On Monday, in Iowa, the first contest for the twenty twenty four presidential race will be conducted, and according to all the polls, Donald Trump is the front runner in the goop field. In twenty sixteen, you may recall, mister Trump did not carry Iowa. It was Ted Cruz. Trump came in second, but as we all know, Donald Trump went on to win
the presidency. This time around, Trump is the front runner in Iowa, and if it turns out the way, it will be the first of many expected victories for mister Trump as he establishes his beachhead, so to speak, in the twenty twenty four presidential campaign to retake the US presidency. His obstacles will not be so much other Republican hopefuls, but more so the continued Democrat resistance to retain what was taken from Trump in twenty twenty by questionable vote counts
in several key states, which gave the presidency to Joe Biden. Biden's resistance will not be a normal campaign of winning votes, but instead of campaign of twisting the law in such a way as to use the courts in Democrat heavy Washington, d C. New York, and Atlanta, Georgia, to use the law to break the law by putting Trump on trial and using politically induced,
made up charges. That's really what's happening, ladies and gentlemen. The twenty twenty four presidential election will therefore be the first such presidential election in American history involving the recovery of what was lost by questionable means many still believe, and the means were caused by the If you call out, remember COVID nineteen the epidemic. The epidemic was raging in the last election, and the epidemics
manipulation caused vote counts to be misused and manipulated in key precincts. You remember
that, right. We Americans may never know the truth, but what we do know is that the Biden presidency brought over bearing inflation, driving up the costs of goods and services, the stagnation of the USA economy, and the weak presidency of the crooked Biden administration, which has induced our foreign adversaries to bolder military expansion against different countries worldwide, an invasion of illegals from all over the world into the United States, and a general downturn in the ability of
the federal government to secure a sense of tranquility and faith in the future for the American people, which faith in the future, right, that's what we want. It seems to be fading quickly into oblivion if allowed to continue. It's time for we, the American people to stop the losses and take our freedom, our justice system, and our opportunities for a better life, not only for ourselves, but also for our families and our posterity beyond to the
generations yet to come. If the decline we are now experiencing is not nipped in the bud, so to speak, it may be taken from us now and also for future generations. If we don't stop the slide into socialism and communism that is occurring, there will never be a brighter future, nor will there be a prosperous middle class. needy and be deprived of opportunities for a better life. He never said that. After all, how can we be charitable if no one has enough to help the poor. We Americans are at the crossroads of opportunity and adversity, and as such we still have a choice for which road to take. Don't let the socialists or the communists steal your future or your children and grandchildren's future. Don't be misled by the news media, most of which are allied to
the left. The few which lean more to the right are not friendly to Trump either, and none of them really care about those of us in the
middle class that work for a living. We in the middle class have to hang on to what we have and increase our opportunities, not have them taken from us as is now happening, with less opportunities in the future, a wide open border of illegals continuing their invasion, which in the end will destroy the American middle class and help create the socialism and communist system of a society
of the haves and the have nots. That's what's going on. They're doing this to us right now for our society to survive with freedom, justice and opportunity for all. Now is the time to draw that proverbial line in the sand and choose to retain freedom, justice, and opportunity for both the here
and now and also for the future. The day will come when our children and grandchildren will look back on these days and either be grateful to this current generation or look back at us with disdain for the weaknesses, lack of character, and heaven knows what else. After all, the futures really truly now, because the future does depend on the present. You know that. That's what's going on right now, Ladies and gentlemen, That's what's happening, and
we the people, we have to be prepared to deal with it. When Trump appeared before three judges on the DC Federal Appeals Court, the panel of three female judges that looked to be leaning toward denying him immunity, an immunity defense for what happened on January sixth, twenty twenty one, when he told supporters to march to the Capitol and peacefully protest the outcome of the twenty twenty presidential election capital and to go there and peacefully protest the outcome of the twenty
twenty presidential election, which many people still believe was stolen. And Trump's appeal is based on his contention that he was acting on behalf of the country and carrying out his duties to assure that the twenty twenty election was carried out legitimately. So they're saying that that was election interference. He was doing his duty resident to make sure that things were done properly, and they're prosecuting him saying
that he interfered in a free election. If that three judge panel says otherwise, and Special Prosecutor Smith is permitted to continue his prosecution of Trump, well you know what that's going to mean, and so doing it's going to open
this and this is important. It's going to open a Pandora's box against future and past presidents who heretofore, were immune from prosecution when conducting their official duties such as ordering bombings and other executive actions that presidents are allowed to take.
So Trump took executive action which he was allowed to take, and of course they're trying to prosecute him for doing that and if they win, then it's going to be such that future presidents are going to have be handcuffed when they make decisions. other than by the US Supreme Court itself. Resident Trump, as we all should know by now, has been charged by Special Prosecutor Jack Smith with conspiracy to defraud the United States, witness tampering, and attempting to obstruct an official proceeding based on what occurred on January sixth, twenty twenty one, when Trump told the crowd supporting him to peacefully march by the Capitol and let their feelings
be known before the Electoral College casted their votes. Trump told his supporters to do so peacefully, which is absolutely legal because in the United States, our US Constitution specifically states we Americans have the right to peacefully assemble and present our grievances, not a riot or an insurrection, but peacefully present our grievances on that thankful day. Since Trump encouraged a peaceful protest, the government's case against
him should be out of bounds legally. But President Biden's Attorney General Merrick Garland, and most Democrat politicians in the US House and Senate one Trump falsely convicted and imprisoned for causing an insurrection, and besides that, many Americans do not trust the accuracy yet to this day. As to whether or not there was cheating in the vote count for the twenty twenty election, as many believed due to the COVID nineteen pandemic, ballid harvesting occurred and Biden's win could have come
about by cheating and by over counting votes. Former President Trump encouraged a peaceful protest, not an insurrection, back on January sixth, twenty twenty one.
