A Black nurse is constantly said we are hostile, aggravated or aggravating! We walk on eggshells and overcompensate when there aren't reasons to do so. We hurt each other as well. We must stand up for ourselves at all times and form an alliance vs. being enemies. Thank you for your much needed support because most Black Nurses can and will be fired for this.
