Very rarely is the Gothic "romantic rival" someone's biological twin brother, but very rarely do you get a treat of a film like (The) House of Yes (1997). (Literally just saw the "the" in the title as we were writing this description.)

Written and directed by Mark Waters, based on a stage play by Wendy MacLeod, starring Parker Posey, Tori Spelling, Freddie Prinze Jr. and Rachel Leigh Cook.
