Cod wasn't doing it. I'm like, I was getting so frustrated. I was like, oh, well, why? I don't know. Was it maybe it was just the multiplayer of it? Well, it was just like Bloodhunt. Like I think I got I played like three games.
I got one of them was like. Ended up ended up finishing second with like fucking 14 kills and just just fucking played it wrong. Just hit a corner wrong and just end up. And then you're just like, fuck this game. Oh, it was one game. And I played another one. I played another one after that. Played one more after that. And I think I got like ninth with like eight kills and shit. So still a high kill game or whatever. But it's just like I don't have anybody to play with.
So to keep, you know, at least keep myself fucking entertained. You know, sorry. That is what it is. I was at a birthday party yesterday and otherwise I would have gained with this. I it even got to the point where like I booted up the Xbox and then redownloaded Sea of Thieves. Why don't you just play it on PC? Because if my game's not going to if my game's not going to play, if my PC is not going to play Starfield, it's going to have a hell of a time. I can see these. Oh, I don't know.

Like the only thing I liked about it that that weren't Bethesda fans were either outposting or shipbuilding.

And it's like, like Assassin's Creed, like Fallout. I think I played Fallout three was the last one I played.
I own four original fallouts like I own them like New Vegas was OK. I played that one. Fallout 76 New Vegas was fucking terribly glitchy. I heard new. I heard 76 was shit that too. But I didn't play 76. I have four. I didn't play for gaming industries deal has been with just releasing fucking unfinished games. Because of us. Do you know how many people there are that bitch about these fucking the new Pokemon game that's been out for a year? Why is Garland violent?
Because it's like it there is parts. There is parts that are buggy as shit. I don't know if you've seen it. Have you been to the big lake? Now, when you get to the big lake, it's laggy as fuck because there's so much trying to hit it for such a small system because it's not powerful. Right. And so it just it's underpowered. There's there's running. It's running on fucking like it's open world. So it's like an easy way to say this. Let's let's put it.
Let's just put it in a simplification way to say this, just to give like a deep just to give myself like a decent way to say it. It's essentially they're trying to run an open world, an open world server, like an open world fucking style of bullshit on fucking. Windows servers, Windows, XPS servers. Well, there's no servers, but you know, like, you know, getting essentially like because, yeah, there's DS servers because you can play online and DS and shit like
that. Yeah. So like there's still DS servers, but compared to like what like. Xbox servers are PlayStation servers are and fucking you're trying to play something that's almost comparable to that, but on like a DS server close. You know what I'm saying? Like it's just the amount they're trying to run on the servers that they're using and everything that they're trying to play it on just doesn't have the capacity to do it. No, no, no, no, no. In all parts.
This one's more of game hardware than server connection or server power. It's more of a. Trying to play Starfield on an OG Xbox. Or an export like the first gen 360. Think of it like that. They're trying to do. You needed the fucking thing to plug in to get Wi-Fi. Well, yeah, I had one, but Gen X, Gen 360. It was more of like or like Starfield running on your PC. It's just the game requires so much. The device is underpowered. So the switch is just underpowered.
Every day when I wake up, I'm underpowered. But people bitch and they're like, oh, well, if you guys would take more time on the game, spend more time on the game, it would be so much better. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And then they get mad. Like, they're mad that we don't finish the game, but then they're like, OK, where's the new game? Give us a new one. This one sucks. Give us a new one. The Pokemon shit is so bad. Well, it's just the consumer basis.
I said the fucking that well, so the rumors are going around with the rumors that are going around right now with like MW3. Yeah, I was about to say it's the same shit with Cod. Well, so the rumors going around with MW3, MW3 is going to be the last Cod title launched, quote unquote. So what they're going to do is instead of just releasing a new game, it's just going to be Modern Warfare 3.
But the servers and everything when a new game would come out, the servers and everything would just update. It would be like a DLC instead. So like what Destiny's been doing since day one? Pretty much. That's probably the way to go. Constantly working on this game. So it's constantly development for that. Yeah. And what they should do. And then when the DLCs drop, you can charge less for the DLCs, but it's still a complete game.
