Logline: The chef from Texas tries to make amends with the prickly diner waitress after learning of her tragic past, leading to a not-date at the movies that brings them closer.

Episode 2 Summary:

Dan is attracting crowds who want to ogle the handsome newcomer in town, so April takes him on a bizarre sightseeing tour to get away. After seeing the odd attractions, April reveals she was engaged 10 times before. A shocked Dan storms off, leading April's dad Henry to tell Dan about her tragic past - losing her husband to war and a baby to miscarriage.

Dan apologizes to April and asks her to the movies. Though she insists it's not a date, there are clear sparks between the pair as they head to see Pretty Woman together.

This Series stars the legendary man that is Emerson Peery
