Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ
God’s Word has very special information for us, and we can follow what God teaches us to do, if we will listen to the Word of God. Proverbs 11:14 NKJV says: “Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety.” Surround yourself with people who can give wise counsel. People who, number 1, know the Lord, who have a relationship established with Jesus Christ by believing on Him, and who are communicating the Gospel with others. Have people who are people of the Word as your counselors – those who read the Word of God and follow it. And then listen carefully, not to one or two, but several. Multitude means lots. So surround yourself with the right people who will give the guidance that you need. Start with a pastor of a local Bible-believing church, and then other Christian leaders. And watch God help you grow. “Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety.” That’s what God’s Word says. Believe it. Put it into effect. And allow the Lord to make you usable in big ways.