So you have more time to work on the DLCs to give a complete DLC with less less possibility of glitching and fucking. Because for some reason, when you go from testing and everything and then go into launch, once you actually put them into the servers and the algorithms start running with each other's bugs will develop. Well, yeah, that's that's it. You have to wait. You have to wait till after you like get everything running together. That's that's what closed betas are for.
That's what the test things are for. And I know you got to play it. I know you got to play it, too. Oh, yeah. And I'm so X to find X to find didn't even tickle the fancy like that. But that's what I was saying. You got to play it during the. Oh, yeah. Thursday. Yeah. Tech test is what they called it. I had it preloaded and everything. I didn't even get off work until the only thing I had to say, because I think I played for like an hour and a half.

But it was just like it was it felt kind of clunky. Right. It felt compared to the beta. The beta felt like the beta felt smoother. Well, I think there was a lot still locked. You'd be trying to do like your movement jump, Charles and the cancels or cancels and to jump, Charles and shit like that.
But like just a certain parts of it, like in the middle of it or like it'd be like if somebody just kind of just like just gave that certain sluggishness is in like somebody new logged into the fucking server or logged on to the game, you know, just kind of like that or that. Yeah, I got like somebody would jump into your Xbox fucking party and you kind of like and it would lag for a minute until fucking hair.
Yeah, essentially just kind of some shit like that, just not full like lag out, just kind of like. Well, I mean, it was PC only. Yeah. So this this this should be this should have been the last test before launch. Supposedly they resubmitted it. We got to wait a few more weeks. These kids are loud as hell. And I love them. But so it was like 60, 65 bucks for an expansion.

When you go into it like it like me, I can get the base version of destiny. And then really, you can still play like 60 percent of the game. You can essentially pick and choose like what additional storylines that you want to play after that by the DLC content. Yeah. And then you can. And then they do fat deals where you could buy like the legacy edition for like, I think when I picked it up just to have it was like 35 bucks. It was so bad.
You know, I mean, it adds up if you buy every expansion every year, like I fucking do. I probably already said before on the podcast, but you want to know what I want to come back for Call of Duty. He was. Speaking of jet packs, did you hear that there was a sudden like bump in fucking server activity for Titanfall to do it? Apparently like earlier this week, like it's all I saw everybody talk about was apparently everybody was playing Titanfall to. They got like a whole revamped server and brought it back up and just fucking fat player base happen, kind of like what happened with the old cards. Yeah. Which is making speculation say that there's a Titanfall three coming.
But we all know Titanfall three is technically apex. So Titanfall four. No, it's Titanfall two and a half is what it is. Yeah, they took apex is just based is especially now. Now is loosely based off the type of universe based off based on the faction system. Well, it's been based off of it since launch. Yeah. But now so it was the all the weapons. Yes. It's all the weapons from fucking Titanfall, of course, like a pick pick universe.
You can that's already fucking established and base points and then fucking just develop more characters. And then the storylines one of the big that was one of the biggest bitches is like the biggest part. Now that apex involves from the Titanfall universe, excluding like the guns is the company that essentially puts on the games anymore. Well, they're the same ones that made Titanfall. Yeah, it. Yeah, but that's that's the biggest.
That's the biggest tie in is to the corporation because some in some way, shape or form, the corporation is involved with these fucking characters. Like because they are because of because of apex, it expanded the Titanfall universe because it made more characters with into it. Yeah. And it's more like a Hunger Games version of exactly. But it's still based in the same story. It's not it's based off the universe. It's like a like a spin.
It's not necessary. It's not necessarily like if they remade, if they if they made a new Titanfall, like, yeah, they could involve these characters because it's already pre-existing in the universe. But like apex isn't fucking Titanfall. No. So, I mean, I mean, it would be it would be Titanfall three. It wouldn't be fucking for apex. It'd be Titanfall three. But that's what everybody called apex for a while. What? So what would happen was the way I remember it, like this will be short and quick.
