Happy Monday TTC Peeps. This case might be familiar to some of you, but others may still be in shock as we discuss the murder of Skylar Neese.
Skylar Neese's body was found on January 16, 2013 in Greene County, Pennsylvania after being missing since July 2012. Skylar was murdered by two of her "best friends", Shelia Eddy and Rachel Shoaf. On January 3, 2013, Rachel Shoaf had a mental breakdown and confessed to everything she and Shelia had done. Listen for more details.
