Paul was wrapping up his ministry, and this was his last letter to Timothy. 2 Timothy 4:6 says, “For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand.” I have had several friends who finished their race, and who went to be with Jesus. In 1973, there were 5 of us, each one from a different youth ministry in a different part geographically of America, who put together an organization called Youth Evangelism Association. Now the other 4 are with the Lord. And I’m continuing to share the Gospel, and asking you to help us communicate Christianity effectively.
