Join us this week as we stop by the Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge to visit with Refuge Ranger Joan Howe to learn about the Tennessee State Junior Duck Stamp contest. This art competition is the culmination of students' study of waterfowl and wetlands conservation, often using the Junior Duck Stamp Program educational curriculum.
