The wine for this week is named Rousanne (roo-saun) this wine comes from our friends at McPherson Cellars. This is our second bottle from McPherson. We loved the red so much we wanted to try a white. This full-bodied and smooth white wine made from the Rousanne grape is a great substitute for chardonnay. We are tasting for hints of melon, pear, and bell peppers. This is not an oaky wine, for those that don’t like the oak flavors, this one is for you.
