Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ
“So also is the resurrection of the dead. The body is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption.” 1 Corinthians 15:42 NKJV
Today would have been my Mother’s birthday. She was a wonderful lady. She loved the Lord and she loved me. I’ll always remember the night that I said yes to Jesus. I admitted that I was a sinner. I turned to Jesus from my sins. And when I got home that evening, having received the gift of God eternal life, my parents told me that I no longer had to pray “Now I lay me down to sleep…” but now I can pray anything from my heart directly to God, because I now have a relationship with Jesus, the author and finisher of my faith. I began to learn to really pray that night. Pray biblically, that I could have been praying all the time had I known Jesus. And I should always continue to pray, now that I am a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. That’s why we advocate to every person we can, always end your prayer “in Jesus’ name.” not Thy name, His name, Holy name … His name is Jesus. Say “Jesus” out loud to Him as you end your prayers, and expect God to hear and answer and give you the desires of your heart. Yes, God is willing to bless you when you pray expectantly in Jesus’ name.
