If you don’t know about Redefine Meat, it’s an Israeli startup company that uses advanced technology, to develop and produce animal-free meat or “new meat” as they like to call it. Alexey was the company’s very first employee, and in a moment he’ll tell us about the innovations and advancements they’ve been making in his playground – that’s what he calls the food lab; we’ll hear a couple of recipes as well, and all about the burgers and steaks that are already changing the world.