The way that I remember it is everybody described it when it was coming out. It was Titan Falls. B.R. It was tight. Essentially. Yeah. So but the reason they called it Titanfall three, too, because that is what I never heard that I heard it online for a while. Like when apex first came out, like I played it since day one. Well, it's because one is how it started when they were developing it. That's when fucking that's when Battle Royals started becoming popular. Yeah. Fortnight was becoming super popular. PUBG. PUBG. PUBG was I think PUBG. PUBG already had its established base could have been out for a minute. Yeah. Well, it was PUBG was out long before fucking Fortnite. Yeah. PUBG was out on PC forever. Fortnite was Fortnite was a. Oh, it's fucking weird. Well, Fortnite was the first like console.
No, Fortnite was a ground break. Fortnite was groundbreaking in its own right for the fact of building. That's that's how. Yeah, the building. But the animation look, the free to play. Yeah, it was. But it was also the first one on console. PUBG wasn't on console yet. Yeah, no, it was PC. I think H1Z1 was console and that was also a BR style, which that was like that was one of the originals and like Daisy and shit like that were like.
That'll be are though like that. But that's one of like that's what some people will like be the progenitors of Battle Royale because Daisy came out long before all those days. He's still a tight game. But if you know what the fuck you're doing, like that's where that's where those survival looter shooter games like those are where Battle Royals are born from. Well, you got to remember Infinite Warfare is when Optic finally won their champs ring. I never I didn't play Infinite Warfare, though. I wasn't really I was like after Black Ops 3. That was the that was the optic dynasty phase. I was so hyped for Black Ops 3 and it let me down. I went over back over to Halo. But yeah, so Call of Duty Mobile came out a year before Warzone did. And I'm pretty sure there was a B.R. in mobile. I don't fucking know. Mobile was too good.
And then Cold War, then Vanguard, then MW2. Yep. Yeah. OK. Now we have MW3, which is essentially just a fucking reposter and modernization of fucking. It's the actual MW2. It's just reskinned. It's literally it's coming out. It's getting launched and it's fucking all of that. I mean, don't get me wrong. I'm super excited for this. Of course you are classic. These are classic fucking maps and shit. It's the did you hear about the or did you read that article?
I sent you I think it was yesterday or the day before about the Black Ops five leagues. Mm hmm. Yeah. So apparently they're saying that some about 20, 25. They're going to reboot. It's not Black Ops five. They're going to remaster Black Ops two. Yeah. So in 2025, because 2025 is what Black Ops two was based on. And it's something about Black Ops two is to reboot the entire Call of Duty title, which kind of makes sense with what you're saying about it being the rumor.
The rumor is to is there's because that's when Treyarch takes back over. Because we're in sledgehammer right now. So the next one's going to be Treyarch, which will be 20, 25. It makes so much sense right now. Yeah. And so which the rumor the original rumors were is Treyarch's game was actually going to be a W two.
I mean, that would be OK that because everybody was like, because when now what people have to now people have to remember what the fucking Call of Duty community and fucking a good chunk of gaming fucking communities is we we're all fucking guilty of this shit. Well, bitch about something while we're playing it. Oh, I do it every day in years down the fuck and then years down the fucking line. We go. I miss that game.
The game gets fucking even more ass because they start changing it like prime example with fucking Call of Duty and MW to MW to they changed the shift from fucking a more competitive aspect, which is where the majority of the popularity has been with casual to more of a casual player base. World of Warcraft did the same shit. And so like the mass populace is at minimum satisfied with the game. I mean, to play it's it's fun. Like, I mean, it's enjoyable.
But I mean, we're fucking trained to just play Call of Duty games, but they took away this game definitely took away some shit that we were fucking used to. That should just be a base fucking platform for Call of Duty. The way I played it for fucking years competitively or fucking not. Yeah, like I'm sorry. Video games should have a fucking skill gap. Like if you're extremely fucking good at the game, then there should be an upper echelon and a fucking reward.
