I am so excited to share with you all some transition tips for special education today on the podcast. We’ll be discussing transition itself, and how transition can make our children feel.
On top of this, I’ll be sharing with you some easy and cost-effective ways that you can help your students prepare for transition and how to support it in the classroom and at home.
From visual schedules to using PVC table cloths – yep, I’m serious. We’re sharing it all in today’s episode. I’ll even take you on an imaginary adventure where I try to put you in our student’s shoes and see how it makes you feel when you don’t know what’s happening during transition.
