BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
Jesus is wrapping up His time with His disciples on planet Earth. Listen to John 16, the first part of verse 7: “Nevertheless I tell you the truth: it is to your advantage that I go away…” What a shock it was for those people who had been with Jesus to hear Him say those words, and know that they came from His heart and that He was leveling with them as He said: “I tell you the truth.” That’s what we endeavor to do every day on this broadcast, to tell the truth, to tell you the truth. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, the life, nobody comes to the Father except by Me.” And so we want you to know that the Bible is totally true. It is the inspired, infallible, inerrant Word of God; and God wants you to know that it is totally, completely, absolutely, undeniably reliable. Can you believe what you read in the Word of God? Yes, you can. And only you can believe it, but not only can you tell others the truth, just like Jesus said. You can tell the truth. And if you will, magnificent things will transpire. It’s up to you. You have the privilege. You have the prerogative. So go with the truth.