I mean, like if you play competitively. Yeah, but that's what I'm saying. Like if you're extremely good as a man and you want to be fucking and pay it compete and play it competitively and see if there is a competitive aspect to that to do something with it, then there should be fucking capability to if you are that fucking good. Like we like fucking Call of Duty has like fucking Valorant has like Overwatch has like fucking League of Legends has Pokemon has it too.
It's kind of funny like like the ranked ladder and Pokemon's actually a legit ranked ladder. Like once you once you go through, have you played you haven't played it online, have you? So you go through the right. I don't even think I've gotten that far enough into the game. Well, you go through ranks like Pokeball, Great Ball, Ultra Ball, Master Ball, Master Balls, Master Rank. So you go through these. It's like you win. You'll go up. If you lose, you'll go down. Blah, blah, blah.
Once you hit Master Rank, you get a number because you've hit Master Rank. You can't go down from there. Right. But you get a number and that number is your actual ranked placing in the world and the entire Pokemon competitive Master Rank universe. Right. Which is why when I sent you that, I made it in the top one thousand players. I was like fucking psyched. That's fucking pretty good. I think and then I ended this season. I think I'm sitting at like twenty thousand.
Damn. I haven't played much. I haven't played Bloodhunt. I haven't played and the new regulation starts today. For regulation E. So it brings on a whole bunch of new Pokemon and new teams and it's going to be fun. And then I'm going to go get my Master Rank and I'm going to fuck everybody's life up. Yes. What you said last season. Well, then I stopped playing because Bloodhunt. That game literally took over. That game is so much fun. And yeah, we haven't talked about that on the podcast.
That's what we should talk about. Everybody go download Bloodhunt. It is for PC, PlayStation 5. I'm not sure if it's on Xbox. It's not on Xbox. It's a PC, PlayStation 5. And it's mostly played on PC, though. But it's free. I actually got a pretty heavy fucking PlayStation base. It is free on Steam. It's free to play PlayStation. It is. It is a play game. A super small game because there's only one map and it's like it's smaller than Fortnite. Yeah, it's maybe about what? Like. Two thirds.
Yeah. Give or take. But they're the wall climbing. So essentially, essentially, it's it's Fortnite without the building and Apex movement and Apex movement. But you're a vampire killing other vampires and you have abilities. There's like abilities, melee lands you can do in each clan will have each. There's two people. Yeah, there's like a healer news in each or in four out of the five clans or three out of the four clans or whatever the fuck it is. Scholar Scholar only has one.
Yeah, because it's still new. They just dropped it. Well, that's before they. So this. So why we're pushing this is because this game no longer has active development. So it no longer has like dev processing power. The servers are still opening and they're still watching it to make sure everything runs good. And they still post. They post a lot of updates on their website and all that. Like they they do push out updates like it just updated recently.
The server went down right when I started a live stream the other night, like literally hit the stream with the good. I was in the game. We went to queue and then the game crashed and it kicked everybody off and then we couldn't log in. I sat there for an hour live on the stream just trying to get back in the blood hunt. Me and Dalton both just come on. But so it's not actively being developed, which means there's nothing new coming.
Yeah, they're still watching it hoping because it's not a big enough player base. And they kind of they kind of just pushed it to the back. This like two summers ago or some shit there was like there was a pretty good. There was a pretty decent fucking like competitive scene for it. It's just it wasn't it was in Europe like it was here. Yeah, apparently there's a lot. It's very popular in Russia. That doesn't surprise me. It's fucking base there. Yeah, I think it's the whole vampire thing.
But like I'm watching live streamers and they're, you know, speaking Russian and all that. Cool. I can't understand you, but you're fucking good. Cool. I've seen quite a few of them that like I found quite a few of them that are like when I go look on when I go look on the fucking actual Twitch page and shit like that for blood hunt. Yeah, like quite a few of them are American. Yeah, there's there's a few thousand people and they're still watching it. I've got well, you got me into it.
