Episode description

Ready to learn the history, philosophy, and practice of an experienced professional in the test prep industry?

Meet Julie Blumenfeld, who has been helping students in Brooklyn and Manhattan improve their performance on standardized tests and in their math classes for over 25 years. While she taught middle school math in NYC private schools, trained early education majors at Brooklyn College to teach math and helped them pass the math section of their certification exam, provided professional development for math teachers in Catholic Schools, tutoring was a side hustle. For the past seven years, and the foreseeable future, test preparation and math tutoring is Julie's main hustle.
