Hey'all! I am so excited to share this small initiative on the occasion of International Yoga Day 2022. I have come across many moments when Yoga has really helped my children in the classroom. In fact their muscles are so agile, that they end up doing all the poses better than an adult could ever do! In this episode, I speak to my friend, Janaki Soni, who was kind enough to help me out.
