BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
Listen to Acts 11:25-26 NKJV: “Then Barnabas departed for Tarsus to seek Saul. And when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. So it was that for a whole year they assembled with the church and taught a great many people. And the disciples were first called Christians at Antioch.”
Did you ever wonder where all that came from? That’s where it started. Antioch. Christians. Are you a Christian? Have you believed personally on the Lord Jesus Christ? Christian means Christ follower. It means the person who will take up his cross and follow the Lord Jesus, wherever He leads him or her to go. So follow Jesus. Be an encourager like Barnabas. Reach out and seek to teach someone the Word of the Lord. There may be someone like Paul, waiting for you, waiting for you to explain God’s Word. You, too, can be an encouraging Christian. Will you? It’s in your hands. When encouragers reach out to people who are discouraged, God blesses abundantly.
