Roger Becker - VO Syndicate

Roger has worked as a Casting Director for Commercial Voiceover in New York City for the last 25 years.  He's seen a huge change in the way VO has been approached, and has recently started his own company, VO Syndicate. Roger and Adam chat about the state of the industry, how to get started, and what to watch out for if you're new to the game.  Roger shares his wife's epic banana bread and Adam brings in three different versions of his favorite potato chip flavor for a taste-off.
