BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
The last part of the 16th verse of Colossians chapter 1 says: “Whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers.” What we need to know is that God is in charge of everything, everywhere. And He created it all. We need to know that whether there are thrones – and there are kings on thrones, and there are some good guys and some bad guys, some wonderful ladies and some not so good ones … dominions – God is in charge of every dominion everywhere on planet Earth … principalities … and powers. God is all-powerful. It is not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, the Bible says, the Lord of hosts. And because it is true, we need to bow to God, acknowledge who He is, not only the Creator, but the Guide and Director of everything for everyone all the time. It was God who fathered Jesus. The virgin Mary was the mother. And God let Jesus be tempted. But Jesus never yielded. He lived perfectly, and then He died, was buried, and rose again. And the wonderful thing is, He’s coming back. Above all thrones, dominions, principalities, or powers, God is indeed in charge. Is He in charge of your life? Have you put Him on the throne? You can if you haven’t. And I hope you will right now.
