Datenschutz Albtraum! Kommt jetzt die Always-On-Kamera?!

Qualcomm hat bei seinem Snapdragon Tech Summit mehrere neue Chips vorgestellt. Der wichtigste davon dürfte wohl der neuen Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 sein, welcher der Nachfolger des SD 888 ist und somit der neue Flagship-Chip der Firma. Neben dem neuen Namen und besserer Performance ermöglicht der Chip auch eine Always-On-Frontkamera. Für die einen ein Datenschutz-Albtraum, für die anderen eine weitere Möglichkeit, das Smartphone-Entsperren noch reibungsloser zu gestalten. Dazu gab es erste echte Bilder vom Galaxy S22 Ultra. Ein sehr anderes Kamera-Design und ein Fach für den S-Pen sind zu erkennen.
