step in and put a stop to what's going on. What they're doing to Trump. You know, they're violating his civil rights obviously, the violating them that they
don't care they only hope for justice. The only hope for justice. Let me put it this way, the only hope for justice will be if the New York jury sitting on this case decides to find Trump not guilty, or maybe they'll have someone on the jury that will cause it to be a hung jury. They won't go along with a guilty verdict. Even still, the odds of this jury of New York Democrats finding Trump not guilty or slim, and the only hope, as I just said, there seems to be a
hung jury where at least one jur refuses to find Trump guilty. Keep in mind, the case itself has no crime yet announced and is beyond the statute of limitations to vote. The judge knows this. It's over to the Democrat prosecutors, as does Joe Biden and Merrick Garland. You know, if what they're doing to Trump was happening to anyone else, and especially was who was a Democrat, the US Justice Department would have already stepped in and prevented it
from occurring or continuing. And I believe the only hope Trump has is for one honest jur to refuse to vote for a guilty verdict. Even if Trump's elected and is in jail, he can't pardon himself in a state court. Actually, if they put him in jail, president only has the power to pardon on federal charges. So if they put him in jail, he doesn't get to get out of the jail card free. So this is really developing into something that's it's an abuse of the law and outside of the law,
but it is occurring. It's occurring. It's a political trial and a Democrat enclave New York City. And the one thing we have to understand is today's Democrat party under the Biden administration, is no longer interested in justice and twist the law to break the law. What's sad is the betrayal of the news media for not calling all this out. I can call it out down here in Beaumont, Texas, but you know, I'm a long ways off from a big enough audience for anyone to hear me. Right, What's sad is

And if anyone watches most network and cable news reports. You know that, because that's really what's going on. And like I said, the fate of justice will will probably depend on whether one jure refuses to find Trump guilty and causes a mistrial. That's the way things are going right now, ladies and gentlemen,
in this odyssey of unjustice in the United States of America. My goodness, my goodness, what are we up against. While most of the news media these days is about Donald Trump's trial in Manhattan, another trial is in the wings is for Hunter Biden, the President's son. Hunter are scheduled to go
on June third and Delaware for his criminal trial on gun charges. That's right, and his lawyer Abby Lowl says he's not ready to go to trial and requested a postponement, but Judge Mary ellenor Rica denied Hunter Biden's request to wait until September. So that's the next big trial that's going to be coming up. And it'll be whenever they take Hunter Biden into the courtroom here, and you'll be hearing about that quite a bit. And we'll see how the news
media handles that one. It's going to be a very interesting summer to save the least. Now we've come to that part of the prom each week, ladies and gentlemen that we call the dirty little secret, And this is this week's dirty little secret.
The news media says former President Trump is on trial for falsifying business records about how his then attorney Michael Cohen was reimbursed by Trump for paying Stormy Daniels one hundred and thirty thousand dollars in hush money payments and for which Trump deducted them as legal expenses. By now, every human being in the world knows paying someone a hush money payment is legal as our payments to an attorney for legal fees. So we don't know why Trump is on trial, and neither
does the news media, but they just tell you he's on trial. So we're still trying to figure out what he's being accused of. Attorney Michael Cohen, who was paid he paid. Now, listen, this is important. Michael Cohen paid Stormy Daniels on behalf of Trump the one hundred and thirty thousand dollars, and Trump repaid Cohen as part of his legal fees, So that's
where all that comes from. For doing this, Trump is now charged with fourteen felonies in the state of New York by Manhattan prosecuting attorney Alvin Bragg. He got that Trump paid his lawyer one hundred and thirty thousand dollars as a legal fee. Because his attorney, who is now the bad guy, he's on that trial, he's testifying, and so Trump gets gets charged with twenty four felonies by Alvin Bragg. He's the man at district attorney. But we
