Pregnancy Journey

I'll be sharing prerecorded episodes of my pregnancy journey. Everything from beginning to end. Feel free to share this episode and many others with anyone whom it resonates with.  It was important for me to document this journey given the maternal mortality rates for African American women. My goal is to educate and bring awareness as it specifically relates to pregnancy and the postpartum period. I've learned so much about pregnancy & postpartum (still learning) and i want to share what i know. Every pregnancy & person are different and everything i share may or may not be for you and your situation.