I got Dalton into it. My buddy Steven's getting into it. Nice. And it just it's a really good game. And I want everybody to come play it because you guys are your controller yet. No, I don't want to, bro. I don't want to do it. Nope. Do it. Nope, because I am asset mouse and keyboard still. And I'm doing fairly good at that game with mouse and keyboard. Is this the game you finally decided to do the transition on? No, I did it on like I played Fortnite.

It is probably the strong like people are people are talking about fucking cod aiming for you and shit like that. Like they play this game on controller fucking stick dog. The developing company's name is called Shark Mob. Yeah, that's the name of the developer that's doing it. I don't I am not aware of any other games that they do. I should probably do some research. Yeah, it's just been pull up for a pull up. Yeah, I showed me this game. Yeah, I started playing. I think I was playing it like last summer or some shit like that, like at the beginning. That's not it. I think it was before this. I don't fuck. I don't remember.
But it was just it was a super, super fun game. Super interesting. It still had a pretty good player base like they were doing at this point in time. They were doing like blood hunt tournaments and stuff like that. Like it was it was really one company, two studios, three games. It says it right on there. What are the other games? So we got Blood Hunt. Well, it's Vampire, the Masquerade. Oh, so they've done all the Vampire, the Masquerade. Yeah, it's Vampire, the Masquerade universe.
Yeah, it's just Vampire, the Masquerade, colon Blood Hunt is the B.R. So it's the name of the game is called Vampires, the Last Masquerade. And then this game is the Blood Hunt. Well, it's just Vampire, the Masquerade. Oh, is it the Masquerade? Yeah. Which they have multiple games. Yeah, there's like under the same universe. Yeah. And then it says two more projects. So in addition to Blood Hunt, we are also working on two other projects.
That's probably why Blood Hunt got pushed to the side is because they're working on. They're working on some triple A. It says triple A projects powered by Unreal Engine five. Oh, hell yeah. That's dope. That's the engine. It's not the engine that everybody's using right now. It's no secret that we love action packed online social experiences. So it's safe to say that these games contain such elements. So they should be similar to Blood Hunt.
And it says we, of course, develop for PC and next gen consoles. But I'm telling you, if you guys could watch this little trailer right here for Blood Hunt, dude. Well, in the graphics, too, like if you're if your shit, if your shit can support it, you can turn the graphics up even on low graphics. It's still a really good looking game. I play it on ultra. I played on low just to get the best. Just I have to. I have to play it on like medium.
When I'm streaming, just because it's yeah, it's not that my computer's not that powerful. But if I'm just playing like just us sitting in discord and shit, I was running on fucking ultra. Right. And it looks great. It's a really shitty as a graphics card. It still look good. Yeah, like it's it's a gorgeous game. It really is. I want to say a lot of fun. I would love to see it on the series X, the SNX and see how that looks. I mean, yeah, but it's got potential, you guys. It really does.
I mean, that's like literally all we've been streaming of how and because of how the player base is. And it not being like it is they are they are bot lobbies. Yeah, they really are. So it's more like I think I think it's half and half is what it is, because I see a lot of people sitting in the main lobby, too. But it is really hard to tell the difference. Yeah, some of those bots seem real fucking good. Either that or some of these players. I think it's fucking bad.
Well, I think it's I think Blood Hunt has. Like a hidden matchmaking or skill based matchmaking. I just don't think they announce it or you know about it, but I think it does work. You know, it does match your skill and your level, which is what probably makes the bots kick themselves up and why I think you can't tell the difference, because there are some lobbies we'll drop into and it's like, why are you like either that or you're just a really dumb new player?
Yeah, it's like the way learning your controls, which I get it. We were there. Yeah. And now to the point where I don't even look, but I still hit the wrong keys all the fuck time. That E button gets smacked a lot because I have because I was playing Fortnite recently and, you know, it's E instead of F. And I'm just over here like, OK, quick, grab it, grab it, grab it. Why am I punching the wall? So what I do is I will keep the same key binds through all my games.
