Information overload in our society is very easy to accomplish, but it is also very easily avoidable if you are allowing relevant content to enter your mind. Filling up the cup is not only about applying the information you are learning towards yourself and your personal goals, but is also about filling up another's cup with that shared knowledge and teaching. Once you begin to share information with others and start to teach, an entirely new world opens up to you. What can you do today to fill someone's cup up?
