Episode description

Do you tell yourself affirmations? Is what you're telling yourself actually true or is it a lie?

Many people use affirmations in their life to affirm truths to themselves or create something different in their life. The problem is that sometimes those affirmations can be blatent lies.

Example: If you tell yourself every single morning, "I'm a multi-millionaire" and yet you make $40,000/year in a job - you are simply lying to yourself. The fact that you tell yourself this daily doesn't make it real. It makes it a lie.

Now, that being said, if the right things are affirmed to us with the right intention behind them, then they become powerful. Simply saying the words doesn't make the results appear - doing the work does.

Question: What are the affirmations you tell yourself, and after further investigation - are they lies or transformative beliefs you are pursuing?