Yeah, I've thought about it is whatever I can do to keep them as close as possible to keep the same repetition is what I do. That makes sense. I probably should do that. If I did anything, I'd move Fortnite to the Blood Hunt key binds. Yeah, but I don't play Fortnite. I played a little bit with the kid the only time you see me play and our live streams are dope as fuck. Casey, I see we have some fun. Me and my nine year old. It's true. That's true. Yeah. Or me and Ferg just. Yeah.
And then you get me Ferg and Dalt fucking stuck at Discord playing Blood Hunt. Oh, my God. The three of us. I'm trying to be adult and they're trying to push. And the next thing we know, James is fucking three blocks behind us. And fucking I got knocked into Daltons knock. And I'm like, dude, dude, I got one more. I'm almost dead. Where are you in fucking it's that transition that you see on Tick Tock where it's that one fucking teammate just. No, it's not even that.
There's been multiple times where that does happen. And then you hear that sniper go off and then I got to come get you. That's happened a few times. Or at least one or at least one of you guys get knocked. OK, I'm going to jump down here and I'm a loot this real quick. You're like, all right, cool. I'm a hop over to this next building. And as I'm getting jumped, you get jumped. You're like, fuck, I need help. You have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have it.
And the next thing you know, I'm fucking here's my bat UAV. And then I'm fucking dashing across, popping my ass up out of nowhere. But this is where I say the movement, like the movement mechanics in this game are so fucking fun. It's like apex. Like it is like you can get the fuck out real quick. Oh, yeah. But they're going to catch up.
And so you get you can have a split second to change the whole fighting out, like what character you're using and what like what character they're using, because like the character that I use can go essentially can, quote, unquote, like go invisible for a period of time. And that'll actually make me travel faster. But like the character that he uses just has a fucking jump that travels further than I. Yeah, it's like I call it the Hulk jump. It's it's essentially he's super.
He's going to do what he's going to do. Superhero. He does. He does do the superhero landing. And then the same thing with my other power. It's just a like a Hulk smash. Yeah. Which he doesn't like for like a split second look straight in front of him and just fucking Hulk smash. Yeah. And then he goes further another like half a block. Yeah. He's more like the brute fighter, which is weird because I play a sniper most of the time.

So I watched the first episode of it because like I read about like I went and read the Manga for a little bit right afterwards. So I knew what happens kind of sort of. There's a new one. Yeah. So I know what happens, but I finally get to watch it and do just the animation for the first fucking episode. Has me over here like mindfucked. Like it's how is it so good?

And the last the last few weeks have been the big all might fight in a suit. Yeah, I've heard about this. But I know nothing about it. This last week is the end of that fight. I'm going to read it like that's already I haven't even listened to like I need to listen to an overview of it because of it's the end of the fight.
You know what happens? Stop with your YouTube videos and you just need to just read it. Well, I still have fucking shown a job, but so switching over talk about showing a jump fucking slight transition real quick. There is a new Manga that came out that I'm going to start reading. But the popularity of it has literally been spun off, essentially like jokes and sarcasm in the play that it's been. It's a new Manga. There's only three chapters that literally Chapter three got released today.
OK, but what is it? It's called Kagura Bachi. What is it about? So essentially it's it's about this kid whose dad was a swordsmith and first pass sends him down a quest of bloody vengeance. This sounds like something I would watch. So it's it's a Manga. Well, I know, but so it's his his he comes from a family of swordsmiths, but his family special because they can in view as quote unquote, like a view powers into this into enchantments and shit into the swords.
So in the introduction and shit like that in the first chapter, his the kids finally old enough to like to understand the true process to be like, all right, so now that you finally hit the age where like you're old enough to understand this. Yeah, the typical shonen. Yeah, this is tradition. So you have to know that as swordsmiths, we have just as much, if not more blood on our hands than the people who use our swords.
Let it be for good or bad reasons, because our swords are going to fall into people's hands who have bad intentions. Well, yeah, you can't stop. Yeah. Yeah. So that is you have is that something that you have to be able to get something you have to be able to live with and deal with and shit like that and blah, blah, blah. Well, and he's like pulling out a katana and showing us on the katana and gives him the katana and this and the other.
