Kovini Moodley is an SME with 11 years across audit, risk management, process optimisation and organizational redesign for leading JSE-listed companies. She excels in transforming inefficient processes into high-performance spaces of excellence through stakeholder engagement & executive collaborations, and her SME knowledge within the audit space. Being surrounded by brilliant-minded colleagues and managers throughout her career has helped Kovini evolve and elevate her thinking in line with the best practice protocols.    


Having completed her articles at Deloitte, she ventured into management Consulting within Accenture South Africa for 4 years, where she gained tremendous experience on various facets of business optimisation and organizational design to support the effectiveness of business goals and strategies.   


Kovini has a passion for mentoring and lifting those around her. She is the founder of Boss Babes of South Africa which is an inspirational platform celebrating female leaders💙💛  


We discuss what it's like being a female in leadership positions in male-dominated environments, how she manages her time in her corporate role and running Boss Babes of South Africa, and the importance of approaching things from a place of authenticity.
