Google’s vice president Rick Osterloh has officially announced the Pixel 5, and he says it’s been designed with the effects of a pandemic in mind. While they didn’t predict the coronavirus crisis, they did anticipate an economic downturn. So, the latest model has lost some of its headline features to make it more affordable.