Well, during that whole like during also that then they get raided by fucking somebody and his dad ends up dying. And then it goes like instantly into a two year time. So kind of like Demon Slayer. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So it's like it's just except except the Demon Slayer isn't the one that makes the sword. This is almost like no, the Demon Slayer isn't the one who makes the sword. No, but this person sounds like it's essentially it would be a view from the other fucking side.
Right. That's kind of how I'm envisioning it. So that it's not related comparisons because it's like, OK, it's like it's like this. But the way people have been talking about it makes it sound like it's a fucking old ass aunt, the old ass manga that's been out for a hell of a long time and is finished. But it's airing. And so like how people have been spinning it and talking about it have made it like just fucking exponent exponentially stupid popular.
And it just happens to turn out that it's a pretty good fucking manga, even though it's only got three chapters. Yeah. So like one of the dudes that you'll hear me talk about all the time is Nick C. Comedy, which is on the otakus anonymous fucking podcast we talk about on our pod. He won't do a review or like even touch a manga until it hits chapter number 11. A lot of mangas will end after 10 fucking chapters if they don't or somewhere in somewhere up to 10 chapters.
Yes, they have the popularity. But without people learning about them or somebody reading anything, it'll never gain popularity. And it'll stop if they don't gain the traction because like with it, because, you know, a lot of times they get released on week by week basis. So, you know, after like four chapters, that's a month. So at that point, you're going to be able to see the foundation of how that how that's going to grow. Right. Because in their main focus, kind of like podcasting.
Yeah, exactly. And your main focus is in your home region. But I mean, it makes sense because I would probably do the same thing. I normally wait for shit to like a season to be done before I watch it. Right. Because the week to week shit is Game of Thrones kind of ruin that for me. But Netflix ruined that for all of us because of their binge binge. Right. Just drop the whole season. Let me binge it. Exactly. I don't have to wait. I think that's why I fell off a Mandalorian.
But if the bigger names are hearing about it and not talking about it. Exactly. You know, like, oh, hey, guys, I found this new one. It could be something. Go check it out. And then the popularity is there. There's so much marketing going on and being pushed out, especially for like Shonen Jump. Right. Like if it doesn't Shonen Jump, you can put something on fucking Shonen Jump and it's instantly going to be seen by millions of people. Right.
So if it doesn't if it doesn't hit and do some kind of minimum base numbers on like Shonen Jump, we'll just keep using that as an example because it's the fucking biggest for sure. If it doesn't do some if it doesn't hit a certain like certain percentage or whatever, I'm assuming, then it's not it. Of course, the lower the percentage and the lower the view, the harder it is to keep the funding and blah, blah, blah. Well, right. Of marketing and shit like that.
But at the same time, you know, if people are hearing about it, they're looking at it. If they're not trying to invest either, like if he won't even mention it until 11 chapters. He's kind of helping to do not he's not reviewing. It's not the fact it's like. Like you see what I'm saying. If it it's.
Dude, when you've been especially if you've been doing reviews on like anime, this is the shit that you've been doing, like he's been doing this shit for literally like two years, like two, three years now, now constantly. And it just 100 percent full time and was doing it. We've almost been doing it for a year on this podcast. Yeah, not full time, though. But that's what I'm talking about. Like, you do it full time like every day. Yeah.

But it's like I'm scrolling through Tick Tock and it's constantly people live unboxing Pokemon card. Oh, I'll get Pokemon card. I'll get that. I like whatever. But like I'm like actual like people unboxing shit like whatever. I'll sit there and I'll sit there and watch somebody on, you know, on, you know, like a pack of Pokemon cards. See what the fuck they got. Yeah, but it's like someone like they literally just go buy boxes and they sit on live.
Yeah, it's because people are hours and hours by those heat. He'll end up being like, OK, we have this many box. We have this many packs for this many or this many boxes for the fucking stream to open. But we need to, you know, it's fucking you guys can also buy packs. And essentially what they're doing is they're buying out of those fucking packs and he's making he's making extra money off of that just from whatever he's getting for views.