don't know really what the crime is. I mean that it's unbelievable that it's actually happening. You know, if you're charged with the crime, you're supposed to know what you're charged with. How Bragg managed to turn one legal hush money payment a legal hush money payment into fourteen felonies remains unknown, as does twisting this into a violation of federal campaign laws. Well, that's out of order, according to many legal experts. But for which former President Donald Trump
is now being tried for. A hush money payment is legal, and listing something incorrectly as a legal expense would be a bookkeeper being error and a misdemeanor at worse, And so would something beyond the statute of limitations not be able
to be prosecutable. But Manhattan prosecuting Attorney Alvin Bragg, with the help of President Joe Biden and his sneaky and sly US Attorney General Merrick Garland are pushing the issue and told Bragg to twist the lawn to fourteen felonies, and then sent a US Assistant Attorney General, Matthew Coangelo, to help Manhattan Prosecutor Alvin Bragg prosecute Trump. Coangelo temporarily resigned his federal position and went to New York
to prosecute the case against Trump in Manhattan. Even if all or some of this is perfectly legal, and it's probably not, we have a crooked judge in New York, Judge Jan Marshawan, along with a crooked President Joe Biden, his crooked US Attorney General Merrick Garland, and crooked law prosecutors all joined together in a probable illegal conspiracy. Again according to just according to numerous attorneys on television and carrying all of this out, and despite some attorneys saying what's
happening is illegal, it still goes on. In other words, the way what's illegal is how they're prosecuting Trump. Now, this, in my opinion, obviously, will be overturned in some higher court eventually, unless, of course, one of the Manhattan jurors refuse to convict Trump and create a hung jury, which would close the case down or would postpone it, or maybe never you'd never hear about it again, that never recharge it. They get a hung jury, and that seems what a lot of people think is going
to happen, or who knows, maybe the jury will. We'll find out figure out that what they're doing is what everybody else in the world seems to know, and that Trump did nothing wrong. I'm sure Judge Marshan would probably take Trump in the custody if that jury came back and they found him jury. I figure Marshan would take Trump into custody and lock him up and not release him on appeal. I don't know. I don't know if that would happen. Maybe if they find Trump guilty in this of what we don't know
what the crime is. But if they return a guilty verdict, then then Trump's either going to go to jail or maybe he'll be allowed to remain free while he's well, it's on appeal, But we don't know what that judge is going to do. I know news accounts say Trump would be able to appeal this case and continue his campaign, but Judge Marshand could probably immediately take
Trump in the custody and lock him up and put him in jail. Then the Democrats would cheer, and frankly, I don't know what would happen next, so often think about that what would happen next? Would federal authorities step in and release Trump? No, because Joe Biden is in on the conspiracy, him and the US Attorney General, they're part of the pop that are prosecuting Trump. Could Trump remain free on appeal and continue his campaign for president?
Well, one would hope so. And the one thing I do know is that if this happens as I've just said, well, if that happens, it will not be justice, and the country will either fall. Our country will either fall and our freedom and justice be lost forever, or maybe the people will rise up against the tyrannical government. You know, you can't just put people in jail if they haven't done anything wrong. You can't even
put them on trial if you don't have a charge against them. But I suspect only radicals rise and rebellion against freedom and justice and the so called quiet Americans, that's you and me, the ones who work hard, pay their taxes, and obey the laws, will simply feel bad, but just try
to go about their business and try to lead a normal life. And a new anti constitutional federal government will actually be calling the shots and slowly, slowly watch tyranny begin a new reign of terror as the communists and socialists begin to close in in our way of life here in the United States. You know, the United States Republic. Men have fought and died for liberty and freedom,
but from inside they're taking it away from us. I don't know what will happen, but I can only hope justice will prevail and we the people will not be done in by a gang of pro communists socialists. What's happening, I said, No one knows the future, but at the moment, our future lies in the hands of those New York jurors and the hope that justice will prevail. Maybe that's not possible, but I certainly, I certainly hope so. And as I told you earlier, this at the beginning of