We all know what occurred on January sixth, twenty twenty one, and that there were instigators in the crowd urging the demonstrators on and one thing led to another, and what amount to everything getting out of control, and the terrible miscarriage of justice that followed when government agents actually were in some instances encouraging the
crowd to storm the Capitol. A lot of innocent people were caught up in the mayhem that followed, and some are still in jail awaiting trial, and a lot of decent, god fearing Americans were caught up in the events of that fateful day. Since President Trump is seeking re election, and the Biden
regime is fearful that he may win. They want Trump convicted by Democrat juries, untrustworthy, unjust criminal trials in the corrupt city of Washington, DC, which is under the full control of left wing Democrats who want Trump locked up for the rest of his life. We are witnessing what amounts to a criminal takeover attempt by the pro socialist, pro communist elements within the Washington, d
C left wing politics. This past week, the DC Court of Appeals, comprised of two Democrat appointed judges and one Republican appointed judge, heard initial testimony from Trump's lawyers and special prosecutor Jack Smith's legal contingent of prosecutors. The appeal court was expected to rule. They say they're probably going to rule against Trump,
and listen to me. If they do, Trump will either be forced to stand trial in a d C court under a Democrat judge, Tanya Chunkin, who was already attempted to limit his ability to campaign by issuing gag orders against him. Excuse me. Trump of course, would once again attempt to appeal to the US Supreme Court that has already sent his case back to the Appeals court. I'm sorry, ladies, and sentiments have a little difficulty this
morning. My opinion is that our American way of life is under assault, and we're in danger as Americans of losing our freedom as we've known it from people who are seeking to rule over US, enemies from within who are as dangerous to our way of life as our foreign enemies are in the left.
If the Left succeeds and their attempts to destroy Trump, or the courts allow Trump to be put on trial under false charges, then as the old saying of what goes around comes around will occur, and there will be no more liberty and justice in our time. Not a very happy thought to consider. What I'm trying to point out is if they do this, this is going to set off a chain reaction and it's going to happen again and again and again, and it's a violation of the Constitution to begin with. And they
don't care. I mean, what they're doing right now is everything is just out of whack. And you have a corrupt news media in the United States, and the corrupt news media doesn't report the truth. They slant the news to support left wing causes. I think we all know that by now, and so the consequence is your freedom and liberty, your way of life is actually gonna is a target. It's a target that they may want to use to shoot it down, to shoot your freedom down. Anyhow, ladies and

what I'm going to tell you. A lawsuit was filed jointly this past week by Northwestern University School of Law professor Steven Caliber Seat and Boston Universal Law Law School professor Gary Smith, along with former US Attorney General Edwin mess that could throw out Special Prosecutor Jack Smith's attempt to prosecute former President Donald Trump. Yes,
you heard me correctly. If the lawsuit brought against Smith to prosecute former President Donald Trump succeeds, all the indictments brought against former President Trump by Smith may be deemed unconstitutional to begin with. Due to Hales, Smith was appointed and specifically in the manner as to Hole Smith was named a special prosecutor in
the first place. The brief argues that Jack Smith was unconstitutionally appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland instead of by the President of the United States, Joe Biden himself or by the US Senate apparently, and a rush to have a special prosecutor go after President Trump. President Joe Biden, and US Attorney General Merrick
Garland went about it unconstitutionally. According to the lawsuit, US Attorney General Garland exceeded his statutory and constitutional authority, and as such, every action Smith has thus far taken he did so, as I just said, by exceeding his statutory and constitutional authority, and thus his appointment is now null and void,
as are the indictments he has thus far won. You heard me right, Smith, along with Garland and Biden, in their zeal to crush Donald Trump and prevent him from getting re elected to the US presidency, may have done so illegally and unlawfully. If the courts proceed with their prosecution of former President Trump, then possibly everything they have done thus far against Trump will be thrown
out for having been done without properly appointing Smith. In simple terms, in their rush to prosecute mister Trump, Joe Biden, and Merrick Garland went about it incorrectly, and thus it must be all thrown out. Of course, if they proceed with the prosecution, then it absolutely would have to become a matter for the Supreme Court to decide, and that is unless the Supreme Court itself is in on the plot to destroy Trump. I'm telling what I'm telling
you is factual information. I know you're not getting this information on the front pages of your newspapers or your nightly news. But what I'm telling you is accurate information. The lawsuit reads, and I'm quoting here. We do not want future US Attorney generals, such as the ones Donald Trump might appoint if he's elected in twenty twenty four, to be able to pick any tough bug lawyer off the street and empower him in the way Attorney General Merrick Garland has
empowered private citizen Jack Smith. Think of what it would have led to during the McCarthy era. So what's next? It appears if court judges, state secretaries of state, and anyone else can remove candidates in such a way or appoint special counsels to thwart the law and get away with it. If so, then we've all already lost our country, our constitution, and our way
of life as Americans. If everything I just shared with you is fluffed off and ignored and not reported on the front page of every American newspaper, broadcast on every TV and radio network, are all over the internet. Then we will have to come to terms with the truth that we Americans are having our constitutional rights taken from us without so much as a whipper protest. Criminals can run rampant in our cities. Rioters can burn down businesses and go about looting
