Termination..pay attention to the signs!

Have you ever seen a person get terminated for saying Hi instead of hello? Yeah, sounds eloquently stupid. It happens in all professions even in nursing. I have been terminated for refusing an assignment although I was perfectly within my rights! I resigned because of outright racism and it starts from the top of the business!
