Acts 13: Resurrection: The Message of Salvation

Acts 13:26-39

While most of the New Testament and most of us today view the message of salvation as the crucifixion and atoning death of Jesus, Luke has a different perspective. Sure, he knows about the death and its atoning nature. But his main focus is on the resurrection. It is the resurrection that proves the death was anything more than just another man dying.
