The Texas cotton crop is making up for lost time as we near the halfway point of harvest. The Texas Cattle Feeders Association is holding their annual meeting this week. The spring and summer were wetter than normal on the Texas High Plains, but a dry fall is not helping the newly planted wheat crop there.