And yeah, and tips in. But it's like who wants to watch somebody open Pokemon card? Who wants to watch? Who wants to watch motherfuckers play claw games? Like people are fucking weird. What? What does Tom McDonald sit down and listen to? There's there's motherfuckers out there that sit there and listen to fucking our weird asses fucking make shit up about fucking video games and shit every week. He's thinking really hard. Our one year anniversary could be our first live recording. Where then we actually have a video edit to what the actual show is. And they'll see the beforehand and the after of us setting up before we actually press play to record.
So like do an OBS recording and then do an act, do a regular recording on top of that. I don't. I don't know if it'll be strong enough to hit the OBS recording while live streaming and trying to record that. I don't know. Unless you're talking about just doing the video and then ripping audio from it. We could do that and not running audition, running it like this. So, but because you because with the mics plugged in, it'll pick it up anyway.
You can do the live stream and you can do the record off OBS at the same time. Off stream labs at the same time. Yeah, I mean, I can do it. Yeah, but it's it's and then when it runs the stream and it's trying to record it at the same time, I got to make sure it'll keep up. Right.
You know, that's why I'm saying if we go through, if we go through and just do it through, like just rip the rip, the record, rip the audio recording off of the actual like recording and then just leave the live file just the way that it is. That's the raw uncut. I mean, shit, we can say fuck these webcams. Just grab our phones. And just do an old school video one, two on top of it. Do it. Do it. IRL style. And then we'll then once the stream's done, we can go pull the VOD.
Yeah, because can't we can't you you can download VODs off Twitch, right? Yeah. Right. Look, I'm going to go double check just in case. Yeah, you can go download your past streams. Like fully, I think. Yeah. Video producer. Yeah, here's full stream. Yeah, download. Boom. Yeah. So, yeah. So, I mean, essentially we could just live stream it and then just pull the VOD. The only problem with that is recording that through OBS will continuously have the quality. The Twitch download might not.
But it's a lot nicer on the computer. But then we all but that's the thing that we just rip and then just yeah, whichever audio is better and then just rip that audio. Oh, from the both. I was just thinking of just doing the stream one. But that's why I'm saying, like, if we do if we do a so like we could do the life we could do the live stream as like a raw like a raw uncut of like just like how this would be or whatever, like doing our soft intro and shit. Right.
So it would be essentially like we turn it on when we came in here to just switch. I mean, so they're hearing us fucking sit here and talk shit to each other like blah, blah, blah. I mean, it stays fairly consistent in my streams because I have a dedicated modem in the window. Mm hmm. Like literally that modem is only for the PC and the switch. Gotcha. The Wi-Fi. Well, it's hardline. But so it's it's continuous. So it's pretty good.
I mean, so but we those those are some ideas for our one year coming up. And that's not a really bad idea. We could bring in. A few people. We could do it on Twitter on this court as well. Like, I mean, we could still sit here, do the live stream. You'll have to bring your webcam over. Right. So we can run dual webcam. I got a spot right right here. Oops. Smack right here. Facing you. Right. Or we'll just put it on a little stand right here.
Mine faces me. I have a little if my cords long as it has a little face, I just flip it up and it would look like, yeah, dude, just right here. You know, other than the mic stand. But yeah. Yeah. And it should run back here. But we could we could totally. Those are the ideas. Those are some things we're pulling around, especially now that we're very aware of it. And I realized it. Yeah, we're it's definitely going to start getting planned. We got a few months. That'd be cool.
We we've definitely gained more traction than I thought we would have. That's for damn sure. Oh, yeah. We'll get more. We're our streams. We're slowly growing. Yeah. But the question is, hold on just real quick. The question is, though, maybe we should put it up to the fans. But whose channel do we live stream it on? Because I can only run on one can't live stream to both. No, we need yours. That's fine. I mean, whichever. Yours is already signed in and everything. Right.
