Gaylynn Parker - Payson High School

This week's teacher feature award goes to Gaylynn Parker a history teacher at Payson High School. Her student says that "You can never leave her room without a smile - EVER. And if you don't, then she's right there behind you with a word of encouragement or a small joke or riddle to make you think and smile."

Mrs. Parker receives a special recognition award from Zions Bank, an overnight stay at the Anniversary Inn, dinner for two at the Roof Restaurant downtown, and two season passes to the new Hale Center Theater. At the end of the year, one lucky teacher will win the lease of a new car provided by Burt Bros. Tire and Service.
